This place is good with Rumor. I adopted her about a year ago. And I’ve tried 3 different groomers, she’s a brat when she needs her nails trimmed. The girls here are so good with her. I am so happy! And Rumor always smells so nice with an extra soft coat :)

I took my four-year-old Yorkie in to have her nails done and her teeth brushed as I groom he myself at home but she won’t let me near her nails. I got so so much more. The owner was truly wonderful she took care of her nails and gave me pointers on things I could do to help with my grooming of her at home. She could’ve easily took advantage of us and charged me to brush her teeth but she wouldn’t do that. She instead recommended a gel that we could put in her mouth instead which was only a couple bucks more than the brushing would have been. I will definitely be coming back and recommend to all my fur momma and poppa friends.

We are SO GRATEFUL! I had my very hairy sheltie visiting with me from Delaware. We blindly called the closest groomer we could find, completely desperate with a matted rear emergency. I've never taken him anyplace else and was nervous but willing to do anything. Sandi offered to stay late, on a Saturday, to take care of him. We were beyond thankful. Even when we picked him up, she talked to us about his health , what to watch for and how to handle him...more than my vet groomer has ever said. He is like a new dog today...sleeping peacefully, in no discomfort, and feeling fresh with a summer haircut. It is truly our pleasure to highly recommend this groomer. We will be coordinating our visits to Elmer so she can continue to take care of Cooper. Can't say thank you enough!

Will never take my dog here again. Our dog Mason was badly injured during grooming. We took him home to find a large bloody wound on his ear. The owner refused to take accountability for her actions and even hung up on me. We posted about our terrible experience to Facebook and a handful of community members reached out to us privately that they too had negative experiences, however they were afraid to speak out. Please find somewhere else to go.

We take our poodle, to Sandy, every month. Her prices are good, shop is clean, and she gives our poodle a great grooming. She is a lovely person, and treats your pet, as if, they were her own. I recommend this shop, for your pets grooming.

Sandi is absolutely awesome with our German Shepherd, Maverick. I can drop him off at her shop and know he'll be taken care of as if he were her own. We won't go anywhere else!

Absolutely love this place. We were so worried about our Pomeranian because he is so aggressive sometimes. They did an awesome job and our dog loved it. Can't wait to take our other dogs.
