Place is top notch and takes great care in the grooming of your dog. I travel 2 hours to take my Irish Terrier to be hand stripped there and it is with every penny.

We have an almost 7 month old West Highland Terrier named Matcha. This place is the only groomers that does hand stripping. The owner came out and she was very informative. She let us know that he was too young for hand stripping, but she could do a little trim so he can see better. She told us if she cuts his hair, it would change the texture. I appreciated that feedback because I wanted my pup to have a true Westie coat.We were called when he was ready and he was looking like a true Westie. His coat was nice and white. He was super happy and we were able to see his eyes. I can't wait to have our little pup to come here again.We'll be back in 2 months for the hand stripping!

We booked an appointment three weeks beforehand and dropped off our dog at our 9AM appt, only to find out 4 hours later that the appointment was never on record and they had no contact information. If I hadn't called, I would have never found out about the status of our dog, who is still not groomed. Yes, they did wash and deshed even though we supposedly had no appointment, but he's a Bernese Mountain dog still covered all in hair and knots when I booked an appointment for a full grooming. Staff change or employees running late is not an excuse for professionalism.

First of all I was trying for months to find the perfect groomer and I have finally found it !!!! Kelly and the front desk girl was beyond helpful. They were extremely friendly and eased my mind with my puppy Maximilian. They took care of him and did a wonderful job being that he was matted. It takes a lot for me to trust anyone with my puppy but I trust the girls here 100%. He smelled amazing after his grooming and looked even better. I am extremely happy with Miss Mollys grooming and I will definitely be a customer for life!!!! Thank you so much for making my puppy 🐶 handsome again 🐾

Amazing job. I am a Texan traveling to New Jersey and had my golden retriever full of matted hair. I requested an emergency groom and Debbie and her technician was able to squeeze me in.The price was very affordable through competitive prices and the haircut was so well done that my Iris looked like a whole different dog. All matted hairs were gone and she looked slimmer while keeping her golden coat.They were more than transparent. I was able to watch their work from outside the glass where Debbie was giving the haircut. I stepped away because I didn't want to spark attention from my dog. This was an amazing experience and was able to feel glad that this was my dog's first groom in over 2.5 years

I am posting this on behalf of my mother who has been getting her dog groomed by this establishment for some time. In the past, it was exceptional. After her preferred stylist left, she gave her dog to the owner to groom and was very upset by the results. The instructions she gave regarding how she wanted him groomed were completely ignored. The dog's hair was barely cut and what was trimmed was extremely uneven. Messages left on the owner's voice-mail regarding the service were also ignored. My mother has no issue with paying for the quality service that we received from this business in the past, but if this is the way things are now, it really isn't worth the price.

Worst grooming experience I've encountered to date. I brought my terrier in for a hand stripping and was told the appointment would take 2hrs. After 2 1/2 hrs I called and they told me that they had stopped working on my dog, and needed an additional three hours to complete. (Any other hand stripping service I've used before took 1hr) When I went to pick my dog up, the haircut was still incomplete; and to make matters worse, my dog was yelping in pain as they attempted to complete it. They clearly did not know what they were doing! I never leave reviews but the incompetence of the service can't be overstated. I won't be going here again!!Reply to owner: To be clear, this was my 2nd time using Miss Molly's; having recently moved to the area and needing hand stripping. Further, my top priority is safety for my pet, and then quality service. If you want baseless accusations and feckless excuses over quality and care then look no further than Miss Molly's!

I am so grateful to have found Miss Molly’s...my fur baby looked amazing. I was worried because he get anxious around new people he was right at ease and even came home with a cute bandana. The service was remarkable, and the staff is so professional. Especially in these times of covid concerns they were wonderful in explaining the process and maintaining safe protocols following hygienic and safe guardrails. I’m grateful that his fur cut resulted in reduced allergies, and that he looks fantastic as well!! Thank you!

The owner Debbie is also the groomer here. She does an excellent job grooming and she is kind and gentle with the pets who come to her salon. We have a Persian cat named Jasper who needs grooming frequently. It is not easy to find a groomer for a cat, as most shops will only take dogs. However, Debbie takes cats as well as dogs and she does a wonderful job grooming both. Since Debbie is sensitive to our cats comfort, he does not mind going at all and actually likes the attention. Moreover, he looks and feels infinitely better after his grooming. We highly recommend this place for all pets!

