Living at the Crossings at One has been an incredibly positive experience over the past two years. The community here is truly exceptional - peaceful and quiet, yet with a nice sense of community thanks to the resident events hosted monthly and for holidays/seasons.The amenities are a major perk, allowing me to have a gym, pool, clubhouse with pool tables, and cafe all on-site without extra membership fees. Not having to leave the complex for those amenities is so convenient.However, what really stands out is the outstanding staff and maintenance team. The staff in the leasing office have been wonderful whenever we needed to interact. Debbie in the office is a great communicator, and the maintenance crew of Al, Bemis, Luis and others are incredibly responsive. Any minor issues I've had have been addressed the same or next day without fail.Overall, choosing to live here has been one of the best decisions I've made. Between the amenities, sense of community, and top-notch staff, I couldn't ask for much more from an apartment home. I feel truly blessed to have spent the last two years here and look forward to many more. If you're looking for an apartment with great value and an even better atmosphere, I give my highest recommendation.

Her dedication, professionalism, and attention to detail truly exceeded my expectations, and I am incredibly grateful for all of her assistance. She was very incredibly responsive and helpful in guiding me through the leasing process. I just moved in this week and so far the experience has been great. The apartment is in good shape, the amenities are great and the few neighbors met have been wonderful.Indhira was very helpful and kind in helping me lease this apartment. Very happy so far!

I have lived here for the past 3 years. For the most part, I really do like it. Only thing is, I have epilepsy and recently had a maintenance emergency that was impacting my symptoms. I was overheating because my AC units were still covered from the outside, I needed maintenance to remove them for me. I’m confused why the emergency maintenance number directs to the leasing office since they aren’t able to help with any of these requests and need to redirect the call to the regular maintenance number. I had urgently called this “Emergency” line twice (around 1pm, during open hours) only to be directed to voicemail. It took until the next morning (a total of 18 hours) for anyone to respond and resolve the issue, and in that period of time I got extremely sick due to overheating and had multiple seizures overnight. When maintenance finally did arrive, they were very personable (especially Bermin who has done great repairs). However, this whole experience left me feeling pretty shaken and a bit unsafe. I really had no issues living here besides this incident.

We have been staying at Crossings for 6 years plus and the experience has been very pleasant. From helping us finding a better apartment from the one we moved into during the initial years to staying on top of maintenance requests. Special mention to Bermin and Luis for their support in fixing any issues that we have encountered and also to Gianna who has taken care of all of our lease related concerns. Thank you !

This is our first week here and I’ll tell ya it’s allAbout the L’s. Location, lifestyle,and LORIN! Actually, it should be Lorin, Location, and Lifestyle. Lorin was so real and honest with us. She doesn’t try to sell you anything that they aren’t offering. You can tell she likes her job and she’s happy to work at Crossings because she’s genuinely excited about the property and the amenities that they offer. Along with her bright personality, they also cover all of your utilities except for internet and electric. Who doesn’t like to stream line their finances?? Lorin was also able to answer every specific question I had before the lease signing process. When we moved in she provided us a welcoming packet and that was just above and beyond! There was a list of nearby grocery stores, entertainment, retail shops, post office locations, and a ton of menus for restaurants. That was such a really nice touch. Above and beyond. One of the buildings has a cafe with vending machines, pictured here, it’s wicked charming and convenient for snacks and coffee if you don’t want to travel too far. If you have a pup or like pups, this place is super dog friendly. The neighbors here have been super welcoming and friendly, too and I love how diverse the community is, all walks of life would feel comfortable. Also, when we moved in there were a couple things that needed attention, things you wouldn’t notice unless you were living in the unit for a couple of days. We reached out to Lorin who put in a request with maintenance and they had come and gone and fixed everything within a reasonable enough time. The maintenance guys were super cool too! I swear all of the bad reviews must’ve been when this place was different. Now they offer higher tech features such as key fobs, apps to check in for the pool and the package room, as well as an online payment system. You really do get your money’s worth at the Crossings at One. We plan to stay here for at least two of three years. Thank you Lorin and everyone else involved!

It could give 0 stars I would, my packages get stolen all the time and management does nothing. There excuse is they can’t afford cameras but other buildings in this community do have them. And we have been a tenant tried to break into our apartment and threaten my family and management did absolutely nothing about it even tho we made a police report. Absolutely disgusting it just shows that as long they get their money on the first , you as a tenant do not matter do not live here unless you welcome this behavior towards you and your loved ones

I have been living in the crossing for 5 years. And I have no complaints about , management or Maintenance they both are great!!!! .. anytime I have an issue , if I call or put in a work order ticket .. Debbie take care of it right away .. Gianna is very understanding and , take care of any issues or complaints right away .. there are 2 maintenance workers that did some work in my apartment this week. Their name is are Luis and Bermin .. they did an awesome job they were very professional, respectful and they knew their job..the worked diligently and cleaned up after they finished working .. I give them both a 5+ great jobs guys and thank you so much ..

