Such an awesome place for pet supplies. They also have a dog wash area. You can also buy your little buddy some treats. Staff are also super friendly and helpful! Might have to pause chewy for a bit.

Do not buy fish from here. I've bought a total of 18 fish from this store and put them in well established, maintained aquariums where I have other fish. Every fish I bought from here is dead but 3. My other fish in the aqauriums are fine except for my long standing celestial pearl danio aqaurium. I bought 6 from here, placed them in a school of 12 others I had. All 6 died of a fungal infection, which then spread to my other fish in my original school. I now have 3 out of 12 fish. I've lost over $200 in rare triopical fish because of this store. On my worst day, I know more about aqauriums than the people who work here. They clearly do not take care of their water nor do they first isolate new fish. I will never spend another dime at this store. It is the worst!

I love this store! First of all, it isn't a big box pet store, but independently owned and run. They have a great selection of products that are different from what I can find elsewhere. So, I always make a point of coming by to pick up foods that my cats love. The staff is friendly and there is a frequent shopper card you can sign up for with discounts. Highly recommended!

Staff here is awesome! Super friendly and always going above and beyond. Literally followed me to my car to bring back a shopping cart for me when I was transporting a 50# bag of dog food. Also, the self wash is the best and cheapest around.

Wonderful experience - called at night shortly before closing after our dog had surgery and we needed a larger post-surgery cone to keep him from biting his stitches. They coordinated a special delivery and we couldn’t be more grateful for their quick assistance.

The worker lady profiled my father for a $5 bill that was "fake". Called the police, and after an hour of my father's time being wasted, come to find out their money checker was broken.. Absolutely angering over a five dollar bill.

Agree with the last review. Will only go to Short Hills from now on. They had a poster on the outside of the store that clearly states 20% off Stella, yet the worker inside said it was wrong and it’s “up to 20%”. The poster does not say that and the rudeness of the way the worker talked to me is why I will not go back to that location. He was so condescending about a simple question. They should have done one courtesy discount because of the misleading poster(which is the only reason i came into the store). It would only have been a $4 additional discount because it was already marked $4 off. I’ve never had anything but kind and helpful service at short hills. I spend a fortune on my pup, so it’s a loss for Florham Park. So for $4, they lost a big customer.

Pet supplies plus we stumbled across one day and we signed up for their membership. They carry our puppy's food and we can stock up for a couple of months. We also have used their shower area to wash and dry our pup. It was pretty cheap I think for five washes it was just $25 but don't lose the punch card or you lose your money essentially. The membership sends you emails with coupons. Not just little coupons either they are sending 30% off coupons so we can load on Love’s food for a couple of months. They carry a wide variety of toys and food. Treats I find to be limited. They don't carry duck feet which is one of our pup's favorites. However, they have pig ears and stuff like that. I wish they had salmon skins. Can't beat the discounts though so it's a great chain. We have also been to another location in NJ. I don't exactly remember where in NJ but it was a much smaller store. Carrying the same things but the staff was so awesome super friendly and helpful. They showered Love with Treats and belly rubs. So he was in heaven to say the least. Now for the reason florham location lost a star in my eyes today. One of their workers today was having a bad day she checked us out and wasn't the most cheerful or happy person. She looked almost scared of Love which made me sad but it's a preference.

Great array of goods you cannot find in "regular "pet shops. Loved the staff as wall as the choice of products. Got the 3 foot jerkey for my dog, he demolished it in 20 min. Hilarious!!!

Self-serve dog wash for $5 each wash when you buy 5 washes at a time ($25). And it’s always clean and looks like a doggy spa (4 wash stations of varying heights, all subway tiled, not metal). Need I say more?? Also has all the actual pet supplies you need and is a clean friendly store.

Thank you for bringing back (old fashion) customer service. And oh, I should mention the prices are lower than the big box stores (for fish food and supplies).

Would not be going to this location again. Short hills Location all the way for me. The first time I wanted to give this new location a try is when they first opening. For some reason the coupon wasn’t working on the site, and when I called this location up to ask them if I can come In store and they could input it on their system, the staff employees including the manager didn’t seem really that knowledgeable. I know with the other location; they would manually put it in or scan it if not working but for this it was “we aren’t sure, I just went to the other place at that point. I Wanted to give this a location one more time as I would be in the area anyway, so coming here would be more convenient after a stop. I ordered a few items item, and I got a call from an employee the item was ready for pick up! That’s awesome I got a call. When we got there to pick it up; I did a curbside order and checked in. After waiting for 15 minutes, no one ever came out to give us the order. I didn’t have a mask on me as I forgot it at home, so my boyfriend went in to retrieve the order. He told me 2 employees were there just hanging out in the aisle, chatting with one another. He told them we waited for 15 minutes for curbside and they just said sorry. Would not come here again as both times were bad experiences.

This store is a great find! Convenient location near Trader Joe's and a great supply of healthier pet food than you don’t find in most other places. The store is also spacious and clean, making the experience quite pleasant!

I went in last night and they were yelling at kids for not putting something they didn’t want back in the right place. they are kids!!! Don’t yell at them, ask nicely because kids do that. After yelling at them, they kicked them out and i felt awful! Everyone in that store cannot tell me that they haven’t put something back in the wrong place because they were lazy to put it back. Let kids be kids. You should be ashamed of yourself. If I knew the guy who was yelling I would tell you but I didn’t hear his name. Awful customer service.

It is great to have a pet store in our community. Pet Supplies is well stocked with all the latest trends in pet food. The staff is friendly, and visiting the store is a pleasant experience.
