I was in Walgreens at night picking up a few items. and it was the perfect time to shop. no lines i was in and out. There wasn't alot of people there. The employees were very helpful i will definitely be back soon..

Worst customer service ever. Manager nowhere to be found. Cashiers expect customers to make two times line. I made a long line to pay 2 items, when it was my turn the cashier asked me to wait because she was having problems with register. After waiting she send me to another register asking me to make the line AGAIN. When I try to explain the situation to the cashier he said “mom make the line AGAIN, the cámaras are watching me” ????? 🤷♀️

DO NOT GO HERE. They marked my online order as picked up and refused to refund me. Kept saying I had to come in store. Manager refused to get on the phone prob so lazy!!! Don’t worry I called corporate and file a complaint! Everyone deff needs to do that!!

First and foremost, I am a multiple sclerosis patient. My neurologist prescribed me an antibiotic and a prescription strength probiotic. My doctor and I spoke before hand and I informed her that anytime I take an antibiotic I get a yeast infection. So, she prescribed Lactobacillus packs for me to take in conjunction with my antibiotics. The script was sent to this pharmacy and that’s when the issue began.Day 1: I went to pick up the prescriptions at the drive thru and they gave me the antibiotic. They then told me that they did not receive the script for the Lactobacillus packs at all from my doctor. So I contacted my DRs office and they confirmed that they did in fact send it over.Day 2: I went in person to the counter and showed them the prescription directly through my Drs office portal. Now, their reasoning for not filling the script is because my insurance did not cover it and there is an over the counter alternative which they did not have in store. I told them I would be okay paying for the script out of pocket, I wanted what my doctor prescribed for me. They confirmed that I would be paying out of pocket and told me that it would be ready the following Monday.Day 3: I show up to the drive thru again to pick up my perception. The person at the window said it was not ready and to come back in 10 minutes. I came back in in about 20 minutes. This time to a different person, I explained that I want to pay for this out of pocket and that I just want what my doctor prescribed for me and that I was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. Then another person came to the window with a nasty attitude and started screaming at us, saying that they don’t do that there and that I need to go somewhere else because it’s just a probiotic. Instead of arguing with them on the “why’s ” I left, called my Dr and had the script filled at a different location.I’ve been using this pharmacy my entire life and I’ve never had a problem with them until, this incident. They had me come back 4 separate occasions when they could have just told me from the beginning that the prescription can not be filled because that specific pharmacy does not do it. Instead they lied, kept lying, and have me come back there 4 separate times. I will not be coming back to this locations pharmacy and i honestly would not suggest anyone else go there.

They forgot to schedule a pharmacist when I got there for the store to open so now I don’t have my meds and am suffering in pain because these guys can’t get it together and schedule someone. Also just had a manager dismiss me and my pain. Just all around awful

Prescription was sent 10am, went to pick up 12pm they said they couldn't find it, to come back later... Came back at 6pm, prescription not ready and they asked me to wait another hour...It is terrible to lie to people who have need of medicine and can't keep going to the pharmacy..Never using this pharmacy again! Fail!

Honestly not my favorite Walgreens BUT Mo changed my mind. Honestly, the 5 star is specifically for him because he was so helpful and kind! I will be using this Walgreens instead of market street. Thanks Mo!

Horrible!!! I called 3 times Today 5/2/23 @ 4:00pm - 4:15pm. The girl answering phones hung up on me 2 times for no reason! Simply said hello and hung up in mid sentence when I was speaking. The 3rd call I pointed out the issue but I let it go and went on to ask if they had my meds in stock since there’s a shortage. I was told YES 2 times! I even gave exact dose, form and quantity of pills. She said yes again.. I arrive there 10-15 mins later to be told that they don’t have it in stock!! I literally JUST called?!!! Did she even bother checking!?? Or was she too lazy to do that? Why bother telling me yes if u don’t have it!? Don’t waste my time! I only came over because she said yes! There’s a shortage that’s the point of my call! Disrespectful and rude! Do better! Have some consideration for people! Disgusting attitude of these employees

The worst. Don't ever call the pharmacy. They blast you with messages asking for you to call and then they pick up the line and put you back on hold over and over again without even asking you to hold. They tell you a script will be ready over the phone and when you get there you still have to wait forever. It's a very poorly run pharmacy and the management should be looked at.

