Value to price is great and the staff is pleasant. There are limited selections and sizes, but overall the store saved us about 8% over just shopping at Shoprite. That's about $600 to $700 per year if we keep it up, which is quite nice.

This is a really unique, great store that fills a niche. It's not for everyone and everything (for example it's not a replacement for Wegmans). Some will not like the self service on carts (Bring a quarter which you will get back) and bagging. But that helps them keep the cost down and the prices are incredible, and I mean incredible.Check it out and it, give it a chance and it may fill a certain complementary role in the same way Costco and other types of stores do.

I love shopping at Aldi, but on Monday I saw something that really bothered me and I felt bad for a Hispanic family because the cashier I think was telling the lady to change her cart for the one he had and she didn't understand him. The cashier reluctantly stood up and began to take things out of the cart that he had next to him for the one that the lady had. It is true that if we are in another country we must learn the language but it is not known if the lady was a tourist or if she lived here. but in my opinion it was no way for the cashier to throw away the food that the lady was carrying

I love Aldi...great quality food..pretty close to name brand stuff..fresh produce and meats...very cool little gifts and plants..very affordable which is what we need right now! Thankyou for keeping your prices relatively the same..please don't raise them!,,my whole family goes here...nice n clean..well kept stores...looking forward to visiting the new watchung store..thankyou!

The two people closing were very rude. An older manager like lady and a stock boy, Basically forced us out as I was grabbing one thing 5 minutes before they closed. I was out by 7:57 but they were still being nasty to everyone in there.

Apr 11, 2024 - My wife and I like the self-checkout.Jan 16, 2023 - Second time in one month an item was mispriced. Unfortunately, the cashiers use hand calculators to determine the price adjustments and (both times) couldn't do simple math. Today's cashier was rude. She made the incorrect calculation and spoke condescendingly toward us for trying to fix the error.Feb 15, 2022 - The Simply Nature Chai Tea Latte is back! (It's a seasonal item.)Aug 7, 2021 - This was my first visit to this Aldi. It was clean and not too crowded. (The Aldi in Edison is always crowded.) The prices are good and the selection is good enough. Bring a quarter to rent a cart (you'll get the quarter back). Also, bring your own grocery bags.

I used to think highly of Aldi's and shopped there at least twice a month. Until early January 2020, when I bought one dozen yogurts as usual (with valid expiration date for a month later on, so I thought it was all fresh and safe to eat). However, this time this batch of yogurts was badly molded!!! ( the first 3-4 yogurts I opened to eat, were badly contaminated with visible mold/fungus. So, didn't bother to open the rest as I assumed they were probably rotten). I returned them all to show to the store manager (Flemington, NJ) and recommended they remove same from store shelves. Not sure if they ever did or not but I never went back to any Aldi stores.

The price for groceries is great. Most things are significantly less expensive and comparable to the grocery stores. They don't always have everything, but they restock on Wednesdays so that's the best bet for niche items like gluten free products.

Comparing prices with other supermarkets ALDI has reasonable deals. Products are cheap and good quality! Fish sticks in other stores are 10 dollars, i found a packet of 43 fish sticks for 4,29!!!!

Love it! Great food and Great Prices! Bring your own bag and a quarter for a kart. This store doesn't have everything, but has the essentials and at awesome price. I always leave here with lots of food, but the total seems so low.. I almost want to run without looking back.

Always positive experience here. They always have a good stock of items. This has been our go to Aldi when the others are out of the items we need. Parking lot is spacious too.

Aldi's is a smaller market that meets all of our basic needs. Their food selection serves every dietary preferences and their quality & price points are excellent. The store is clean and the staff is pleasant.FYI... I recommend that you bring your own bags as the charge for paper (it's environmentally conscious & keeps their prices down) AND bring a quarter for the carts as that ensures their return into the store...also keeps their cost down and allows for lower pricing. Enjoy!

Like the clean neat store with wide aisles. Food is of good quality. However, that being said, be careful with the milk. Twice we have had milk go bad even though it was three days until the sell by date.I would never purchase milk there again.

I started regularly using Aldi during the pandemic. It was a much better experience than the traditional grocery stores and it made up for the more limited selection. We continued to use Aldi because we've gotten accustomed to the high quality products at lower prices. I've been to another local Aldi and the one in Flemington is far better. Even though there are less of them in Flemington, the staff is friendlier. The stranger thing is that I have seen lower prices at the Flemington store than the other local store. It continues to be a primary grocery store for us but we do go to others as well because a small place like this won't always have everything you are looking for....but it has enough to get by

Their own brands of products taste the closest of all the non-name brands in the area, and the prices are lower. Good variety of items, food and non food. Have to bring your own reusable bags or purchase theirs at the register. Also, if you plan on using a cart you need a quarter to rent one, and you get it back upon return. Overall great little grocery store in a convenient location.

Fine, you have to pay for the plastic bags, I can deal with that. They are pretty nice bags too. But charging for RECYCLED PAPER BAGS?! really? They don't even have handles!! If you must charge for paper bags at least get the heavy duty ones that don't rip right away.Also when placing items in the cart don't just throw them in, be more gentle, & please don't throw heavy items on top of soft items like bread. Thanks!

Always not a good experience. Shelves are predominantly MC and for the last eight times there has been no brioche bread on the Shelf. I keep asking why and she told me many times will we only get a few in at a time it's a supply chain issue Perry we stopped going to Aldi for not only the bread but other items that they do not carry or are inconsistent at best.

It's okay but I wouldn't go out of my way to shop there. I bought some cheeses; they had no flavor! I want my stuff to taste like its supposed to taste, not just to fill my belly! The veggies are good and fresh.
