I wish i could give them a 0 star if possible. I had to take my dog to them because our regular groomer had an accident so they had to repair their van. Anyhow, I wrote a long note of instructions and they gave me a call and I specifically said “do not make him naked. cut 1 inch off his body hai” but he was naked when I got home and saw him. The cuts are uneven almost like a new trainee did his hair. I told them teddy bear look on his face but he looks like a rat and they even cut his tail short, which i never even mentioned. I remember taking him to city paws 3 years ago and they did a good job but unfortunately no this time.

This place does an amazing job with schnauzer cuts. They are not always consistent but they are very nice. The price is average for the area and I take Oliver there and he always comes out looking super cute! Would recommend if you have a schnauzer and are looking for a skirt snd that particular cut!

Terrible service and mistreat the dogs. First every time you show up to this place, the price is going up. They are extremely expensive a haircut goes from $85 to $110 which is ridiculous. And said it was because of knots…. When she had 0 knots. And after reading the reviews I can see I am not the only one with this issue. $25 extra for some knots if she actually had some is still crazy lmfao. They really tried to justify it, apparently starving for money. The Lady is trying take my dog to the back by dragging her by the leash. How about you make the dog comfortable enough to walk with you or carry her. Never again wasting a dollar in this place.

Great customer service. My fur baby is hard to handle at times but the groomer did a great job and thankfully they were able to waive the aggression fee due to the groomer being so well that my dog wasn’t aggressive at all. The place is very clean and they offer items for dogs at the location. They also provided him with a cute bandana and my favorite was the little jewel stick on they put on him.

Very disappointed with my dog haircut! We asked for a teddy haircut not to have my dog shaved down. Showed a picture for reference of her from her previous groomer. And they shaved her down and her face was cut uneven. Appointment was at 2pm and we got her back at 8pm. Extremely disappointed at the overall service, at the lack of following instructions from a customer (since I clearly mentioned it to the front lady the type of cut and length I wanted for my dog ) and poor time management provided by the business. Wouldn’t recommend.

Great experience ell around!!! Today we took our new family member our Maltipoo puppy Oreo for the first time for grooming. It was an amazing experience. Our groomer Jessica was the best!!! She communicated constantly and answered every question. Not only she is a professional groomer but she has so much love and empathy to the pets and their caregivers. Totally recommend Jessica, my dog came back looking so cute and happy!!!

This is the second time taking my dog Lady, and I have to say I love the service! Not only is the price very fair but they really care for your dog, and do a great job grooming her! She looks so cute in the rhinestones, bows, and bandanna they put on her! The place is very clean, very organized, and overall very welcoming. They even give you a little thank you bag when picking up your pup! Very easy to reserve, either call, or DM instagram page! Would definitely recommend!

This was 1st time I took my recent rescued cat to groom and I couldn’t have a better experience.The staff was very caring to my baby, which is very important. The facility was clean and organized and the service was awesome...also they booked Nikko in right away. Fast service with quality. Prices were very reasonable. I had Nikko for 2weeks only at the time and they did not opposed on how long I would know his behavior. Nikko is a friendly boy, dragging down all the generalized ideas of how well u know your pet bc he's a rescued. I recommend and I will come back, and Nikko thanks them

Bravo guys! I have a 70-75lb Chocolate Lab who is an energy ball and loves to get dirty. City Paws took him in at 9am and in 3 hours, my boy has a shiny coat, smells like a million bucks, and is keeping his big Lab smile. The staff is friendly and accommodating; when I booked the appointment, they walked me through what they were going to provide (and for the price quoted, it's unbelievable. I'm jealous that I don't get this type of treatment at the Spa :D ) I am so happy to live walking distance and Kimi is looking fresher than ever in his Dinosaur bandana. You've officially won a new customer.

I can say that city paws and the staff are such beautiful people they absolutely are hands down the best in town. What impressed me was they rembered my yorkies names and they always go above and beyond when it comes to grooming them. my Gizmo(R.I.P) and kio. So there are times that I think about what I'm grateful for, so tonight im sitting here thinking about City Paws. Ever since we started bringing Lala here we have seen a different dog. Her faith in humanity has been restored because if the amazing care and love Lily and the rest of the amazing team shower her with when she comes.She comes back so mellow and peaceful, you can see the sparkle in her eyes, she looks adorable every time, and always smells amazing!If you are looking for safe and loving and clean environment for your Furry friends, there is not a hint of doubt in my mind, that you will be grateful for the rest of your dogs life that you walked through that doorway.Thank you so much Lily and crew for being so amazing!!!

City Paws Pet Grooming is amazing! They provided excellent grooming services. When I came back to pick up my dog she was looking and smelling beautiful with her cute bows and bandana. They have friendly, helpful staff that took wonderful care of my dog! I highly recommend, five stars!

I used to be a frequent customer until this past weekend. I brought my dog to get groomed and everything went well until I got her back from this groomer. She was struggling to keep her left eye open. I called the groomer to ask why it happened and how it happened. They told me that nothing was done, and to bring her back to check her out, in which I did. They took her to the room for about 5 minutes and told me they applied some ointment on her eye. The service was extremely expensive, but I did not mind it at all because she needed to get groomed. On top of that I got charged ten dollars more for them using flea shampoo on my pet because they said she had fleas. I’m not sure it was true at all, but I would definitely just avoid going to this salon. I never had any issues getting my dog groomed at other places. The guy and the lady in the front were nice though.

Took our schnauzer for the first time. After she was picked up both eyes were blood shot red and according to them they said it’s normal it’s because she’s excited. We immediately took her straight to the VET because that is not normal at all. On the ride there she would cry if you caress her temple area and she would flinch if you reach out to even pet her. According to the VET it seemed like she was mishandled or hit her head against something. It’s obvious she was mishandled because we NEVER had this issue’s with any other groomers. take your pet there at your own risk unfortunately we disregarded the bad reviews SMH!

There are no words to describe how grateful we are to have found this place! The love and care and attention that Lala gets each time she comes here is beyond incredible. She comes back look absolutely gorgeous she is always mellow and relaxed. City Paws undoubtedly changed Lalas belief in humanity. If you want a forever place to bring your Furry Friend this is without a doubt, the best place and most kind and loving groomer you will ever find. Lily and the crew are all super amazing warm and gentle people.

I was excited to take my dog here after hearing all the reviews but am now disappointed and worried for my dog. My dog began acting strange and sadden after her grooming session. Now after checking her, it seems as she has a skin infection that is bleeding and taking over her whole body. We have bathed her before and she has never had a reaction. I am seriously worried and never coming back to this place after spending almost 80$. Please be careful with your pet now due to this we have to take out pet to the vet save urself the money and go elsewhere clearly something is not right here and not worth the headache. Can’t wait to see what excuse they make under this review.
