Very very helpful. I was making a return to Amazon and after I dropped off my package, I realized that I needed two separate packages. It was 2 of the same item, and they arrived in the same package so I was unaware that Amazon had issued two separate QR codes for the return. I realized it an hour later and went back to UPS. They opened up the boxes they had already packed and located my package. They were extremely helpful and very very patient with me. Five stars for excellent excellent customer service and support.

They go out of their way to be so helpful. I showed up for return, but didn't realize I needed a box and return label. The employee found an empty package bag and printed a label for a small fee. Love coming here!

I was there today and one of the employees assisted me and she was the best. I wish I got her name. When asked if there were specific kinds of boxes, she didn’t just show me options but asked what I needed and made it happen. It wasn’t a difficult request but she knew exactly what I needed and knew how to execute. I was out of there in 5 minutes because she took care of everything, including packing and taping it up. Thank you, especially this year and season when demands are even higher. When she was done helping me out, she smiled and said, “that was fun!”

This is my go to UPS for sending and returning packages.However, I did have a bad experience recently. I generally pack everything to return even if amazon does not require it. I brought these packages to the store. The young lady who works there, not the older gentleman who is the owner, assisted me.On this occasion, she asked that I remove the returning item out of the box since the packaging was too large. After I did this I didn't think it would be too difficult for the employee to dispose of the boxes that had been used to package the return.She refused to accept the boxes and I politely asked if she could dispose of them. Her excuse was that she does not like to go to back of the store when it's dark. She said she didn't feel safe.She pointed out where the dumpster was and insisted that I go and throw the boxes away.I usually have a pretty good experience here, but it just irritated me that she couldn't just dispose of them for me. I went out to the back to throw it out. There were many cars parked there even at that late time (645m). If this employer drove to the store to work, she clearly parked in the back.It just seemed so bad of an excuse and quite honestly just flat out lazy.This employee also took her time to come out to the front when I was the only customer who was there.I'm disappointed by the lack of professionalism. Perhaps I will start to go to the Linwood avenue more often.

Just dropped off a package and the staff was so nice and helpful in letting me know what my options were to send a package outside the U.S. I asked about tracking and they gave me details on how I can monitor this to the final destination. I highly recommend utilizing this UPS location.

I see that they're under new management. Interesting. I was there months ago and idk but the cashier would take me on a ride. Apart for charging me 2.50 to print a free shipping label and then another dollar to re-tape a part that she felt wasn't secure (although she said she wouldn't and it will be a courtesy), I didn't feel any warm and sweet service. It felt forced and she was annoyed with me because I wasnt tech savvy. There is another lady who is there that is nice but this one that I dealt with, idk. At the FedEx store they print your shipping label FOR FREE. If you need a packing slip, it's .16 only. Thank goodness theres another UPS store not too far so I will check them out and compare.

The young lady, apparently new, almost refused to accept my packages because (check this out!) her register was not working and therefore she could not charge me FOR THE PIECE OF TAPE TO SEAL THE PACKAGE. It took a call to the manager to reach a compromise (where I still paid for the tape). I mean... I think every other shipping place just offers those basic things like label bags and the tape for you if you need it.But given that you do want to charge for your tape but for a technical reason you can't. What do you do? You refuse a customer! Literally tell him to go home with your packages. Something is wrong with this place and it's employees.

I stopped by the UPS for returning a book ten minutes ago. When I went there, the owner was not there. The staff is super nice and helpful. I have never met the staff like her. Even though I did not meet the owner, I definitely make big compliment to this store. Thanks a lot.

This store is terrible. They are now under new management and have absolutely no idea what they are doing. The owner is overwhelmed and lost with how to send packages. They are so busy trying to be quick that they don’t pay attention to what you need. Do not use this store!!!

(Tiana and Lassandra) The girls who work in this location decided to close earlier and turn the system off. So maybe call them first! if you are lucky and they don't have plans for the night you can use th UPS service at 7:00pm when it's supposed to close at 7:30.