This particular Walgreens is the absolute worse pharmacy ever. Plan on being on hold for over 10 min. just to find out if they have your subscription ready. Drive through is not working at least 60% of the time, and then when you go in it is a half hour standing online and when your handicapped and cant stand it is extremely painful. Last month they forgot to place the order for my subscription, the excuse the manager gave me was he was on vacation, he came back on Monday and it was now Tuesday and it still wasnt ordered. He apologized and said he will make sure next month the order if filled before we run out. When his order ran out, he is getting chemo today and the Manager (Eugene) says Sorry we dont have it, I can order it now and it will be here on Wednesday. I guess he completely forgot about the promise he made. Horrible customer service, Horrible pharmacy.

Line is always out the wazoo. One employee was in sight when we entered. Upon seeing a manger we notified her we needed ice but could not reach it as it was in the back of the freezer. We waited for customer service and left after we continued to be unattended. Countless employees then wandered without offering help and we never received our ice. If I could give zero stars I would.

The Pharmacy there is the worst. Most Of The Time They Give You The Wrong information: either mixing some of the prescriptions or saying we haven't received info from your doctor, then another person says, here it is. Last Time my doctor sent prescription for 5 medications. they only gave me two and said that's all we got from the doctor. Another person said, no we have all just wait to look for it, and I had to wait an hour an half and was given nothing although the prescription was sent a day in advance. A third person told me that I have to pick it up from a different Walgreens. And This Is Not The First Time i Had Terrible experience there, but definitely it will be the last as I'm not using this Pharmacy anymore .

If there were zero, I would use it. I waited 45 minutes in 99 degree heat today for the drive thru. When it was finally my turn, they closed--BEFORE 5 PM, and they refused me service. When I said I had waited that long, the girl said "No, you didnt." But I did. She simply didnt see me because she only glanced for a few seconds before she closed up. I was there--I waited and waited and waited behind 2 black cars, and behind a white Mercedes SUV. My car is a small sedan. She didnt even see me tho I was right behind the SUV. I didnt get my meds. I was told I was a liar. But I told the truth. I missed seeing my husband who is in a rehab facility because I waited so long for the drive-thru. And for nothing. I will pick up my meds there tomorrow because I need them, but I will NEVER NEVER go to this Walgreens again. She was wrong about my waiting, and she was rude. It's OK to disrespect an honest customer? I have gone there for 40 years. But never, ever again. They have no respect for their customers. There has to be a better place than this. There is for me.

The manager at this store is prejudice against the disabled community. He called me an old hag, ret@rd because of my disability. I was scared he was going to hit me because he pulled his arm back and lunged toward me. He needs to be arrested. He called my children ugly. He’s foul and must lose his job before he hurts someone physically as he already has hurt children emotionally. He has been harassing my family and stole from us. Do not enter this store. It is not safe.

I am extremely disappointed in Walgreens pharmacy service. I refilled my prescription for my insulin immediately following the use of my last weekly dosage however when I realized I didn't receive a message to pick up I called and the said it was out of stock and needed to be ordered. Ok but I need to take my dosage tomorrow 😫 My question is when I put the refill order in why didn't the pharmacy place the order to be refilled? Now I have no insulin UNACCEPTABLE

Quite literally the most inept and inefficient pharmacy possible. What should have been a 10 minute pick up turned into an 8 hour nightmare. The pharmacy staff has the mental capacity of a rock, in fact worse, at least a rock is consistent.

