Robert is the best. Very friendly and our dog Lilo loves him. He understands what she does and doesn’t like and has adjusted his approach. Kristen used to groom our Lucy dog who crossed the rainbow bridge. She also adjusted to Lucy and our dog liked Kristen. Petco has the best groomers around. We’ve tried a few places but no one is as personable as your groomers! Lilo smells like a vanilla cupcake ❤️

appointment was at 915. they call me at 1115 that my dog needed to be picked up because they couldn’t get him out of the kennel and was trying to bite. my dog has been groomed since he was 5 months old with no groomer ever saying he tried to bite or was being uncooperative. All they were able to do was a bath. if my appt was at 915 why am i getting a call two hours later about this. by the time they called he should’ve been cut and done not just getting started then. All that time of him being locked up gave him anxiety in which if my appt was 915 he should’ve been washed and taken then for cut and all done by 1115. Worse experience ever. never coming again!

Took my doodle, Theodore, to be groomed with Robert. He did a phenomenal job! I can tell he loves the dogs and treats them with great care. Already booked Theodore’s next grooming session with Robert again 😊

Have called for an appointment 8 different times. They never answer and don't return your calls. UjjainThey were referred to me by a friend of a friend. If you can't even call back not sure if I would trust you with my baby.

Kristen was so great, my dog absolutely loves her! My dog Betty is a 70lb Staffordshire, shes a rescue so she can be a bit dramatic and doesn't like the blow drier or nail clipper . Kristen towel dried her for me and buffed her nails. Betty looks great and I am confident that she always has a really positive experience at the groomer!
