When PCI was bought I was heartbroken. I loved having a local distributor and Denise Richards was the best in house rep I had ever had the pleasure of working with. Then Denise told me that Miller Veterinary Supply was opening an East Coast office. She promised me that I would get the same great prices and the same excellent service I had enjoyed with PCI. Both Denise and Miller Vet Supply have kept their promise. Denise calls every day to see if I need anything. And, on several occasions when we ran out of important items, one of the supervisors drove to our hospital and hand delivered them to us! They go above and beyond to deliver truly great customer service.
