I have tried multiple times to order from them and the orders just sit without any communication and I just had to cancel my most recent order from Feb 2nd. There was no explination as to why it never shipped and no apology for never shipping it. BEWARE!!

BEWARE!!!!!!This company is not only expensive but very unprofessional. You will pay $1,000 for initial access to inventory list that is never in stock another $89.99 a month for integration that is never monitored, and you only receive a small percentage of the products being sold (VERY VERY SMALL PERCENTAGE). The only way you could possibly be successful is to sale thousands of products a month which is hard when most of the inventory is not in stock. I constantly experienced connection issues and the constant back and forth regarding integration. They have no written processes or guidelines in place on how their systems actually migrate and work. They never have at least 80%. of their products in stock. The communication and follow up is horrible!!!! The owner Janene initially comes off as to be very helpful but many of my problems were never resolved up until the point I decided that this company is not living up to the expectations and amount of money I've invested.I was basically told that my business was small potatoes compared to the others she has but oddly I always had integration issues and was told that her team would look into problems and never did. This company IS VERY MISLEADING. BEWARE!!!!!!

Absolutely terrible company with poor business practices and awful customer service.Not only is the below review accurate about them never having product in stock, they're also scammers if you do not pay attention to your bill. They constantly bill for the total order amount, even though after billing they cancel half the order. Have yet to see any reimbursements come through for these errors.In addition, if products are on backorder, no one takes the time to inform you. They just hold your order until the product comes in and then ships. I was PROMISED my order would ship on a particular date, and when it did not, all I received were excuses and that it was "out of their hands". They refused to refund me the $11 shipping despite the fact that I spend thousands. Which really is the most petty thing I've ever experienced from a "business".When you do step up and confront these issues, they just cancel your orders, further backing that they do not care about retailers whatsoever.As a non-profit animal shelter, we do our best for every pet and adopter that comes through our shelter. We provide free products to adopters, for which we would order from this company. They truly do not care small business or non-profits. If we treated our community the way this business treated us, there would be thousands of suffering animals.Their business practices are pathetic and they should be ashamed of the way they take advantage of people.
