I have been going to this store for the last 6 months . Debbie and her staff are wonderful. Debbie has help clear my pets dry skin by adding coconut oil to there food, also we switched dog food as well . I thank Debbie for being so noligable and friendly. Great people at this location thank you for being so helpful

The store is clean and bright and organized . They have so much stuffs in one good sized store . They guy who greeted me as soon as he saw me was very patient in helping me get stuffs for my cat since I’m a new pet parent . I will definitely come back and recommend this store to my other pet parent friends .

Always very helpful but when you tell them that you are just looking at that moment they are great. They do not "Hound you" lol like other stores do but if you do have a question they are there to help you immediately. This is the type of service that keeps customers not like the ones who constantly as if they can help you every 2 steps you take.I don't know about anyone else but I walk out of stores that torture you with the constant can I help you.This place is great!!

If this store was really 4 stars there would be more than 14 reviews. Go 2 Petco in Closter and receive good customer svc. or order from Amazon and save yourself a bad experience. went back after initial review and my review still stands. 1st review: Store in Dumont has such personable and friendly staff. This place is cold and unwelcoming. They don't even say hi to my lab mix puppy. I'd rather take the trip to Dumont than go here. Do these people even like pets?!

The staff was extremely rude. They have a horrible selection. Got kicked out for waiting for my friend to get out of the bathroom. Actually went in there to purchase soemthing and she got very mad that we were there. She opened the door on my friend as she was using the bathroom and yelled at us saying that his was not a social place to hang out I’m so mad. I am very angry

Has a bathing area for cheap ($10) and they provide towels and shampoo and conditioner and a blow dryer . Great looking elevated baths.

Lots of inventory BUT the male staff there is horrible. They obviously do not want to be there and have no knowledge at all about the inventory. Definitely not customer friendly.
