Groomer is outstanding. I bring our cat here for a nail trim about every 3 weeks. Stephanie is so gentle and gets the job done quickly. Good selection of wet and dry food. Would like a better selection of cat treats.

This is my first time visiting this location, I was greeted warmly by the three employees when I entered the store.I looked online and they had the fish tank supplement that j needed I was so happy to find it local! They were quick to help with my questions! I ended up getting some fish too and they were mostly on sale. Their tanks looked great with happy fish and nothing dead. I found some wonderful fish and snails to add to my community tank. The woman who helped me got them quickly without chasing them with the net which stresses them out. I am very happy with my purchase!

I recently had my 11yr old dog Molly groomed by Cyan. She did an awesome job. When I dropped Molly off she was definitely scared but Cyan introduced herself & asked if she could pick her up. She was so gentle and did an amazing job with the grooming. Molly will definitely be going back. I got there a little early & there was another groomer already working on a dog. She was doing a great job too. All the groomers there do so much to make the dogs feel comfortable.

The lady and guy wouldn't let me buy a fish for my 5 year old brother's bday (which was TDY) and when we got home and told him he cried. Horrible. She and the dude schooled me over getting a TWENTY CENT FISH. We wanted one fish and maybe a second but that was for debate. We have a fish tank at home and NO we didn't have it running for 24 hours before. This was his last minute bday gift that he begged on his KNEES for. He is now not talking to us and in his room balling his eyes out. He is only 5 and this is his only dream. I hope that the lady and guy who shattered his whole little five year old heart reads this and realized what she/he just did. He had a fish from before. It had died a few months prior. This idea came to him as we where going out to CVS right next door. We told him we where going out and he asked for a fish. You killed a little boy's dreams, hopes, future, spirits and happiness. As I write this sitting outside his room I can hear his screams of pain. You've made a supposed to be happy day into an absolutely horrific experience. She also (she as in the old lady with loads of eye makeup on) stared with such a judgemental look. Almost as if she was in disgust not even knowing half of our side of the story. She took it all ahead of herself to say something to my one single simple question. I had asked if two kinds of fish could be in the same tank. But no. She went on a whole rant about fish. She is acting like I'm buying a cow and saying I don't own a farm for it. It's not that deep. It'll probably die within a few months. She talks about it like it's her first born daughter. I'm super disappointed. Hope you have a better day than my brother.

Just went in the store to buy my son's bearded dragon food and horn worms tonight. Well the horn worms were 6 for 12.00. The one container that had the largest ones only had 3 in it since they are treats the larger the better. So I asked what price would be and she said the manager would probably give 50% off. Needless to say she would only take 25%? I then asked if she could add 3 more from a different container which I thought she was doing so I paid the 12.00. Well she wouldn't and said there was another one with 6but they were tiny. So I got a refund which is a bummer. Not sure why the policy is to overcharge customers? I was willing to pay the correct price of 2.00 per horn worm instead they want to charge 12.00 for 3 and only give 25% off? Needless to say I am no longer a customer.

I go here all the time to get my dogs food and other supplies my dog needs I never have a problem with that. The grooming service I am very upset with the lady Robyn I scheduled and appointment 2 or 3 months in advance and the day of his appointment she cancels she did it very unprofessional and did not recommend to anyone else I am very upset with that how are they going to tell me oh Friday everything is set but then Monday cancel and doesn’t schedule me with anyone else? I will not be taking my dog there for grooming I know other places are better and will do an even better job and won’t cancel the way she did.

the employee at the register was helpful, but we needed a manager for something and she took almost 15 minutes to finally show her face. sue was the manager’s name. i wasn’t trying to cause a scene but i was getting impatient. i saw her come from sitting on her butt in her office. what kind of customer service is it where the manager can’t be bothered to do her job. the employee called many times and i could tell she was getting impatient too. seems like a normal occurrence around here. won’t be back

I'm new to area. Convenient location. Carries all the products i need. I use weruva cat food snd unless I order it online, its not available at most stores. Well...its here and much more. Staff is polite, professional and helpful. Ready to answer any questions. They also price match. Store is clean and inviting. I recommend this store.

Pet Supplies is my "go to" destination because I can always count on the staff. Fair Lawn and Oakland have outstanding personnel who are happy to be there and want to help you. Stocking of inventory, even during pandemic or the current supply chain issues, is very good. They are rarely completely out of stock of any single item. 5 stars!

Staff is very friendly. The feeder fish are the best price around and are healthy. Their price match promise is a wonderful help as I have lots of pets.Their being open on Sundays is a great advantage since everything else on 17 is closed.

We love our local PSP in Fair Lawn. The team there is always friendly and welcoming. They are around to assist us with everything from carrying a heavy bag of kibble out to the car or finding something on the shelves. We can bring our dog who has a great time when he comes with us and we apologize if he is sometimes too quick in grabbing those low lying treats:-)
