Such an uncomfortable and unpleasant (EXPERIENCES!) . They’re rude ! and they will watch you down like a hawk. I don’t know why they stare you down and not let you shop comfortably as if they have GOOD QUALITY THINGS which they don’t.. I needed to get some necessities. Left immidately. Hate the vibe. This place needs some new owners. It could use some work. I see the potential. With different owners, better supplies, and better employees.

Customer service at this store in very poor. The owner doesn't greet their customers. She and her workers doesn't have a professional attitude. I stopped going to this beauty supply store because of many reasons. First of all, the customer service is very poor. I purchased a wig there which didn't even last for a week. The quality of their wigs is very poor andTrashy. The price is very high compared to other beauty supply store and their store policy is not beneficial towards their customers. I purchased a wig there which was still in the bag I didn't even open the bag. I just wanted to exchange it to a different style and the Chinese unpleasant lady refused to take it back. I was very disappointed.

I have been going to this beauty supply store for over 10 years me and my whole family!! I went today looking for hair bundles or a wig and hair dye to buy because it’s very convenient and close to home there is a Hispanic worker ORA she is very grumpy, she has control issues, she is not suited emotionally to be working at a beauty supply store. WOMAN SHOP HERE TO FEEL FEMININE BEAUTIFUL AND INSPIRED, EVERYTHING ABOUT ORA IS the opposite. her spirit and her energy is very very low and dark she was talking on her phone the whole time ignoring me when I asked for keys to get earring. Her responses to all my questions was filled with frustration.Ora has terrible energy, need to hire someone who’s young and hip and energetic who has good vibes and makes the store feel welcoming. NO one should be working at a beauty supply store who is miserable has a dark energy & picks and chooses who to help. I ALSO feel like she’s racistOra ruined my whole beauty shopping experienceDEF TELLING MY FRIENDS-AND FAMILY TO STOP COMING HERE IF ORA DOESNT LEAVE OR CHANGE HER ATTITUDE

I get almost all my products here. Very reasonable prices. Staff are very helpful. Their human hair wigs /hair pieces are great quality, my favorite is 'Human hair 7 piece clip-on extension ' and only they have it in NJ. Can't live without it!

They're very deceptive! Hide prices and over charge for items! I went in for my wife and the lady charged double for a $20 tub of bleach($40) on top of $20 hair glue which she charged $30 for! She peeled the price off of it so I couldn't see it! When I looked at my receipt I spent $71 for what typically be $23 at any other place! I went back in to get a refund for the Hair glue and the lady tried to tell me "we only do store credit" What would I need from a beauty supply store? Nothing! Eventually she gave me my refund but was very nasty with it! Wouldn't recommend this store to no one!

My experience at this beauty supply store was great. The staff were very friendly, informative, and helpful to my needs. I’m sorry that I forgot the wonderful Jamaican woman name but, she’s fantastic. Greenwood Beauty Supply has nice staff, and great service.

I don’t recommend this at all. I am new to wig and clip on, I don’t know much so I asked the owner to help me in buying clip ons for a wedding that I am attending. My hair is black, shoulder length. She recommended a $30 clip on piece set, black and thin straight since I’m on a budget. Ok so I buy it, I showed it to the hairstylist that will be styling my hair the day of the wedding, she opens the pack and looks at it and tells me that it doesn’t match my hair because my hair is not that thin, I need a fuller set. I then go back to the store and the owner was willing to let me exchange it for another piece but first she asked her employer to check out the return hair. This older Hispanic lady that works there had the audacity to tell me that the return hair sticks and I that definitely tried it on. I could not believe this lady. I never tried it on and it definitely didn’t stick but they didn’t believe me and I left with is clips on. I will never return to this store. Very BAD experience.

I came in to the supply looking for hair extensions, Kerry was soo helpful and took the time to match my hair to the clip ons. Laura is also very helpful every time I go in.. I give them 5 *'S as they have everything you need to get ready for an event! Very convenient location right off of route 4, If you're looking for one STOP shop, that's the place to visit!

Great little shop, from the outside you can't believe how much is in there. Something for everyone- hair doodads (barrettes, clips, ponys, bobbys, headbands, flowers) makeup, jewelry, fun stuff and of course the usual beauty supply products.The staff, at least when I've been there, aren't overly friendly- but not rude either. If you need help, ask- don't expect it otherwise.Where I think Greenwood stands out is their wide selection of affordable wigs, falls, sew or clip in extensions and add-ons, especially for darker or ethnically textured hair. Lots of options for new looks.Last time I was able to find a blonde scrunchie to fortify my short pony. When my hair was dark, I bought quite a few accessories including clip in ponys, and a long curly fall, all synthetic and inexpensive.

This store has everything plus more!!!!! The human hair is very natural and has the best quality. The clip on extensions are my favorite. Not to mention the customer service is great! The lady at the register is very helpful and kind.

The products offered at this Beauty Supply are okay, I would have no issue with recommending it for overall use. For nail polishes they do NOT have big brands like OPI, Essie, etc.

Some things you can't buy without trying them on, and for me it's a hat. If I can't try it on, I won't buy it. So I went next door to Bolton's and found an even better hat and a 25% off coupon. Tried it on and bought it.

Horrible ! They close at 7:30 on Saturday's it was 7:27 and they locked up and shut the doors and walking out at 7:29 . If you close at 7:30 that means you lock the doors at 7:30 not walk out . There was 2 families wanting to go in . Well not my loss they lost 2 families , there loss they lost out on sales .
