I use PetSmart for my dog's grooming. The staff is friendly and attentive to your needs. They not only take good care of your dog but also give a full, written report of how your dog did during the grooming session. Accessible price. Highly recommended!

My daughter bought a hamster, a beautiful Syrian teddy bear! She's so sweet! But, Pet Smart had everything she needed for the hamster. A starter cage that came with food, bedding, water bottle, food bowl & running wheel. Everything she bought came out to well under $100.00. Great store with all you need for your pets! Love this store, between Pet Smart & Pet Value you're covered for everything. I highly recommend both stores!

This PetSmart is smaller than the one near where I used to live but it always is stocked, checkout is quick, and although I’ve never used the grooming service, I’ve heard great things about it!

I visited this location of Petsmart on 12/2/2021 around 6 pm. Off the bat I already had a great impression, as I was greeted at the door. I used to work in retail, and now that I don’t anymore, I do really appreciate being acknowledged as a customer when I walk through the door. I also noticed that the staff is organized in their approach to helping “pet parents”, as they utilized the PA loud speaker system to announce that a “pet parent” needed assistance with something in a specific aisle. The “pet parent” thing made me smile. The best part of my visit, however, was being able to observe the adorable cats for adoption inside this Petsmart location! See pictures for adoption details if you’re interested. Also, if you visit a Petsmart location this Holiday season, then please donate a stuffed animal! The donation is only $5 and the cashier actually rings up a stuffed animal toy at the register. Thanks, Petsmart!

I took my dog today, not happy at all he supposed to be clean not to smell the same, when came home he lay down as soon as he move he left wet the floor, means not even a good dry 😒 surely I will not bring my dog there ever again, waste of my money.

I live going here!! They have foods that markets don't have and I love seeing the adoptable cats!! Everyone there has knowledge of the products there also. Nice atmosphere and prices are less expensive than markets are too!

I realize this is a store that sells pet supplies, but they really love your pet! They greet my dog and I by name at this location. The staff is very friendly, caring and helpful. It is a good idea to check their stock online before your outing with your furry friend so you won't be disappointed. They are very busy and can sell out of popular items quickly, especially if they are on sale.

I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service I received at my visit today. Kathleen was at the aquatics department and she promptly greeted and asked me if she could help? She was very pleasant and sincere in her efforts to assist. She also happened to check me out at the cashier station. Excellent Experience. Friendly Staff.We shop here regularly and have put 3 dogs through their training programs. Everyone in the store, from cashiers, to management, to the trainers have been nothing but helpful and friendly. We’ve also purchased fish here and they have a great return policy if the fish dies early.Like I said, we’ve had 3 dogs go through their training program and are very pleased with the training experience. Also, every time I call, I get someone on the line and they are very pleasant.The only service we have not used is the grooming.

Despite some complications and complaints, the manager, district manager, and associates went to great lengths to remedy any issues I had. Ultimately, I am more than satisfied with the results and the pets/products I got from this store. I highly recommend this store. Everyone makes mistakes (I definitely made some too by not doing my research on having a fish tank) but not everyone owns up and fixes them, and they certainly did. Plus all the employees were really nice about everything the whole way through. I never felt like they were annoyed with me. 5 Stars.

Great Petsmart. Always have great clearance deals for all your furry friends. I ended up getting like 4 different items I think for under 5 dollars through the clearance. Also the fish section is the best around. Lots of different unique fish.
