Overheard the way management (a woman named Muriel) speaks to staff and it was just horrible. If you want better reviews you should start by being kind and encouraging to your staff AND customers. If I was spoken to the way I heard Muriel speaking to her employee I would have left my job without ever coming back. If I could leave 0 stars I would. And Muriel - you’re a grown woman and you should be embarrassed and ashamed of the way you treat others. Do better.

My doctor wired in a prescription a week ago and nobody ordered it till today. I don't understand how they couldn't order this medication in ahead of time because without this medication there will be serious side effects. I spoke to a pharmacist last week that said everything would be ready for pickup and the most important medication I need was never ordered. I'm a cancer patient and without this medication I will wind up in the hospital. I understand the store is busy but this situation is totally unacceptable after having the prescription in the system for a week but they never ordered it. I typically don't write reviews but this is something that needs to be addressed.

If I could give negative stars I would. I have an issue with a prescription EVERY single time. TWICE Walgreens was unable to fill a refill and DID NOT EVEN BOTHER to call me either time. I only defaulted to Walgreens because RiteAid Hamburg closed. Out of 5 encounters I have not had one encounter without an issue. There is one very nice customer service employee in the pharmacy that is extremely nice and goes out of her way. I would avoid this fiasco of a pharmacy at all costs. Today was my last.

Store is over all amazing, they take their time to help you with anything. Even though I know it is a pain to wait for medication they really try their best. Next time you get your prescription keeping mind they are filling at least 700 a day ever since Rite aid closed so be patientence even though it might be a pain

Go elsewhere for vital medications.This place is a hot mess.I have Covid and they “lost” my time sensitive inhaler prescription.They were called in by my doctor on a Friday and Saturday morning when I looked to pick it up it was gone. I panicked bc I’m having problems breathing and the inhaler that I need is all of the sudden gone- it’s a Saturday so my time is limited on doctors being available.Where does a prescription go?It’s not the first time they dropped the ball on filling a medication for me but it’s the last.They frequently do not have medications in stock and do not inform their customers.Employees are probably underpaid and overworked which is unethical. Just shut it down.

I have to wait a very long time on line every time I pick up my prescriptions. If they have this problem hire more people. The people working there are very nice despite the stressful situation.

Worst pharmacy/ pharmacist, I came in to this pharmacy because, unbeknownst to me and without my permission, my prescription was transferred here from a riteaid that closed, I asked Meghan the professional pharmacist to please transfer my prescription info to rite aid in Newton and she said NO! She gave me a song and dance that the other pharmacy had to call them?? Wow! This is a prescription for insulin! No wonder I stopped getting meds from Walgreens!0 stars!!!

1. They call to have prescriptions ready next wk and they never are. I have to wait.2. Not enough on staff. Waiting3. I have to fight with them to take my UnitedHealth care card to get my 40.00 cordially. I use for vitamins and pain tylenol

I had some very old family photos I wanted to copy. I sat down at the photo machine and George came and asked me if I needed help. 10 minutes later I had beautiful resolution photos that I didn't have to squint to make out Grandad's face. George is so helpful and knowledgeable and patient. A few months ago he helped me pick out a phone charger that was just what I needed for a reasonable price.I wanted you to know how much I appreciate this employee and I hope you appreciate him as well.

Pick up in 30 mins...haha. I been sitting in my vehicle for 27mins and counting directly at the drive thru window.The male pharmacist was also not very accommodating initally when filling a blood thinner injection that they could only partially fill, and want to charge me 1500 dollars when the full script is covered by a payer. INSANITY.Closed on Sunday too? Is this a Chikfila?

Tell me why everyone at the pharmacy is super rude. Went to get my 4 year old a flu shot which already stressful because they are scared. They took forever and we were the only ones there. Everyone had this annoyed look on their face was short rude with questions and answers, and Just saying excuse me just to ask where the bathroom was made the pharmacist give me a death glare like I was the most annoying person. Super unprofessional and unpleasant experience. I know why I was the only one there now.

Stop asking for the whole birthday, name and address in a waiting area. Two days later someone had stolen my identity. My cousin who was also there to pick up meds told them she didn’t feel comfortable giving them the year (every other pharmacy asks for month and day not year) And the lady behind the counter got loud with her telling her (a cancer patient) that she couldn’t pick up her meds then. And now she also got her identity stolen. So someone was there Collecting info on peoples ids in the waiting area. Is Walgreens going to reimburse me now for all the stores I gota to take to reverse this? Nope!

The pharmacist at this particular Walgreens seems to have some issues. He talks down to customers constantly and can't seem to be bothered when asked for help. When you do get his attention he rambles on about how bad his job is. Yesterday he gave me incorrect information about children's medical insurance and told me I was wasting his time by being there. My family will not be returning to this Walgreens.

Asked for a refill online, they never called it into doctors. Got a message from them saying it’s ready, drove there and the pharma lady super rudely answered me well it’s not my fault it’s the system. Tried continuously to get the message refilled for a week u til I just ended up changing to rite aid and they literally had the meds in 20 minutes. Terrible service and terrible attitude.

I visited the store to use the FedEx drop off service. A nice young lady named “Jahnia” ( I hope that’s right) assisted me. She was Black woman. Anyway, I had the QR code on my phone ready for her to scan when she informed me that their printer was down. I was disappointed thinking I had to go to another store but Jahnia suggested taking a picture of the return label on my phone and printed the label as photo. VERY RESOURCEFUL!! I was able to send my package after all. I appreciate her thinking outside the box, some else probably would have just sent me away but she didn’t. We need more employees like Jahnia who’s willing to go the extra mile to satisfy a customer and get the job done. Cheers to you, Jahnia!!!

My son is getting vaccine here, had an appointment for 11:20am it's now 12pm and still waiting. I had mine in rite aid in newton nj,. I was in and out in less then 20 minutes. Only because they had to print my paperwork out. Would've been 15 minutes.

Second time I have come for a weekly covid test for work. I make my appointment on Wednesdays to come on Friday, I arrive on time, and end up sitting at the window for 30 minutes...[and counting!]The results come in later/slower than other Walgreens as well.
