Highly recommend! Our dogs always have a great experience and we have been going here for years! They are reasonably priced. Staff is friendly and our dogs always come out happy! They cut the nails with precision and provide a cut that we are always happy with. You can tell they love animals here and truly provide the best services by taking their time to making sure our dogs felt comfortable with them.

I used to bring my pups to Well Groom, which was called Try Cobb, way back when I taught in Scotch Plains. After retirement, I tried other groomers, because Fanwood is not close to my home. NOT ONE groomer has come even close to the professionalism, expert groom or price that Well Groom has!!

Stress free, the way it needs to be. I called on a Saturday morning when we found out we were having house guests and a stinky dog. I dropped my dog off at the front door that afternoon. The groomer was soft spoken and gentle with Lucy, clearly someone meant to work with animals. Lucy got a bath, clean ears and nails cut at a reasonable price. I got a return call within an hour and a half, which was just enough time for me to run my Saturday errands. Lucy was not stressed at all and came out relaxed and happy.

I have a very nervous, rescue mini dachshund. She shakes the minute I put her in the car. When she gets with Allison, she stops shaking and is calm....to me this is truly a gift that Allison has with animals... I would never bring Moxie any where else. The grooming is excellent and I know she’s treated very well when she’s there. I can’t say enough about how Allison runs her business. A true professional and a terrific person.

I love their work. I had to get past the no personality and lack of customer service. They still get 5 stars because of the quality of their work. I have tried other groomers closer to home and the results are never as good as Well Groomed.

I have been using this groomer for the past two years. They always do an excellent job with my two Shih Tzu. They love to go! I call it The Spa! They do everything that should be done on a grooming appointment and will give your dog the cut you ask for, which is very important. If you are unsure about something or have questions, they take the time to explain everything to you. I tried another groomer out of convenience (my dogs were already there for a different service) and the difference in service, and price, was night and day! If you take your dogs to Well Groomed, you won't be disappointed!

Alison does a great job with both my dogs -- a shepherd/collie mix and a husky/shepherd mix. Both boys come home happy and well-groomed, so to speak. Prices are reasonable, and both dogs seem quite comfortable there. I first went there bc it's convenient; we go back bc of the service.

Would never ever bring my dog back here. When I picked up my dog she had a HUGE chunk out of the bottom of her ear and they NEVER MENTIONED IT. My dog has been gated in the kitchen and not allowed outside unsupervised since she sprained her shoulder, this did not happen at home. I should've known better when my dog peed on the floor once we arrived...she knew they were bad people, she's never done that before!!! Never ever again. SPARE YOUR DOG THE TRAUMA!
