They are so wonderful here with both of our pets! Our dogs went in hesitant, yet left happy as clams! They didn’t want to leave! The staff is WONDERFUL, kind, gentle, patient, hygienic, knowledgeable & super accommodating. Our Spaniel is blind, and they are wonderful with her! Our American Bulldog is calm, kind, yet protective of her sister & today was her first time & she was so happy when I picked them up she was basically, quite literally puppy singing & didn’t want to leave! Thank you so much for being wonderful at your jobs, and showing the love you all so clearly have for animals & pets like mine!

They always do a wonderful job on our border collie, even though she is sassy, hates baths, and doesn't like her paws touched. Also they put little bows in her hair last time and it was so cute

Rude and unfriendly employees who returned my sweet cat back soaking wet and terrified after his grooming service!!! He’s been hiding scared to come out for hours since returning home when he’s usually a lively, playful, and sweet cat. Will not be returning EVER and am feeling very disgusted by whatever those monsters did to my poor cat. We’ve been to plenty of other Petsmarts before for grooming services but have never had an experience like this! I hope your establishment gets ruined by a natural disaster, shut down due to all the damages and you all go broke and unemployed for the rest of your scum lives!

I love the My Olive PetSmart . We took all the obedience training classes and learned so much from Stefanie our trainer . My Cavalier and I can go anywhere and be welcome . We loved the classes and the doggie socializing. it was so worth the time and energy to have a well behaved dog . We love the ease of the grooming also Sarah is wonderful and we always look beautiful when we are done . I recommend this store to everyone.

They never greet you or either provide assistance to find a product. The floor is always stained, bad smell, and I never see an associate cleaning the the floor. The reason I provided a 3 star the products are organized and one of there cashier's provided me good customer service.

I always have a great experience at this store. Store is clean and well organized. They did not have what I was looking for (which I knew from checking online before I visited) but i was in the area so i wanted to double check. However, the team in the aquatic department were very helpful in suggesting solutions for what I needed. Thank you

Great store, "Almost" everything u could need, but of course overpriced. Have purchased about 10 fish and only lost one, so that's pretty good sign they have a good filtration system. Obviously parking is fine and the store is very clean. I recommend.

As a previous reviewer also stated, the fish selection and care is truly disturbing. We thought it would be fun to buy our 7yr old an aquarium and some fish for his birthday as a new responsibility to care for. Now up to $400 and 4months later, we have gone through about 8 fish and about 4 ghost shrimp- all of whom cannot survive the absolute cleanest most sanitary conditions of their tank. We are literally changing the water every 2 weeks- not over feeding and never overcrowd. One after another- they just keep dying. No more- these fish are sick and like someone mentioned, usually dead sitting in the small cups when you walk in. Should’ve been a red flag then… No wonder.. lesson learned… such a disgusting disappointment. Very sad… and a shame for our son who has been so upset over this. Never again

We have been taking dog training classes for our new 7 months french bulldog named orzo . Stephanie the trainer is fantastic. She is very thorough and really knows how to deal with every type of dog. She has a fantastic personality and is very accommodating. I really recommend Stephanie as a trainer. We are taking one more class with her for the advance dog training class. Shannon C was wonderful with our pup Phoebe and her first groom. After a bad experience at another place, Shannon was so sweet and took her time with our mini-Goldendoodle and said “it’s a lifetime of grooming…we just want to make sure she has a good experience.” What more could you ask for a groomer? We will be back!
