I have been taking my dog to The Pet Spa for 5 years; since I got him when he was 5 months old. He is always insanely excited to go, I can’t say “Pet Spa” without him whining and sitting by the door until we leave. The facility is clean and well maintained, and the staff is always friendly and a pleasure. My dog can be apprehensive around people, but he goes right to every staff member, happy as can be, because he’s at ease there. The Pet Spa is also reasonably priced and has a loyalty program! I highly recommend them!

The Pet Spa Resort is a wonderful place! The staff really cares about the dogs, and the amenities are great, with large outdoor play areas. I have been boarding my dogs here for years. I feel very comfortable knowing that my pooch is having a fun vacation while I’m away on vacation or for work.

This was our first time at the pet spa, and I am thrilled. My old boy, came home happy and did very well, he usually doesn’t interact much with other dogs, so it’s nice that he gets this socialization when he’s away from us. Staff was super nice and friendly. They really helped us out in a pinch. The trial run the day before we dropped him off for 4 days was such a good idea. Thank you, I will definitely be making reservations for our pup again soon!

I have 2 black labs , they went there since they were pups, They love it there. This last time they stayed there for 6 days and they were exhausted when I picked them up.The staff kept me updated via text message and I also saw pictures of them on their Facebook page. They had a blast.

Brought my puppy there for a grooming session. She came out looking amazing. Such nice staff. They all came out to say hello to my puppy. Very informative as well when I asked about the doggy day care!!

10 out of 10 for this place! We left our 6-month-old puppy for daycare for the very first time so we could go skiing. I was worried at the beginning, but when I picked him up, the staff said that he got along with the other puppies very well. And he came back home happily! Definitely come back again! Highly recommended.

I like that my 2 small dogs can stay with other dogs together, that way they have more interaction and aren’t isolated in a room. The stuff is very caring and also they don’t over feed the dogs. My dogs came home slim and did t gain weight although they weren’t going for walks.I will definitely bring them again .

My dogs love going here for boarding! They have anxiety so I always worry but they always come back happy and healthy. Never had any issues and the grooming there is great too!

We love the Pet Spa and Resort so much! They take great care of our dogs, and are patient and kind. I have a tougher GSD who I was worried about boarding, and the resort has taken amazing care of him. He's excited to go to the resort and loves all the pets he gets (which is not like him with 'strangers')! This tells me that the people that work here are kind and caring, and truly love dogs-- and the dogs know it! Thank you so much again :)4/2/2024I'm adding an update to my review. Continuing on with 5 plus stars! We boarded our dogs here over our wedding, for nearly two weeks! We picked up our dogs yesterday, and I cannot tell you how happy, healthy, and well taken care of our dogs were. The Pet Spa and Resort is the only place we will bring our dogs, and after a 2-week stay, to have two dogs acting like they didn't see us for maybe a day is amazing. They truly take care of your pets as they are their own. And it shows because I have an extremely nervous German Shepherd who loves going there, and comes home perfectly happy and just as I left him. Our other German Shepherd mix who is more social also had a great time and we heard that he played with lots of other dogs which he loves. I am just so happy to have found the pet Spa nd Resort. You guys are the best!

My pup is always a happy sleepy baby when he comes home from day camp, and when he gets groomed he smells and feels clean for weeks!!!! So happy here!

I love this place, all the staff is so compassionate and caring. When I leave my dog there for overweight stays, he is eager to go with the staff. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS PLACE!

My wife and I have been using this kennel for our dogs for almost 20 years and have always been very pleased with the care our pets received. The staff seems to truly like animals (which wasn't always true with other kennels we've used) and their costs are reasonable in light of the current environment environment.

We adopted a sweet pup about a month ago; we had plans to leave town for two days and were going back and forth about what to do with Lt. Dan when I came across The Pet Spa. The reviews were so great we decided to give it a shot with the hopes that Dan would have a great vacation of his own. We were able to add on a bath and a nail clipping and when I came to pick him up after two days the little man was in such high spirits. The staff were so friendly and helpful and Dan was so tuckered out he slept most of the day yesterday. It’s so wonderful to know if we have to go somewhere we can take him to The Pet Spa and he’ll have the time of his life. I cannot recommend them enough!

We had previously used another kennel which seemed great but our dog, Teddy seemed to come home a little stressed and it took him a few days to be interested in eating. We figured we would give The Pet Spa a try to see if he came home and seemed less stressed. As we pulled out of the parking lot after his week's stay, Teddy started crying a little as if he wanted to stay and play! We are happy to report that he came home and it was like he was never away. He had his regular appetite and bathroom habits. Judging by his transition back home, I believe The Pet Spa was a good fit for him. I think he liked playing with the other small dogs. Thank you for taking care of him!!

We have used the Pet Spa for 10+ years now & they are always wonderful with our fur babies. We have never had anything but excellent service. The only request I have is that they install live feed cameras soon so we can watch our babies❤️

This is the greatest place to take your beloved pet if you need doggie day care, they are very professional and very attentive to your pet's needs. They also have a great groomer that is very detailed oriented. I highly recommmend this place, is totally great and the prices are very reasonable.

These girls are the best! I never like to leave my fur baby but when I do need to board him this is my go to place.**** UPDATE- seriously these ladies are amazing. They are attentive and well trained. This last boarding visit I got the most dreaded phone call a fur mom could get- my boy was sick and not acting himself. They recognized the signs and symptoms of bloat and a twisted stomach and got him the emergency care he desperately needed. Without a doubt I know they saved his life. And for that I will be forever grateful.

We will be boarding our dog at this business soon. They offered us a free day of doggie daycare. We took our dog in yesterday to be able to gauge how she will do with other dogs without our presence. The employees were all very kind. It was obvious they enjoy the dogs and also what they do, and they take time to understand the dogs' personalities so they can separate those that don't socialize well with others. Our dog appears to have had a wonderful day there. She came home tired, which is a good sign that she was active most of the day. We will review again after her stay, but so far we are very pleased and confident she will be taken care of while we are gone.

Our Charlie (active Foxhound mix) loves going to daycare at the Pet Spa. We were having work done to our house that would cause him to stress. He goes to daycare and has fun instead. He comes home nice and tired from playing, win-win
