12:30pm Today I went through drive thru to pick up my prescription and I rang the bell to notify the pharmacy tech that I am there . Does not even say hello or welcome to Walgreens . With attitude she says “As you can see I am helping a customer “ and that’s definitely not how you speak to a customer. Although this Walgreens is closer to my house I WILL NO LONGER GO THERE. Attitude so disgusting always .

I am sure if I stop going there it wont make a differenceNo After shave -so many things they are out of , sad .The list goes on***Name Of That store should be out of StockAgain, Nothing in stock , my reviews are doing nothing , I need to write a review maybe upper management can look ay it , Walgreens is closer but I had to go to CVS last week to buy after shave and other products, nice people in that walgreens , yet I guess they cannot get anything done , I went to get office paper and they don't have it either , I will go to CVS nowThank You WalgreensOut of all the Wallgreen stores I get stuck with the one that has no manager , I even tried talking to the manager and he laughed at meJust a reminder -I told a manager about the After shave and he looked at me and started laughing.This is what the world is today , I'm so sorry that the world has become like this , After that it's hard for me to return to that store .no one cares ***Next step CVS

Currently having an allergic reaction to the very strong fragrance they seem to be pumping through the whole store. I had to come home and shower as well as soak my clothes to attempt to get the smell of fake cinnamon and who knows what else out of my clothes. 3 layers of clothes are saturated in this horrible fragrance now. Walgreens better hope none of their customers go into anaphylaxis from spraying whatever they’re spraying throughout the stores. I will no longer be purchasing anything from Walgreens again after this experience and will tell others to avoid it as well, as I know many other people who get severe reactions to air freshener.

They really try to help. They are always nice. Always go the extra mile. CVS is always out of prescriptions and the are not nice to deal with. Thank you Walgreens

It's a good Walgreens, but my only problem is that they shouldn't leave the registers alone, they should have a backup employee to cover the register while other employees are on the floor, greeting the customers and organizing the aisles...

this walgreens is very disappointing. I frequent this location and every time i need assistance it’s like the staff cannot be bothered. i send my partner there and the staff gives him a hard time as well.

DO NOT, GO TO THIS LOCATION If I could give zero stars I would. My family has gone to this location for years and one by one they all left and took their scripts to other pharmacies. I'll be the next one to leave. Complaints go unheard and unresolved, which means no one cares. 🤔 At the very least you would hope your pharmacy cared about what they are doing. Rx's are never done when promised, but they bombard you with text messages when nothing is ready. Mistakes have been made, they've put the Rx's of other patients in our bags. Trust me this is the tip of the iceberg. They don't have poor customer service, they have zero customer service

Pharmacist was very rude and unprofessional. I asked to get a Influenza vaccine since I am first responder. Staff told me it would be about 30 to 40 minutes way. After I asked if the could see me sooner since I am first responder and I have patients to be seen. Pharmacist came to let me know he was busy and he is not going to be rush for a "flu shot"!He had a very unprofessional way to speak with patients and first responder. He did not have his name on him. He was a young Asian person.I do not recommend this pharmacy. There is a CVS just down the block which staff are great.

Do NOT get your passport photo done here. 1-2 hour wait. Also, don’t get me started on customer service at this booth. He was on his phone when me and another man were waiting on line. Another coworker had to get his attention.

The pharmacist in the drive through was extremely rude ignored us while we were there today. Continued to drink water fiddled with the computer instead of telling us to hold on and didn't say anything til we rang the bell and caught an attitude and said I see you I'll be right there. And continued to mess with the computer and finally when we got her attention she was no help at all.

For 20 years this August 2020 I will be using the pharmacy at this location of Walgreens mostly for the drive through convenience. The fact that you are greeted by the same pleasant faces regularly at the window of every visit shows that the employees are dedicated and professional people. So rarely during peak hours, if you must wait on a line to pick up your prescription rest assured that you will be given the same undivided attention that the car ahead of you received!

The photo department here is terrible. Rude staff & photos are never on time. Has happened 3 times so far, once when I only had 8 photos to print. Had to ask the cashier for help because photo area was completely destered. Will be going to CVS from now on - lesson learned.

Pharmacy department is so helpful and friendly. Just called 5 mins ago to have my script transferred over from CVS in Elmwood park. CVS pharmacy always have their registers broken and always slow there with new employees so wanted to give Walgreens a try. I don't know who answered the phone, but was very pleasant and VERY HELPFUL. He updated my information and answered ALL my questions. So pleased with the customer service!

Worst pharmacy ever. Rude employees that give incorrect information and they lost my prescription that i handed to them so I have to get the doctor to write another. Lady told me it would be ready in a few hours and then a few days later they said it was never in the system.

Don’t Order Photos From Here! Besides the point that they are never done in a timely manner they also are always done incorrectly and need to be redone. Waste of time and effort and the employees constantly lie so you have to ask the same question multiple different ways to get the actual answer. No one knows how to ask someone who does know to get you the right answer so instead they keep making up lies to try and get you off the phone.

Don’t go there for passport renewal photo . I told that lady 10 times that this photo is for passport renewal . If you don’t know how to take pics for passport renewal pls don’t say people that you know .
