It was my first time using this groomer and I will never go back again. Being the first time using this groomer she didn't even say hello or extended any friendly gestures. My appointment was at 9:30 a.m. and the owner wasn't even there to greet me. There was a young girl there which I asked if I could wait for the owner and was told no. I explained to the young girl under no circumstances do not in any way I want my dog shaved the groomer ignored my request and shaved my 1 year old baby and had the audacity to charge me $75.00 my beautiful baby looks like a rat. I would never recommend this groomer to anyone.

The short pudggy girl needs to learn how to talk to people amd learn how to mind her business there is a way to say things to people scary self dont bring your hamster here nor your dog just saying.....

Absolutely will never go back. Used them several times but our dogs kept coming back with cuts, razor burns, and ear infections. Their paws would also smell like feces. The staff were rude and it would take them all day to finish. We stopped going when our dogs became more scared of them than the vet. We drive to Northfield now for much better service. Doggies now are happy, look/smell good, are done in 1.5 hrs, and no more ouches.

This is the worst groomer ever. They said 2-3 hours for my dog which is already a long time in my opinion for nails, ears, and a bath. I dropped him off at 11 and was expecting a phone call before 2. At 3:15 I hadn’t heard anything from them and they were supposed to be closing at “4 or 5.” I called them 5 times and they didn’t answer. When I went inside I had to ring the bell and someone came out and said “sorry we couldn’t answer everyone was in the back.” The woman said she got hurt and didn’t have time to do anything besides give my dog a bath. She said she could do everything else right then. She charged me $38 and had me go in the back, where my dog was being held down on the table by a guy and was very clearly scared and did not like the situation. She started using a dremel on his nail (before cutting it) and he started freaking out. She kept going but when I heard him whimper pretty good I told her to stop and I took my dog and left. I also saw travel size crates all along the wall with dogs in them. So I assume my dog was in one of those for about 3 hours just waiting to get “groomed.” This place is NOT a groomers.

The shaved my golden Doddle down to his shin. He was NOT matted.We asked for a summer cut.An absolute terrible job. I will never come back here again, and recommend everyone also stay away.They don’t follow directions

My 5 pound Shorkie's beautiful long tail was amputated with a dremmel at this establishment. She spent many hours at an animal hospital where she had surgery and half of her remaining tail bone removed. Not once did someone call from this establishment to inquire about her condition. Many sleepless nights were spent giving her pain meds. No baby should have to endure such a tragedy due to carelessness.

I absolutely love taking my babies (dogs) here. The staff is so nice and friendly. You get such an animal loving vibe from them. I'll always take my dogs here.

I like going to pooch palor.its convien for me the prices are very reasonable. most importantly the owner n staff r friendly and helpful. we always end up talking for a bit . added bonus is her cat who greets people at the counter.
