Hot sauce tasted horrible I believe the entire batch you have has gone bad! It came out as a yellowish and brown color it should be bright orange I tried five different packs and each one tasted awful you can actually see there’s a staining effect inside the package these must’ve been sitting around a very long time you should throw them all away!Ruined my whole meal!Also the chicken is Insanelllllllly Greeeeasy, and a few were stale, definitely not fresh!!! June 2023Update just ordered an eight piece meal got a few sauce hot sauce packets and still they’re awful. The sauce came out as a yellowish clear color that tasted disgusting this place obviously doesn’t give AF!! 3/27/2024

Stopped at this location for gas early early morning. Decided to go into the store to get some snacks. I was welcomed by a very nice young lady. I believe she was the manager. She gave us good recommendations on places for dinner and was very helpful with finding my needs. It was like a Wawa but even better!! I will definitely try to stop there again on our way back home! Nothing like great customer service! Thank you so much!!

Same management as the one up the road.Problems multiplied due to the fact that is a new store.In fact not only is the food Classified as contaminated It will 100% Make you sick currently we are investigating To find out who exactly inspected the facility.We cannot change The result of the inspection until we have identified who and why.We do intend to follow forword charging those responsible for Deliberately poisoning the community. On behalf of the State of New Jersey. We apologize but do not recommend eating at any of the Royal farms in this area.

This is my favorite spot in eht. coffee best around n chicken n lot of stuff is cheaper then Wawa. Everyone has been very nice theres a woman there that starts with m who treats me like a good neighbor and also asks if I'm ok when my pain flares up from work n chronic injuries 😁

I had a wonderful experience on my last visit to Royal Farms. When I entered the store it was very clean, I was greeted right away. The employees were friendly, and gave me great customer service. Especially a worker by the name of Charlene. I had trouble finding an item, so immediately when I asked for help. She stopped what she was doing and assisted me. I was able to get what I needed. Charlene is very helpful, I could tell she appreciates her job and enjoys making customer’s experience a good one. I'll give Royal Farms a 5 star. The food is fresh & delicious. I absolutely love the atmosphere, can't wait to visit again!!!

Tried the chicken tenders today, regular and spicy! Hit and fresh, even with the drive home. My wife and I loved the regular tenders and fries. My son totally went to town on the spicy ones!

This is one of the cleanest Royal Farms I’ve ever been to. Bathrooms are also the cleanest! Staff are very helpful and friendly. Food is amazing!!! & Coffee has nothing on Wawa!! I Will be returning

My visit to Royal Farms was quite disappointing, primarily due to the subpar customer service I encountered from an employee named Charlene. Her lack of friendliness and evident attitude left much to be desired. When seeking assistance, Charlene appeared dismissive and unhelpful, which negatively impacted my overall experience. Regrettably, I cannot recommend Royal Farms based on this encounter. Instead, I encourage others to explore alternative options, such as Wawa, which I have found to consistently provide superior customer service and a more enjoyable shopping experience.

I can honestly say that the service here is beyond what i expected, as a truck driver i have stopped in many Royal Farms and i can say that this location is one of the cleanest and most friendly locations, Being on the road is stressful, and having a Royal Farms location near my home is amazing , stopped in many times for their fried chicken after work and they never disappoint, I believe Xiomara is the name of the store leader, AMAZING JOB and AMAZING EXPERIENCE , will drive past many royal farms on the way home just to stop here. Five stars no hesitation !!

I witnessed a very disturbing experience today in the EHT Royal Farms. In the state of NJ , by law you have to provide water for FREE. As I was grabbing my coffee, I witnessed a woman named Charlene who is an employee of Royal farms scream across the entire store at a woman who appeared to be leaving with cups of ice. Charlene screamed and said , you MUST pay for that. The customer seemed embarrassed , as I would be and stated it wasn’t soda just ice. Charlene proceeded to scream at the customer and belittle her . As the customer went out to retrieve payment , Charlene was gossiping and laughing about the customer to her manager (who’s name I didn’t hear) and the customer came back in quite embarrassed. No one deserves to be verbally abused like this. I hope the customer calls corporate. I can say after what I witnessed I will never patronize the gas station , or the convenience center again and will share this experience with everyone I know .

Went in to the store after a long night at work, had breakfast at around 7:30am, chicken sandwich and hash brown was fresh and very good, did not have to wait for my food..place was nice and clean, was able to sit down and enjoy some quite time, in the mean time everyone that came in was well attended by Xiomara and her crew. Will deff eat there again..

Chicken is pretty good for a gas station. The pulled chicken sandwiches are what this place is good for. Must try! This was plain, but I would normally get it with onions and BBQ sauce.

I've been here once and it was only a quick stop, so my opinion doesn't have much behind it. I will say that the 2 employees that I interacted with were pretty cool and helpful. I will say that I was disappointed with the ATM as it wasn't in good working order. I felt like I was using dial-up internet vs WiFi with it. Otherwise, I'd come back if I was in the area.