BAIT N SWITCHERS... THEY WILL KEEP YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT $500 even if you don't sign a lease!! BEWARE....My partner and I decided NOT to live here when we went to visit our assigned unit, before signing ANY lease documents.2195 for the Henley 2 in a 12 month lease with special of $500 security deposit. The apartment we were assigned was in an entirely different area the one we viewed and was dilapidated with corroding, crooked dirty wooden floors. Cockroaches wouldn't live there. The kitchen lighting was mi fixings. The unit was largely misrepresented. T was a bait n switch. When we explained we we unhappy with that unit, they showed us a different unit with better floors but no kitchen lights, an hallway was dark, dirty, with holes in the wall, and carpet peelings. Not only did they eat our $100 application fee, but they're also refusing to return our $500 we placed for a SECURITY deposit at the time of application. CROOKS; STAY AWAY!!!! They tried to tell us they have a better unit now, for $2495. Fraudsters. We are reporting to the DCA and BBB.

Maintenance workers Luis and Bermin are very exceptional and helped fix a leak in my bathroom coming from the upstairs. They patched it up and painted over it very well, it looks brand new like nothing happened. Great job on the maintenance workers end.However I am giving 3 stars because I would NOT recommend someone living here in this complex. The walls are super thin, you can hear everyone and all your neighbors ( as they can hear you), you can also hear people through the floor. There’s always something breaking or going wrong in the apartment no matter how renovated they are. My apartment is supposedly “renovated” and still has a million issues and looks old. Not worth all the money you are paying and them raising the rent $100 each year, for all the issues you have to deal with.

There are a lot of amenities, it is very neighborly, and a staff is great! I specifically want to thank Bermin (the maintenance person) for the great work with the repair and maintenance in our apartment.

We've lived here for 2.5 years and the property management has been stellar. Any issues that we've had have been handled the first time the right way. When we toured (about 7 months before Covid, so maybe harder now) we were shown all of the available options by the sales department, who were all exceptional. We even recommended to my brother in law to move into the property. Top notch people across the board, my family couldn't be happier with our decision and love the community. They even have a package room at the main clubhouse where deliveries can be sent securely, which are then placed into lockers until you're able to retrieve them (via a personal pin number that unlocks the locker) to combat package theft. Holiday events for residents (most major ones - July 4th, Halloween, Christmas, and various summer dates) are just the icing on the cake. I don't think we're going to move for a long, long time! We’ve lived here for around 4 years and we love everything. Management are the best of the best . Anything we need they fix it right away ! We really love the community, location, and the staff are really the best ! Gianna always solve any concern. Debby from maintenance is really the best . I really don’t have enough words to thank her for everything she do . Every single time we had an issue she contact me right away and the issue be fix right away . Since we move here Debby always been exceptional and we really appreciate her service very very much . Move here was the best decision we have ever made. I really recommend The Crossings

Her creativity, calm, professional attitude, and quality of work speaks for itself. As a long-time resident, I have experienced her commitment, friendliness, attention to detail, and going the extra mile to work with the management to ensure the resident's needs and requirements are taken care of, and her follow-through is commendable and resulted in tangible, beneficial results for the residents. Luis and Bermin are really great when it comes to handle maintenance issues. A couple of tiles from my kitchen floor were broken, I raised the service request and the very next morning Luis and Bermin were on job. My sincere appreciation for maintenance office and their prompt action. I would like to thank Luis specially, as he is a professional carpenter. He dint even had lunch unless he completed the task and not just that he cleaned the entire space after the work was completed. I wish him great luck and success in his life.

I transferred from a one bedroom to a 2 bedroom apt about a year ago. There were a few things that were not up to my standards, after leaving my beautiful 1 bedroom. I relayed my concernsto Gianna in the Management Office. She immediately responded and relayed my issues to Debbie in the maintenance office. Debbie and her team of workers immediately came in and addresses those issues with a high level of care, followup and professionalism. Bermin and his partner, aka Mario and Luigi came in on time, worked diligently and made sure that I was happy with their work, every step of the way!! Kudos to the Crossings at One team for making a tough customer happy!!

I lived here for over a year, first emergency issue I had with my sink they told me a rep will come in and fix the issue right away. The person that came in looked at the sink and just left didn’t give me any resolution or whether he will come back to fix it. Unfortunately I did not get his name. It wasn’t until the next day I called back for an update that they told me someone will be coming in to fix it. Luckily it was not the same rep. Luis and Bermin were super helpful and fixed the issue in less than 2 hours. I’m glad I got their names for any future issues since the first rep was not helpful at all.

Moved in with my family a week back. Till now everything looks good. The apartments are nice, kitchen has upgraded appliances. The community feels safe and well maintained.Only issue the walls are thin, but haven’t had any trouble as neighbours are respectful of others.Brittney from the leasing office was really helpful throughout the leasing process, answering our questions and made our move in easy.We had some maintenance requests which was addressed promptly.I want to specially mention about Mr Ali and Mr Aleks from the maintenance team who came over to resolve the requests. They were really nice and listened carefully to the issues we had and went the extra mile to make sure everything was done properly.

This a pleasant and safe place to live. Crossings at One has a Maintenance team that is responsive and professional. They also have a great after work hours emergency calling service. Thumps up for Luis, one of their newly hired team members, he did an outstanding work patching and painting one of bathroom walls. He was very courteous and pleasant. I thought he was an outside contractor(owner) because the way he performed the work and carried himself professionally.
