I have been here multiple times and the staff is knowledgeable and very nice. The fish selection there is good and the orther sections such as bunnies and rodent and reptile and even insect section look clean, and well organized. Overall great pet store where you can find un beatable prices

I came in to buy fish. Noone even said hi or asked if they can help me. When i asked for help since everyone on the floor was just talking to each other the guy came and literally said the fish are 7.99 and walked away. I wanted to buy the fish so I had to go back and find another employee. A girl helped me who looked like maybe she just started because she had no idea about the products I should use, what kind of fish can go in a regular tank or how often I should change the water and feed them. As I went to the counter I wanted to buy the starter tank and the same girl came up and had no answers for any of the questions I had. I asked her if she could find someone who knew. It took her 15 mins to get someone because she and other employees stayed on the floor talking about going out and parties etc. REALLY?! They didnt care and kept saying someone go ring her up. It is ridiculous and for me being a previous store manager I would have written them all up or fired them. And I would definitely train the girl more since she knew nothing. She barely knew english.

I buyed 4 pets from here defiantly buying from this store again!!! On my way their now.. There animals look well fed and healthy and all my pets I got from their are so sweet!! I recommend this store to everyone very cheap prices compared to petsmart...

The best place to buy fish ever! The manager is great too becuase he is always bringing my favorite type of fish the comet goldfish and at a good price 6.99 for one and 10.00 for 2!

The 2 workers that were in the store has zero customer service skills..The female that rung us up was on her cell phone having a personal conversation while I'm trying to ask her a question..She was very rude and didn't end her phone call while ringing us up..Its safe to say I will never go back to this pet store location

Very good staff, good prices, variety of things for dogs, cats, birds, rodents and aquariums, they sell from reptiles, rodents, birds and fish with good health and attention. I have never had problems with this place and I have visited it for 3 years.

All my fish that I buy there kill my old fish and also die!!! Last week I lost all my fish cus the 2 kissers I got were sick with Ich and they contaminated my tank Im so mad at the store all the time sick fish is what they sell. Last year I got 13 gold fish from there and every day i lost one until I had none. Is insane!!! Like where the heck u get your fish from??? 😠

Went in to look at some of the pets they have when I noticed two hamsters fighting while one of them was bleeding. I told the worker and he didn’t bother to separate them, all he said was “Not again.”Not a very clean place either, have seen multiple dead rotting goldfish in their tanks.
