Really poor - expect it to close. Prices are outrageous. Selection is scant. Produce is poor, and Shop Rite, a stone's throw away, provides stellar value, choice, quality and service. Don't understand how people can put their money into a venture as this. It's sad.

Pricey grocery items, but mindful of environment and options for vegans. I get my recycled paper products here (toilet paper and paper towels) regularly. Also they carry my coffee alternative and lots of organic produce.

come on! How misleading is this, or is it just me? I LOVE BBW but I was so disappointed today. No chicken in it. Sadly, chickpeas that should make up for chicken in sauce, should at least not be crispy. This rating relates ONLY to this experience. Sorry, there is no neutral option.

A great grocery store for a comprehensive selection of healthy and sustainable products. There's also a food bar allowing you to eat something there or take to go. A locally owned alternative in a sea of chain stores. ❤️

Great store! Lots of variety from produce to frozen foods. Cafe has really good soups. Large selection of probiotics, and supplements/ vitamins. Nice little gift section in the back. Store is a bit tight to move around in when it’s crowded but that’s only because they offer so much variety of products. Worth the trip. Been a customer for many many many years.

I've been shopping at BB since ots opened. The high quality of customer service is EXQUISITE! The support from our community is just as important. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! All products are legitimate and the staff is well versed in their products. I appreciate BB for everything they provide and the education towards our community for healthier products for nutrition and wellness.

I'm from out of town and visit infrequently. There aren't many vegan options in this town so I always find myself here. As someone that frequents natural food stores i can decisively say that they're high priced and nothing special, but if you're in the area and need a natural food store this is it.

I’ve been coming to basil for lunch for years and never had any issues. Yet, over the last several weeks I just can’t get good service or what I even ordered. They’ve messed up my food order twice and one other time they didn’t even start my order till I arrived when I ordered 20 min in advance. Just disappointed.

I love this store! Great selection of good quality food. Yes, it maybe a little on a pricey side, but you get what you pay for! I'm there a few times a week. They carry all different types of fruits, vegetables, meat, dairy, vegetarian, gluten-free, etc items plus the cosmetics, cleaning supplies, vitamins and supplements.

I have been shopping here, for as long as it has been opened. Ralph has done a great job bringing to our community the great products available to us in a healthy environment, with knowledgeable people working there. It is wonderful to see his stores expanding in our general area. The prices are very comparable and watch the flyers, sales are great! Just the right size stores to shop in without getting overwhelmed and it taking hours to go shopping. Go hungry and enjoy their homemade food section!!

It is to their credit that they have able to thrive and expand despite tough times and growing competition. Love this store, juices are made fresh at the cafe, soups are homemade and always delicious. Staff is very helpful in finding things, I needed a couple special items - vitamins and probiotics, they found everything for me. If you have a chance to try the buffalo tofu do NOT pass it up, it is unbelievable!

I went in there for the first time today and loved it. Fresh produce (the main reason I went) and a great selection of healthy and organic ingredients. Lots of bulk foods and spices along with delicious chocolates and TONS of other items too. These guys pack a ton of groceries into a small shop. In addition, they had solid prices on the items I was looking for. I'll most certainly be back.

For a small market, there is a great variety of produce and dried goods. Friendly staff and a great rewards system as well. The only thing I would like to see expand is the bulk food section. I love to avoid buying products in boxes/bags and there are a lot of things I can get, but I would love for it to expand:)

This is the place to go for quality supplements, vitamins, essential oils. Their organic produce and organic, Non-GMO groceries are good not necessarily best variety selections. Many grocery items can be purchased at typical supermarkets for less. Always stop at their food counter for a delicious healthy drink or eat!

This is my new favorite store for fresh fruits, veggies, etc. I love small, "everybody knows your name" stores, which is the atmosphere in this jam-packed shelves and small aisles. So I can easily get in and out with just about everything on my list in 20 min flat. It's also unusual for me to find a store that literally Carrie's all of my favorite brands - from Bubbee's pickles, relish AND horse radish, organic no sugar added tomato sauce and ketchup, better than boullion, and 3 or 4 choices of keto bread for my husband!! (Fabulous toast BTW). The first visit I missed that fresh roasted turkey breast; but not the 2nd! Fantastic and tasty, way better than the tasteless one at Whole Foods. In the middle of winter it's hard to have many fruit choices so I hope the selection will be larger in summer. But the huge choices of fresh organic veggies more than makes up for it. And when you're there, check out the Caesar Dressing with avocado oil. And best of all, friendly human cashier's!

This is a wonderful natural foods market. It offers everything you need to support a healthy lifestyle. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is quite an array of foods and merchandise as well as vitamins, supplements and herbs. There is also a Cafe to grab a bite or smoothie.

I like the plant-based products that they have and there are some I can only find there. For examples, they carry Eden canned no-salt chickpeas and also pure ground vanilla powdered. I can't find that at either ShopRite or Wegmans. Unfortunately, Basil Bandwagon is on the expensive side - probably because they not a huge store. They have a reasonable selection of organic vegetables and fruits but again they are expensive. Another positive point is that the store personnel are very helpful and friendly.

BEWARE SHOPPING HERE …We paid $13.84 for 2 Tubes of “Contaminated” toothpaste. Today we received replacements through the mail and both replacement tubes smelled worse than the 2 tubes we bought.We tried to reach out to your store on Facebook but I guess that since our review was honest, we were blocked by your store from leaving an updated review from your Facebook page.As a matter of fact, because the business owner didn’t like us talking about contaminated toothpaste he had somehow arranged for our review to be taken off his Facebook page.So given the store the benefit of the doubt once again, perhaps your store got a bad batch of toothpaste. Yet it’s very hard to believe that whoever mailed these did not smell the very strong odor. Discovered this place riding around Felmington on my lunch break one day. I have only patronized this market's deli department. I've had the falafel wrap and the black bean burger wrap. Both were delicious and very satisfying. The wraps are huge, you definitely get your money's worth here. I called in my order the second time I came and when I got to the store to pick up (I was glued to my phone composing a text message), the ladies at the deli called me by name...I was impressed. The prices are a little high here, I looked around a little while waiting for my Falafel wrap to be prepared, but I supposed that is to be expected from a Mom and Pop health food store who doesn't have the distribution of a Wholefoods Market. Overall I was satisfied and plan to come once a week for lunch to try out something new. One day I'll splurge and buy a cookie or something.

Went into the store on August 21, 2018 at around 4:30 PM. The store (Basil Bandwagon) was not crowded at all, maybe 4 or 5 people at any given time.A walked up and down the isles looking for something (Oh, mostly the isles near the cash register) and I thought that those isles would have what I was looking for.Then walked up and down all the isles and not one employee came over to me and ask what I needed.One guy with a beard (he was young) kept looking at me and sort of following me like I was going to rob something, but I look at them and smirk (to myself) on the inside because this happens lots of times to me. They really do not know how to read people. Also, the other employees looked at me and they actually walk past you, a few times and no help or hello or anything.They are awful. Terrible people.One thing, it's easy when you know the person and maybe seen them lots of times, but just like I tell my kids it really shows me the type of people working there they way they treat people they are unfamiliar with, especially in a buy and sell store. Their parents and/or the bosses of the store did a TERRIBLE JOB WITH THESE PEOPLE, and anyone that raised them.Thanks for reading.James.P.S. I give one star because at least there is a organic store I could go in but won't anymore. I will go to the other STORE.
