Brought my pup for his first grooming. I have to say they did a great job! My only concern was that when I called I talked to a man on the phone and explained I needed to leave my dog most of the day because of work. He assured me this was fine and that they would work with me. When I arrived to drop off my pup the two girls at the counter told me that wasn’t possible. I ended up having to take a half day at work to go back when I was specifically told I would be able to leave him. They did a great job it was frustrating however to be told one thing when making the appointment and then having to change my entire days plans when dropping my dog off.Edit: the owner called me immediately and apologized for the miscommunication. I truly appreciate that and will continue to bring my pup back.

I recently had the pleasure of taking my did, Charlie to What The Pup, and I couldn't be happier with the service provided. From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. They took the time to listen to my specific requests and made sure to address any concerns I had.The groomers themselves were skilled and knowledgeable. They handled my dog , Charlie with care and patience, ensuring that he felt comfortable throughout the entire grooming process.Overall, I highly recommend What the Pup. The staff's professionalism, expertise, and genuine love for animals truly set them apart. They provided top-notch service and left my dog looking and feeling his best. I will definitely be returning for future grooming.

5 STARS !! Best groomer ever!! Took my 2 girls today for the first time and they look beautiful! The most important part for me was that they were so playful and happy when we got them!! They obviously were treated gently and with care you can see it.. I have never seen my pups this playful and happy at the groomers. Thanks ladies for everything!! Fendi & Chanel will be back ❤️ Keep up the great work and the place is absolutely beautiful!!

Hands down the best place to bring your dog. After having a bad experience at another place I was so happy to find what the pup! The shop is clean and welcoming. What i love best is that the dogs aren’t crated and have their own little “suites” to roam around in. They aren’t shoved in cages. They take their time but are also efficient with their time. My yorkie is only there about 1.5 hours. TOPS*. When I pick her up she smells great and is always happy. I highly recommend them!

I brought my Shih Tsu for a grooming and they shaved all his hair off! He was scalped and I showed them a picture of the cut I wanted. Very disappointed!

If your looking for a updated modern style grooming shop for your pet look no further. I’m new to the area and was looking for a groomer for my Shichon. Called many places in the area and got answering machines with most. What the Pup picked up the phone and answered all my questions without hesitation. I was able to make an appointment right away and not have to wait for someone to call me back hours later. My dogs grooming appointment went well. The groomer was very attentive asking questions about my dogs past haircuts and even looked at photos too. I felt safe leaving him here and when I picked him up was relieved with the look and quality of services he received. Would definitely bring my dog back here instead of a big box or residential groomer.Great place to try!

Everyone should know that since this place changed owners, they've been using it as a school. Groomers don't need to have experience or certifications. So, the owners can pay inexperienced employees less while they charge you top dollar for subpar grooming. I've given this place way too many chances. They just shave the dog down and pump them out as quick as possible. There is little to no technique there. I've even had to bring my dog back to be "fixed" because she was groomed so terribly. Every time we went there, we brought our concerns to their attention and no improvements were ever made. But the price just kept increasing while the service kept decreasing. They even charge extra to fully groom the dog. Last time I checked, nail cutting, teeth brushing, ear cleaning, and anal gland squeezing are a part of grooming. I've picked my dog up and she was still wet, which lead to quick matting. And when brought to their attention, they had the audacity to tell me to "brush my dog." When I probably brush my dog's hair more than my own. And, it is totally innapropriate to continually push blame onto the dog owners who just want to get their dog the best grooming. Do not bother with this place. Waste of time and money. Take the time to find a ceritifed and experienced dog groomer.

Went there for my 5 month old puppy. They did a lousy job for her. The hair on the pad and face were not evenly cut, dewclaw nails were not clipped, so I had to go back to get fixed. They said that their credit card machine was down so I had to pay by a check. When I asked if I should write the payee to the business but was told to write cash. I did not get a receipt, when asked, I got a hand written piece of paper on a page torn off a note book. Actually their credit card machine is not working every day! I will never go back there again.No, you were wrong. I said short cut, but my dog’s hair was not shaved evenly. Also, when I said that if I should write the check to what’s the pup, your employee said to CASH, and no RECEIPT. That makes me wonder! It is not my business, and that’s why I won’t go back and wrote down what happened to let other people to know.

Every time I bring my dog here, the service is beyond exceptional to say at the least. All of the groomers have amazing talent and are wonderful working with my very stubborn yorkies. After being turned away from other groomers, it’s safe to say that this is the best grooming salon around!

I recommend smaller dogs for the grooming services. My shiba, not so much. He wasn't dry or deshedded when I got him back, but at least he smelled better.

Had both our dogs groomed here. Have been going for some time. The staff is always pleasant. Emily grooms our dogs she texts when she starts and when fisinished. She was smiling when we picked them up. She is a pleasant delightful young lady. Always smiling she clearly enjoys what she does. Highly recommend this buisness and especially with staff members like Emily.

This is by far THE BEST pet grooming place around. Extremely professional and extremely well priced! I’ve been through countless pet groomers over the years but I will be a forever customer here. Their office is clean and tidy and they take pride in their services. I highly highly recommend this place! Feels good to finally have a quality groomer again!

Really really uneven cut. I’m easy. Just want my dog buzzed short. Asked for tail also buzzed. Picked him up there’s a ton of missed buzz spots. Just uneven marks all over the place. Long hair in spots still. Tail was left long. $75 for grooming an 8lb dog is not cheap to have such a no effort haircut done.

We love What the Pup! We have 2 large and sometimes nervous huskies so grooming them is quite the undertaking. They do a beautiful job and have facilities that can accommodate. Great staff!

FANTASTIC!!! I have been taking my rescue here since I got her (2yrs). They were very gentle to let her decide how much she wanted done and little by little we are now able to full groom her (Border terrier/Brussel Griffon) groomed by Allie. In between I added in a toy poodle. It is very hard to get the poodle hair just right and the angles of the head. WOW was I impressed with how Alison cut my boy! And his hair is so fluffy. They both smelled great. My dogs were done at the same time and I was given a 15 min heads up they would be done. The team is so pleasant and really love and care for the babies!!! I have been to a few places around here & some did great cuts but the people were not nice to deal with. Here you can relax that they are cared for and a great groom. Enjoy!

I’ve been going to what the pup since they opened. Most recently new owners took over and they are great. The business continues to run smoothly and they take care of my dogs perfectly. Their groomers do great work and my dogs get great service. Keep up the good work!!
