If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible experience coming from the employees. I purchased some items and spread the purchase between different cards. As I was exiting, I was approached by a gentleman who I can only assume is Loss prevention. He claimed that I stole something and refused to look at my receipts that would show I paid for all my items. not only that he got very close to me. When I told him he was being aggressive he claimed, "I can be more aggressive" This felt like a threat to me. Keep in mind I am a 5 foot tall woman and weight 100 pounds. After a while of his rude behavior and other people looking at him, he decided then he would look at my receipt. Once he saw I paid for everything he walked away saying "I will see you next time" which once again felt like a threat. A Walmart employee even approached me saying how disgusting his behavior was and took me to customer service so I could speak to a manager. Nobody was there but they got my information and said the manager would call me the next day. The next day no call I called back to speak with a manager and somehow no manager was in sight so I had to leave my information with once again the promise I would get a call back. Still no call. everyone I speak to at Walmart says his behavior is disgusting and they will make sure someone will contact me but again they never do. So, I have had to contact corporate about this matter. I find it ridiculous that no one has gotten back to me when they have such an aggressive employee which is my real concern. It only shows how little concern they have for the safety of their customers.

Let’s bring to light the issue of racism and discrimination we have at this Walmart. This is the second time I have dealt with this one employee older white woman who clearly has an issue with race. I hear her telling someone her issue of them speaking Spanish and then also the way she clearly treats and is unhelpful when someone of a different race ask her for help. The manner she spoke to ppl and also to me today was unprofessional and hateful. I had another employee apologize for her rude behavior towards me for being Hispanic. I’ve lived in this town for 8 years and own several properties and also have a business runs out of Franklin. We have done events for the community like a low cost to free rabies vaccination for the town because why not do something nice for the town we live in regarding of race color or sexual orientation. Employees like this make the wholeWalmart Sam’s club orginization look bad. One bad apple ruins it for the rest. I sure hope this issue with this woman who I’m sure has had these race issues before, get fixed and hopefully no one will lose has to go through this embarrassment. I could have done something then and there but because I was in a rush and only there for a few things I did not do much is lucky for her. It’s 2023 and this nonsense and disrespectful behavior has to stop. Someone in corporate offices should look into this before it becomes es a way bigger issue that shouldn’t happen. No one has time for this nonsense and if she feels this strongly about this melting pot country we live in then maybe consider moving to Narnia

I have been shopping at this Walmart for years usually I don’t ever have any problems, however on Saturday feb 24 around 5:30 a gentle approached me as I was leaving saying how he had me on video stealing a blue remote, I of course empty my pockets and he sees there is no blue remote, nor was I even near any remotes of some sort I was legit at the aux wires looking to purchase one for my vehicle I had just bought on Thursday. When I asked the gentlemen for id as he was not dressed as a Walmart associate he shows me a Walmart gift card. He also quickly hide behind other staff when he realized he was in the wrong. I’ve lived in Sussex county my whole life and never have I ever been so embarrassed in my life.. Just from what I’ve heard from several woman in the area and seeing a review here this guy clearly has a pattern… He must clearly can’t get a date or has mommy issues, so he’s harassing woman and making false accusations. This guy is going to catch the Franklin Walmart in a lawsuit if they don’t get rid of him

This location in Sussex County doesn't sell food. Manageable store good selection. Wish they had price checkers not all prices were clearly marked.

This Walmart has the bare minimum. Always out of things. Totally out of all diaper rash cream except desitin. Always out of prenatal vitamins. Only carry the largest pack of bounty and double pack. Overall weak selection of things for a department store.

I call this the retired military meets serial killer vibe Walmart. But loads of REAL DISCOUNTS such as pajama sets for $9- and Coats for $20-. Limited grocery selection however. Its near gast food places and grocery stores.

That's the closest Walmart by my house, and I do like it. It's nice and clean. Not too crowded. Sometimes this place needs more cashiers but still, can't complain.

I admit it. I shopped at Walmart today and had a good time. Some funny people right among these aisles, but also some great deals! Got me a giant tv. And forks. And pillows. And expired coffee creamers (reason for the 4 stars).

looks like a far flung outpost, time warp, lots of military retirees? lots of nice staff, no cold food selection, small store. good sales, clean. chek it out frequently, got a $30- item for $9-!

I know is not a Super Center however store is always well stocked, associates are attentive and you don’t get to see stuff locked out like in some other Walmarts in NY.

Just wanted to pick up a phone case real quick in and out. Go back to electronics and the phone cases are locked up. Waited about 20 mins asked 3 people for assistance can't help me. Finally a worker comes out and starts complaining it's not her problem that Walmart needs to put more people on in electronics. Then gets nasty with me ! Done with you Walmart I'm shopping online from now on !!

Just went into this store and went through self check out with all of my daughters back to school items, clothing, school supplies etc. totaled up to over $600. Before I even approached a register I had an employee come over to me and tell me to go through a lane with a cashier immediately. I said I was more than fine doing it myself as the lines were very long for a cashier. She then chose to pull out her personal cell phone, stand at the next self check register blocking it from use and record me and my minor child the entire time I was checking out. It was extremely unprofessional and made me and my daughter very uncomfortable the entire time. To the point we will just go to a different Walmart for all of our other purchases going forward. Train your employees better. I would also like the video of my minor child to be removed from this persons phone.

Not a Supercenter store; but, adequately stocked. Minimal food service ton likely due to Shop Rite next door. Only ice cream and frozen pizza. I did not see any dairy goods.

Went to look at the Legos for a birthday present. They seemingly has a very limited selection. Everyone was polite, friendly and apologetic that they did not have anything additional in the back.

Well there's a love hate relationship with Wal-Mart. They have everything you need, at good prices, but I'd rather have smaller local stores. Not much of what they carry is made in the States. A lot of smaller local stores can't compete and end up closing. I prefer to shop locally, but sometimes they are a necessary evil.
