First time taking my dog to a groomer and it was a rather pleasant experience! Everyone was very nice and extremely sweet to my Frank. When we first walked in Frank went to greet one lady with a kiss to say hello and she greeted him back very kindly. When I picked him up he was happy and noticeably cleaner and once I got him home I realized he smelled really good, his fur was MUCH softer and nails were trimmed perfectly! I would absolutely recommend Grateful Dog Grooming!

DO NOT BRING YOUR ANIMALS HERE !!! I took my cat here to get groomed about a month in a half ago after she came home and i noticed a cut on the tip of her tail. They lacked the professionalism and human decency to tell me they cut her tail. I even asked if there was any complications because she can be skiddish but they proceeded to say everything went great. A month in a half later and the tip of her tail fell off. I took her to the vet where they did say she is okay but it fell off because they cut her. The lack of professionalism is outstanding. I thought they were decent human beings and animal lovers but they are not. If they were they would have never been so careless as to not give me the courtesy of knowing they cut her tail. I understand accidents happen but for them to just not even tell me just shows their lack of respect and consideration for their customers.

Staff was very nice. Lady and ginger had a hair trim nails ears . They asked me what I wanted and price very reasonable. First time I had this done. Everything went great. They were happy to see me and they did everything I asked for. Thank you.

The staff is extremely friendly and so professional. My dogs seriously come home with the best cuts and very relaxed which is important letting me know that they are being treated with love and kindness! I highly recommend if you have a dog, this is the only groomer you should be calling!

Where do I begin.....had the most miserable an awful experience with this place today. That woman in there is the nastiest most miserable person I have ever seen. I should have went with my gut the minute I called and they were not friendly. Had my dog from 10:30 till 2 and wasnt done with him..I took him and he was 1/2 groomed. With clumps of hairs falling off him..still charged me $42 and never finished..not an apology or anything. She basically threw him at me Like here take your dog turned around and walked away. So disappointed because I read all the reviews and everybody gave them such a great review I don't know what these people were talking about it was the worst experience ever. NEVER AGAIN!!

I've never taken my dogs to this establishment but the phone call that I had with the person who answers the phone was enough for me to make a decision. That woman doesn't have any phone etiquette. I know condescending when I hear it, so I told her. She tells me she has a date available of the 16th. I asked what day is the 16th on. She says "Monday"? I thought the question I asked was valid . I mean the 16th of May, June July... What?? So for all those reasons is why this place will never have the pleasure of grooming my Yorkies...

I went there to talk to them about having my small dog groomed. I am concerned about the restraint around her neck due to the risk in small dogs of a collapsed tracheas.I choose not to use them, as when I walked in it smelled like cigarette smoke and I didn't feel it was very clean.I also found the women( whose I don't know) to be a bit rude and not very animal friendly.She didn't seem to care about my trachea conerns and the option of restraining the dog with the restraint around its leg, and I was told that would be inconvenient because then they would have to move it to the other side to groom the side it was on!Not as inconvenient as a life threatening condition to my dog.I can't reccomend them as groomers since I choose not the have my dog groomed there. But I didn't like their attitude at all.I will stay with my mobile groomer it is expensive but at least I know my dog, that is a family member, is not in danger.She puts the restraint around her leg and the dog is safe on the table.

One wants to feel comfortable leaving their furbabies in the care of others, especially when it comes to grooming as it can be stressful on your pet. The staff at Greteful Dog Grooming are kind and compassionate and always deliver a beautiful result with their work. I couldn't recommend them more than I already do. Just a great place I'm proud so bring my pup to.

Would give this place 5 stars if it wasn’t for the nasty miserable lady in the front desk. Came in and said hello and she did not even acknowledge me, she has a nasty attitude and a smart mouth. Her presence there makes me not want to ever go back to this place which is a shame because everyone else is super kind and friendly. For that reason I do not recommend this place to anyone. Please get rid of this lady .. she is making this place lose a lot of clientele.

BEST IN SHOWGrateful Dog Grooming is the best of the best .... I have known all the groomers from other shops in our area. Having them under one roof in downtown Fords, improves our downtown business district.Over many year of owning dogs I followed these Groomers, because of there expertise. They have provided valuable information on keeping my dogs healthy, and looking well groomed. It was my groomer Kyle that notice the excess weight gain, and hair loss on my Doberman. Kyle recommend I take her for a thyroid test. The test was positive for problems, within 2 months Lovie lost 40 pounds, She is lighter healthy and happier with the help Kyle and the right medication. The advice was priceless, all for the price of a bath.The Grooming really is "Best in Show"

Was ok if you dont like you dog to much.😂😂 ....to be honest I read most of the customer reviews before going to this place and I was really scared to have another experience.But the only thing that I can complain is that they live a lot of spots on the haircut.And customer service was acceptable but could be better.In overall I recommend as your own risk

I have been grooming both my d English Sheepdog and Scottie since the day Gail opened her doors. I love these gals and they love my girls. Kyle has been grooming my OES for 11 years now, twice I went elsewhere and regretted it. There is no one that takes care of my girls like Kyle.

I’m a new customer. I had brought my shih tZu to this establishment and it was a great decision. The business is busy, but they take there time. I enjoyed the way they treated my lil dude and appreciated there honest customer service. See you next month.

Took my bulldog for a nail clipping and they were even sharper than before . They were cut crooked and very unprofessional. 1 nail was cut too short . He barked at that moment she clipped it and his nail was red, she obviously cut and hit the nerve. They were in such a rush the job was not well done. Ill be taking him to the vet for his nail clippings going forward

Terrible very nasty attitudes and very unprofessional I will never bring my dog there again there people skills are horrible I also heard them yelling at a dog maybe its just me but I felt very uncomfortable when I arrived there and in my estimation I felt like they're predejous.
