Friendly knowledgeable staff. A wide variety of very interesting fish and other sea life. Brought my grandson a nice little fish tank and two little fresh water fish. I also seen a blue lobster which I thought was very interesting (I wonder how he would taste with some butter n garlic).

Best investment we've made in our Diamond! We especially enjoyed the mini-shopping spree we had, after paying for the training, we received rewards (store credits). Diamond is a great pit bull terrier, we just wanted her to be more disciplined, with the option to become a Service Dog! We're already seeing results, after the first of six weeks with our Trainer!

Awesome experience today and on a hectic day. Mike helped me build a terrarium and purchase a beautiful ball python. Very knowledgeable staff, spent easily over an hour making sure I knew everything and helping me out with purchases inside my budget. Would recommend 10/10!

I love their inventory much more than some other known pet stores. Unfortunately, I had a return and the matter was not exactly handled professionally! Improper tone and communication was handled quite unbusinesslike! And, coming from the manager of the store, I found this totally shocking! I really plan on still shopping at Petco for their quality products. I hope upper management recognizes their may be a loss of customers. Customer service is of utmost importance

I went here today with my new pup that I adopted last weekend. I got coupons and did some shopping. The store manager helped me out and rang me up. He was very patient with me as I had a lot of items and coupons. He even let me use a coupon an item he initially said would work, but turns out it was the wrong item. The fact that he was still able to gove me the discount was incredibly nice of him as I'm sure he was not obligated to do that. He provided me with ezcrllexc customer service. I was made aware that I could do a survey with the information located on my receipt and he said to apply it to the other cashier up there, even though he didn't ring me up (however he did give me the coupon book when I asked for it). So, I'm applying this overall review because the manager gave me such a positive experience. I normally don't shop at Petco too often as it is further from my house. However, I might start to go there more often. I truly appreciate the assistance I received today.

Don't like the fact that their prices are much lower online and if you don't say anything about it they won't price match... their way of ripping us off aka their business strategy...I spent $120 in the store only to realize all of the prices had been marked up from what I saw online. I went back in and the manager said if they had price matched without me asking they "would never make money as a business" I got back $46...left a bad taste in my mouth I'll stick with Petsmart and Amazon

I went there to ask a couple of questions and for food for my bearded dragon (Khalessi). I spoke with someone who was so helpful and understanding. He did inform me if he wasn't sure and got my the answers to my questions about my bearded dragon wasn't eating. He told me to try wax worms if still nothing to bring back and they will give me another option instead of me wasting money on products that will not work. VERY PLEASED with the service provided.

What a complete and utter joke!We had an appointment made in advance for Sunday morning at 9:00 am grooming appointment There store opens at 10:00 am on Sunday morning even though the appointment was set for 9am. The front doors where locked when I showed up. A young man saw me standing there with my dog, as he opened the front door and let himself in for work and never said anything. No note on the front door "please wait here for appointments at 9am on Sunday". No one ever told us wait at the front door for someone to let you in. We've been there before and really liked there service but this is so unprofessional. I'm going to leave a part of our family with you! I don't think so you lost my trust !!!We called and tried to ask why we where never told about there proceeders, it was like talking to a wall.

I want to say how amazing the groomers are with my Leila! They remember what she likes and doesn’t like and give her so much love ! She had some issues with her ears and the groomers educated me and took special care with her .Leila absolutely loves going to get groomed !

Do not take your dog or cat to this people. They sucks. I took my little dog for nail cut all I hear my little crying and she took her to another side where I can't see what they doing so I scream so she can hear me. I'm about to go in side there and I don't care if you people call the police on me. And as soon I say that she come out and said that she couldn't cut her nail. They are not professional. All she have to did was getting some help from there. Ill never take my dog there or any other pet stores. They are not professional. Last time they see me there with my little dog.

The staff in this particular location is great! Always friendly and helpful. If you have question about anything they're is usually someone there that knows a good deal about it.

My pug is very picky about his treats. They have a station set up where you can pick your own treats and they charge by the pound. He loves all the treats I picked out so you can trust that they are good.

The employees were helpful but they need to be observant when selling animals. They could have assumed I had food for them, but they didn't even ask. And nobody informed me the permit was temporary, either.

Kinda pricey, but their service is excellent. Check out Ocean Aquarium right across the road on Black horse Pike in Pleasantville first. You'll probably save a lot of money.

My dog came home with dirt fleas. I had to take her to the vet to get antibiotic pills plus a wash that would kill fleas. Vet said it came from dirty clippers or comb that was used during grooming.
