We got our King Charles Cavalier from mamas and Papas In August 2023. We had done a lot of research on whether we should adopt or whether purchasing a puppy was the right move for our family. We were looking for this specific breed and Happened to stumble across her after meeting another puppy in the neighborhood that just didn’t seem like the right fit for our family. Immediately we decided that she Was it! I decided to write this post because I know How tough of a decision it can be to buy a puppy. The owner was so helpful And described absolutely everything to us before we bought her and he was the only pet shop that showed us her paperwork before we bought her. Being that this breed has many health problem this was very important to me. After finishing her puppy vaccinations and getting a wellness check, the vet said that she is healthy and growing ! They take great care of their puppies And take a lot of pride in their work. Having our pup from this store has been nothing but a blessing in our life, and I highly suggest that if you are looking To add a puppy to your home to consider buying one from mamas and Papa’s.

We've taken our shih tzu to this groomers three times. Each time we went, our dog had some scratch or scrape on his belly or around his genitals that left him miserable for over a week each time. We wanted to give them a second and third chance because the owners and employees were very nice, but this will be the last time. This time, I requested a specific hairstyle but they just seemed to shave everything rather than trim some areas. I think that's where some of our dog's injuries are from. This time his injuries seemed worse than the last two times.His perennial is swollen, and he keeps dragging his butt on the ground trying to scratch it.He keeps licking his stomach to the point where his nipples are very red.There is a cut under his eye that has been getting redder and more swollen for the past couple days.

Wonderful owner who truly cares about pets. He has taken incredible care over my dog for years. I"ve never had an issue with their grooming - Yes, there are times my pup had been groomed very closely, but frankly think that's more my fault for letting her coat get too bad in between visits. I love that its a small local business and he puts his all into the shop....I'd strongly recommend you give them a shot at your business..

So. Many. Cute. Things. Every visit is worthwhile. It's so nice to see the cute puppies being sold are being taken care of. The owner Shawn and staff members treat the puppies and incoming dogs with so much love! All of them get exercise and socialized in the front window so they're not in cages all day. The place is clean & well stocked. Tons of pet foods, toys and accessories! You find accessories here that you cannot find in generic chain pet stores.Knowing that not many dogs "enjoy" getting groomed & often get stressed and nervous (my male dog is timid and will often vomit after being in an environment and around people he isnt familiar with), i really would not go anywhere else with my two pups. He has never once gotten sick after grooming here! They take such good care of him! I get them groomed regularly and they always come back so clean and smelling fresh! No issues at all. My dogs can be very fidgety and theyre always so patient with them. Check it out! Definite recommend!!!

I take my dog to get groomed here. They always do such a great job and exactly what I ask for. They are so sweet to her too. This is the only groomer she is not afraid to walk in to so I know they take good care of her.

Brought my dog here for the first time to get groomed. My dog had long hair the owner came over to look at my dog and said there were knots in her hair and they would have to cut it short. I didn't think about it much. Went to pick my dog up, her hair was cut down to her skin only leaving a little left. My dog now looks like a rat!

My dog was never the same after I took him to this place to get groomed, he came back with diarrhea, and was shivering none stop. My dog seemed very nervous and afraid of everything, it got so bad to the point I had to take him to the vet. The vet found numerous scratches on his skin from this place, also they injured his testicles while grooming. I am extremely against animal cruelty. I can't believe they did this to a poor dog, I am very disappointed.

Please don't shop or purchase dogs from the internet or stores. You are part of the problem with supporting puppy mills.The USDA approves puppy mills (RED FLAG)Please be more attentive and adopt from your local pet shelters!!!

Friendly shop. They sell organic foods and snacks such as dried turkey wings, duck feet, fish skin, etc. The shop owner is willing to order the product you need ifnhe doesn't carry it

I explained for the third times, the color orientation is falsely advertised which I spend over $500 to get the right color which was advertise on 'Albee Baby'. It's there responsibility to question (Mamas and Papas) over the color detail. 'Albee Baby' is advertise Petrol Blue. but the original color showing is 'TEAL' It's NOT Petrol Blue.

I have been taking my dog here to get groomed for two years or so and this past week I noticed he had like a pice of skin exposed and it didn't look right after the grooming so I brought dog back- they tried telling me I spilled something on dog which was not true- luckily they were able to get this out and removed- but they then tried telling me that they forgot to tell me that my dog had flees and ticks and they bathed him with appropriate stuff- when i picked him up after they were nice enough to bath him again and spot out, he said he has " 200 flees swarming all over him" there is just no way this was true and if this was a cover up to the "stain" that happened there- i don't appreciate all the made up lies- if he was infested with flees I would certainly have known that- I am not going back there again
