We recently moved to LEH 8/23. I had been using Rite Aid in Bayville since 2018. Prior to moving back to NJ from NC in 2018, I used Walgreens exclusively. EVERY Walgreens I've been to in NJ has HORRIBLE customer service & no matter how many times I'd go through the drive thru, they'd treat me like a stranger! Miss Milly, from day 1, treated me with courtesy, compassion, & empathy! Milly's customer service & genuine compassion & empathy shine through! Milly has gone above & beyond for me on several occasions since first going to this particular Rite Aid. Having a chronic illness can be very stressful & being your own advocate can be challenging, knowing that I have someone like Miss Milly in my corner makes everything a little easier! She's definitely an asset to this Rite Aid & deserves a raise! 🤗

Best pharmacist in South Jersey!! Store is very clean, well lit and the shelves are well stocked and organized. It has a big parking lot and drive up pharmacy. They have a nice selection of just about everything, including some grocery items, snacks, seasonal decor and greeting cards, etc. It's my favorite pharmacy!!

There must have been a glitch in the Quest Diagnostics system for scheduling Covid tests at this location. I’m not blaming Riteaid for that, but when they couldn’t access my appointment I was questioned if I did it correctly. They had me make another appointment and still denied me a COVID test even after I showed them confirmations for both appointments I had scheduled. One pharmacist went as far as to say it couldn’t be true because I couldn’t have made a new appointment as quickly as I did.Both pharmacists were unhelpful and the one was quite rude. I will not be returning to this pharmacy any time soon.

I've lived in town for most my life here, and since some months ago the clerk staff has gotten cold, judgmental, and have been talking to me with a downright disrespectful tone. If you don't like your job quit not my fault you're working there. I won't do buisness with rite aid anymore. 1 good staff clerk doesn't outweigh the entire clerk staff being rotten. Not to mention a listed item of 40 was sold to me for 50 which is mistagging. I've worked for companies putting merchandise up, and scolded for doing this unless it was the staff attempting to steal from me. I can't say anything with the pharmacy as I've not dealt with them in some years. Thank you for reading, do your instore buisness elsewhere this is A LIVE report after once again being disrespected after shopping in there.

The pharmacy staff is the best.... Always friendly and knows me by name... Faxes whatever I need... Best pharmacy by far... Being sick is never easy but they are so helpful... They make it easier on me...💕💕💕💕❤️❤️❤️😊😊😊

I needed my prescription done when it was dropped off. I was told they couldn't because they have to do things before they can do my prescription. They opened at 9:30am. I'm furious, now I have to go back home and wait. Not good. Nowhere on the site does it say that. Not good