The store itself is okay, the workers are a bit rude . As far as the pharmacy, they are terrible . I’ve been living in elmwood park for over 15 years and the last years they have gotten terrible . Customer service is terrible , they don’t answer the phone , when I go inside they are just as rude. There is no proper dialog when speaking to the customers. And I didn’t know it takes 5 people To refill a prescription . They all stand by each other and talk at the same time instead of taking care of the long lines they always have

I see sooo many negative comments here about Walgreens pharmacy department I been going g thre about a year now nvr had problems with pharmacy medication is always on time and evn whn I call I get to speak to a pharmacist nvr had a problem thre. Most of these comments are made up lies to get back at Walgreens staff just because people dnt have patients they dnt want to wait it's called instant gratification and no respect for pharmacist they 2ant to always blame it on thm and in reality thre the ones with the attitudes..dnt forget a lot of clients that go thre are either picking up medication giving from a pysciatrist a lot of thm clients have mental disorders let's not forget that people...I give thm a 5 star if i could

Staff is genuinely friendly and helpful. The problem is that this place like many others are short staffed. Picking up your prescription could be easy if you go at off times otherwise get ready to camp out.

This pharmacy is the slowest no matter if you go inside or drive tru it’s beyond slow. There’s 5 people working there and they are still slow it makes no sense. They need to hire people who know what they are doing. Also I’ve received calls or texts saying it’s ready for pick up and when I go it’s not even ready. Not only you wait 20 minutes in line and then for them to say it’s not ready it’s ridiculous.

They are the worst! They make you wait in the drive thru pick up for almost an hour at times. No one never comes to the window or tell you to wait a moment. Then they never can get your medication correct. I have had a problem with my daughters medicine twice and my son. I was just there last week picking up medication and they stated it wasn’t covered by her insurance I go there today and was told there is no file for her after the dr change the medication to another one. I have picked up medication for her there several times! Sometimes the ones that come to the window or even when you go inside are very rude! I am done with this Walgreens I been going here for years but over time it’s had gotten terrible! Management or corporate really needs to get involved and I will be contacting the corporate because this is unacceptable service for a pharmacy.

I came to take a passport photo and pick up two other items. After paying at the photo department Naquan forgot to put my passport photos in the bag with my other items. I left and returned to forgetting about item that I needed about an hour or so later and even saw Naquan again he said nothing. Upon getting home hours later I realized that I did not have my photos. There was no call or notification by the department. My phone number was on my photos. I called the photo department a few times and nobody picked up. When transferred to another department I was hung up on once. I had to drive back to the Walgreens to pick up my photos. There was no apology for forgetting my photos and upon seeing me he did not even recall what I was coming back for. This could be an honest mistake but at least a phone call would have been nice.

I wish I could put zero stars but I can't. Cashier lady at the photo booth was texting on her phone the whole time and was rude acting as if she wasn't texting the whole time with everyone she was ringing out, completely not paying attention. Whoever that lady was, didn't get her name but she worked on April 18th during 5pm this happened.

This is the worst location you can possibly get your prescription filled. They have no customer service or compassion. The wait time will be more than 30 minutes for every visit to collect your prescription. I was told at the drive-thru to come inside or wait. I wish i could give them zero.

I’m rating this Walgreens a one star because the employees are very unprofessional, judgmental and racist, honestly it’s took a few times of this same situation happening for me to even jump of here and give such bad review (I’m not that type of customer, I usually let things go and don’t make it a big deal) Sunday 30th of December around 8 pm I was getting a few items I was going to need for the next day, I was taking my time looking around and exploring the entire store like I typically always do, long story short, every single line I would go there the employees would follow and call someone towards me, every where I would turn or go an employee would follow. It’s so annoying and irritating that you can’t shop in peace if you look a certain way, every time I go to Walgreens I spend almost $200 which is not much, but you guys always make me feel very uncomfortable and it’s not fair. I would really appreciate if the manager does something about this.

I came here 4 days ago to do a COVID test, which they said would be 2-3 days. its day 4 going on 5 you go the website they mention to check your results and nothing comes up, there is no one to contact you call the pharmacy they keep you on hold for 30+ min then just hang up on you. please go else where to get results
