Prices are way too high for a grocery store in a small town of you live in town you would be better going shopping else where and come back they are good for quick little stuff if you don't wanna go to far

Adorable grocery store! It's like walking back in time!Produce is fresh (and local!) Everything is reasonably priced. Cashiers are super nice. Meat selection is decent especially for the size of the store. Most meat is local! They have a little bit of everything!

My sister went here yesterday and bought shrimp..which was questionable and cheesecake that was moldy. It was for my daughter who recently had a baby. When my sister tried to return them she was met with rudeness and ridicule and threatened to have the police called! Really IGA? DO BETTER! Who is your owner and manager? We'd like to hear from you!!!

Can’t share enough how amazing the staff is, especially Tracy. That woman is amazing and has helped me multiple times. Love IGA but Tracy is the absolute best!!!

I have to say, this is a great store. Obviously, IGA is a chain store but if you ignore that, you will see the small town grocery store. Many of the people seem to know one another....or is it that they are just that friendly. It's fun to go there. It reminds me of the A&P we shopped when I was a young boy, also in a small NJ town. All that said, the produce is fresh, a big plus for me. The other notable thing is that this small town store carries variety, and I like having choices. I go there any time I'm in Elmer.

Still the only grocery store in recent years that sold Swissmiss pudding. Couldn't find it anywhere. Not at ShopRite or Walmart. A little grocery store had it. Amazing! Thankful! Thank you for carrying it, Elmer IGA!!Still carrying Swissmiss Chocolate and Vanilla pudding, as well as Butterscotch. I saw they have 12pks, though pricey due to inflation, of RC Cola. RC Cola is a tough soda to find and I usually only see that cola in 2 liter bottles and not 12pks. Great store!

Love our IGA, dollar stores litter the area and big supermarkets are far away. There is nothing like the little town feel of our IGA.

IGA is great in a pinch but I wouldn't do my major shopping there. Prices can sometimes be double that of other store. They do however have great deli/meat specials if you go on the right night.

Always had no problems went frequently during the pandemic less people. Food price is higher because of a small store. Last visit had extremely rude deli worker. I asked for spiral ham which was on sale. She said they don’t have it. I said it was in the advertisement. She just walked away very rude. The other lady was much nicer. One waiting on me came back ignored me and went on with her work. I walked out never to return again. I don’t need this kind of service will be going elsewhere.

I'm use to shopping at large stores like Walmart. I went with my Mom, who lives in Monroeville and I like the small town feel of this store. It does have a lot less selection of products but we were able to find everything we needed for our impromptu Memorial Day BBQ. We got all the necessities like hamburgers, hotdogs, buns and sides. Prices are much higher than Walmart so we did try to find sales. The cashier was friendly and familiar with my mom which is another thing I like about small town stores.

Love this IGA! It's not huge, but they carry many items. Their bakery has delicious food, especially their dinner rolls! Also, great deal on subs on Sunday, and they have good deals on lunch meat certain days of the week.

Very nice, welcoming little place. Might typically be too small for full size bulk food shopping trips, but perfect for those quick "just need a few things for dinner" types of grocery runs.

I love it there. It's only me at home and it is so quick and easy if I need just a few items or enough for a week. They have everything. The staff is amazing. Everyone is so incredibly friendly and helpful. Some people say "I pay more there" Well it's worth the few dollars I pay more for a positive shopping experience after a 12 hour day at work. I highly recommend them 🤗

Nice small local store, you don't have to walk for miles just to get one or two items that you forgot to get while out before. The staff are helpful and keep the store stocked and clean. Their sale flyer prices are usually the same or at least close to the bigger stores prices.

I really like this store. I go there at least three times a week for something. All of the employees are always nice and friendly. If you are gonna do big food shopping, they don't carry a huge variety and the prices are a little high on some things.

I shop here 1-2 times weekly since moving to the area in 2015. My average trip cost is between $45-$75.Offers: various grocery items, some hard-to-find specialty items, pharmacy, lottery, postage stamps, copy/fax services, hot/cold prepared foods, senior discounts, shopper reward program, home delivery, giving back to communityPros: Clean store, friendly staff, convenient location, items usually in stock, and fresh, high quality meats. Also, the dairy brands, bakery items, and produce are good quality. Saturday is double-ad day (get items at sale prices from current week and preceding week at sale circular price)Cons: limited selection, limited hours of operation, higher prices than larger stores, no online shopping

small but carries all your grocery needs just like the other major, big chains! small is convenient for quick shopping trips! never long lines & the friendly staff are awesome! I especially love that on Fridays you reap the benefits of that week's sale PLUS the following week's! No "shoppers card" required! But if you get one from IGA instead you earn "reward' points towards specific items (tools, small appliances etc) They also accept & double manufacturers' coupons!

Not the greatest prices but I think it's due to the high rent from being an independent grocery, but just like with anything else wait for their sales and stock up. Very sweet people ALL around and the store is very clean and sanitary

Hometown grocery store, it's been here as long as I can remember. Used to come here with my mom. They offer everything from pharmacy, deli, produce, and all your grocery needs.

Local supermarket in village setting. Easy to find and park. Everyone friendly and helpful. Has a butcher who will take requests for cutting and the meats often better than the large markets. Freshly - made salads in the well-stocked deli case. Produce from local farms in season and good selection of fresh produce out of season {like grapes in January). Prices pretty average for the area and also some good bargains. Would give 5 stars but not open all night like most bigger stores.

It's a bit Pricey, but if you're in a pin, h you can find what you need. They dont seem to know how to ring up EBT cards, so dont plan on using one there

Nice little local store for a quick grab Prices are a little higher bit its convenient when you need something quick . The hot food back by the deli case are usually really good and good prices with that . The younger cashier is very nice always talking and personal very pleasant person makes you feel welcomed but the older cashier not so much I try to avoid her when im there she can be very rude makes you feel unwelcomed .