Miss Molly took great care of my cat Bella. I went for the first time and she got a hair cut and her nails done. They made her feel relaxed and comfortable as Bella is quite shy. Highly recommended.

We recently took our dog to get groomed for the first time as she is only a puppy. Our first thought was that "Mia" would be very nervous and resistant with the whole experience. Not only was Mia right at home, but the whole experience was wonderful. I think that Mia didn't want to leave! I highly recommend Miss Molly's to all dog and cat owners, as you will be in good hands. Great, friendly staff and owner, along with a clean, inviting atmosphere.

We just moved to Englewood Cliffs with our beautiful Chihuahuas: Roxie, Emmy and Zoë. We did a lot of research, trying to find the right groomer for our pup's nails, they actually hate this spa treatment! Miss Molly's was so welcoming and helpful, and they truly understood our dog's anxiety over getting their nails clipped. Our tiny dogs can be a handful, and we're so happy that we went there. We will definitely be coming back, and we'll share with all of our friends!

I brought my "special needs" dog with an extremely thick coat, for his first grooming. It took the grooming team 4 hours to transform him into a new dog! They were very patient and made my dog feel very comfortable and secure! Thank you Deb and staff!!

Unfortunately, I have to share my negative experiences here.I've brought my cats here a handful of times, and had generally been satisfied. (not especially pleased due to a few reasons: they don't wash after shaving/trimming, which meant that I had to wash them again after bringing them home. They had also been sprayed with perfume and ear cleaning spray, which I can understand the first time, but when I requested they not do it subsequently, it was ignored or forgotten[also, I requested it again today, but she claimed that they never spray perfume: a lie])but my experience today is my main reason for this review:I had a 12:00pm appointment, and dropped off my cat. Was told I'd get a call when he was done. No problem.I stopped by at 2:20pm because that was the normal amount of time it took previously and I was around the area. I was told he needed more time (she estimated an hour). Fine.At 4:10pm, I returned, worried that maybe my phone number was lost because the time was excessive and I had plans at 5pm(didn't think it would take 4 hours). Employee had a conversation with Debra (all within earshot) and she said, annoyed, "Didn't I tell him I'd call him? He's back again?" Didn't bother to come out of her office, instead I had to deal with her employee shuttling back and forth messages, who told me my cat was midway through and that I'd have to wait another hour.I looked at their appointment board and there was one for 1030am, 12pm (my cat) 1pm and 2pm. At that point, I requested to take my cat and pay for the half service done. My cat was brought out to me, untouched.(him being halfway through grooming was a lie)So, after waiting over 4 hours, my cat was untouched, I was treated rudely even though I was polite even when frustrated(by Debra, not the employee), and lied to, twice.Soured a long time customer, and suffice to say, I won't be coming back.(reposted from yelp, her response there speaks volumes)

9/13/20 Update: I don’t know what is happening at this salon. I finally had it. They scheduled my dog appointment at 12 and it was not until 5pm they started her. They said 30 minutes. My dog didn’t get an even cut., because they were rushing. Half her head is long, half short. Face was not clean cut. I gave her another bath home and after drying her, she looked worst. I paid $60 for nothing. Get it together.

Staff very friendly. The establishment could had been a little more cleaner. The Kurigg coffe Maxine was covered with hair, what’s the point of having a coffee machine if you can’t have any due to all of the hair settled on the table. Now to my main point of my review! I brought in My little girl and my friends pup for puppy grooming. I was quoted over the phone 50.00 with a 10.00 discount for first Time visit. Well!!! I was charged 175.00 for both pups due to there behavior.. Really!! There pups this is all new to them!! Our pups were butchered!! They were given the worst hair cut ever!! My little girl long beautiful hair was chopped chopped all uneven! I wish I can post a pics! We were given the ten off each pup after asking for it! We were not given any toothbrush nor were they given facial washes.. My little fellow had scratch marks on his belly from shaving it.. when asked what happened? They said to me it was him scratching himself.. not true!! They tried to cover up what they did!! They actually said to me that he wasn’t even shaved In that area when he actually was!! Over charged for chop chop job!! Never again! The worst!! 🐾 I’ll have to keep clothes on my little girl until all of hair grows back!! Totally annoyed and upset!!

My mid-size labradoodle is very picky when it comes to grooming !!! He loves to go to Miss Molly's place. It is easy to talk to the personnel and they try to do everything that in their power to address his wavy fast growing hair.
