My previous groomer wasn’t an option any longer. My father previously used Jenn. So me and my husband contacted her. Now I never leave reviews however… she deserves one.My dog is OLD . 19…. A little old crabby man. She handled him so gently & she had the nicest energy. He took to her right away. The groom she gave him was great. He looks amazing. However even better than the groom was the fact that she herself was amazing. He will definitely be going back. We have found our new groomer. If you haven’t tried her out & are looking for a groomer… reach out to her. You won’t regret it. She’s amazing.

*Don't be deceived by these 'bright comment' because I was too...*If I could give this grooming services 0 stars, I would. Don't be deceived -she kept my precious cat in his cage for 3 hours after dropping him off. She stated she would take care of my child right away -hence the appointment system. Yet, she messages me 3 hours after drop off asking what she should do for him when I clearly stated exactly what I needed done for my precious.This was the second chance I gave her -merely because my sister insisted to go back due to my cat needed grooming within 2 weeks.The first time, she this "groomer" did not cut his nails as I asked her to do and his fur was cut as if a novice was doing it. Awful experience. When I mentioned those concerns to her -this woman began cursing at me through text. Extremely unprofessional...so sad she runs a business for pets...On the other hand, when she initially asked me what do I work as and explained that I work with children diagnosed with Autism spectrum disorders. This woman had the audacity to say, and I quote, they're a "waste of a child". Not only is she rude and heartless, but she's also an ableist and racist as well.. terrible person running this business. Don't be deceived by these 'bright comment' because I was too.

Our cat got sick the other night so we had a poop emergency all over him we found Jen's pet grooming service and she was able to squeeze Us in at the end of the day even though we didn't have an appointment and we weren't current customers I went with the cat and she was super with him gentle and thorough trim te nails and gave him a full body shampoo and wash highly recommend Jen's pet grooming

I use to take my older yorkie and I absolutely loved the service and how my dog was cut! For a previous owner of an older dog I loved how quick my dog was at this location. I recommend it so much that after 4 years I’m going to be bringing my new puppy to get groomed here.

This review is WELL overdue!!! Jenn is awesome, kind and caring, her work is superb!!! She does such a great job with mine and my sister’s dogs. If you live in the EP area she is the groomer for all your pets needs:)

I Inherited a cat - Brought her to Jen because she was matted -Not knowing how this cat was going to react since we no nothing about her - Jen was phenomenal with her and she was calm and let Jen do whatever she needed to do!Highly recommend ❤️

I brought my Poodle Thor here and he came out looking like a Super hero. Marisa knew just how to handle him. I warned her that he wasn’t a fan of being groomed but she knew just what to do. He loves it there. I’ll be coming back for sure. While I was there I saw Jen grooming a cat. God bless her. That cat was not happy. My daughter Casey takes all 4 of her dogs there.

We've come in here for my dog, she's extremely disrespectful and unreliable. You can call for an appointment- no answer. Text- no answer. She's gotten mad for working on a Friday, even though she agreed to working on that day. Complains and tells me "I didn't want to spend my Friday like this " . Very childish. She did good work, but I will definitely not be coming here again.

Called to book an appointment and described my dog (weight, age, etc) in the voicemail I left. That was almost a week ago. Gave the benefit of the doubt and called back two more times and nothing. Not even the courtesy to kindly decline or get back to me.
