Just took my dog to get a haircut and I was surprised how fast they called me to tell me that the dog was ready for pick up. I literally sent my dog to be groomed since my mom and sister are visiting so wanted the dog to be clean and cute. They literally shaver her completely which the body was ok but not the face, doesn’t look like a yorkie , more like a chihuahua. Needless to say, last time I take my dog to this place and the lady that did it…. her name is Dayanna since I was told to get an appointment with Robert but he was booked for weeks.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My dog has never looked this bad. Not sure exactly what the problem was that caused my dog to look like this. Half of her face was not done, the back legs were partially cut, front legs look like they were started but not even halfway finished. Paid $40 and tipped before I even saw my dog. NEVER taking her back here again which is unfortunate. Her groomer usually leaves her so cute but this is what was handed to me.

Complete 180 since the last time I was here. The staff are super knowledgeable and easy to talk to. They are animal lovers themselves which makes it a joy to go each time just for the quality of conversation.

Your store is where I get the best price for my cat's litter.The score would be higher but when I pointed out that I tripped over a sign on the floor, the staff member was matter of fact. My experience with the cashier was flat.

First time here looking for a large dog coat for my.dog the staff was very nice and friendly very helpful they both went above and beyond to help me today the place was clean the store is big will definitely come back

Horrible! Took my dog for a hair trim and got it back shaved. He’s a Shi Tzu. This kind of dog don’t get shaved unless specified. So Disappointed! I hope this doesn’t happen to your lovely dogs.

I bought a leash for my puppy here, he promptly chewed it off and almost ran away. When I brought it back, they gave me store credit, ok happy with that. When I tried to use it, it crashed all the registers except one which the manager said she would not use because afraid it will crash too, after waiting 25 minutes without a resolution or how long it would take, I left, cashier also never greeted me.

I booked an appt at the last minute for my dog to get a bath. Devyn was Mocha's groomer and she took great care of him. She stayed late to finish and called to see if I wanted a trim around his face, we have received Many compliments on his look already!-we will definitely be back!

The young lady at store was not helpful and unfriendly , and directed me to location in store. I searched all over trying to find what I needed. And as I went to check out she again was unfriendly, when I asked for a bag for my purchase she stated I only have a bag for cans. I stated that would work and she proceeded to throw my items in bag. I love the convince of having petco within driving distance, however I will travel longer to petsmart in order to receive better care.

The grooming department is top-notch. We've tried others, but they are the only place we will use to cut our dog's nails. Our one dog can be very difficult but the staff there is very patient with him and always gets the job done. Even while shopping the staff is always available and helpful. They all truly care about you and your pets needs.

Lots of help around when you need it. Easy to find your stuff. The pet program includes vets that are relatively close. And the price of their vet is cheaper than others. I love that for every 9 bags of food you get a free bag, it makes it very worth it!

I come to petco pretty often to get my dog groomed but I also order same day delivery and same day pickup from this location all the time and I've never had any issues. I'm pretty sure every groomer that currently works there has taken care of my dog (I used to book whoever was available since they all do a great job) but the past two appointments have been with Robert. He's very nice and leaves my dog Leah looking and smelling great ❤️ No complaints so far.

They certainly have it all for pets. What they don't have is great customer service. I went there looking for a specific organic brand of food for my cats and they did not have it. When making an inquiry to an associate....I was pretty much dismissed with the attitude that"they're just cats". Sorry... I treat them like myself with only the healthiest food I can find. Only plus was store was very clean. I will not return.

The employees are really nice and friendly, So recently i just got a new aquatic turtle and i didn't know anything about it, i went there and the employee (lady) explained me everything to know about turtle, she even suggested me to goto Walmart/PetSmart to get the items they didn't have or ran out off! Really great experience and would recommend 10/10.

Store is tiny(tiny! ), so options are very limited. We went for reptile supplies and left with nothing. Every single box of crickets (and most of the worms) was dead.

AWFUL! costumer service & their grooming is completely horrible attitude!!!! I highly not recommended the groomer Kristen, she has bad attitude she judge customer in a racist manner just because she is the groomer manager she has no right to treat customer in that manner. the services wasn't for free. very disappointed with Petco groomer. and on top she told me to to PetSmart. INSANE!!!

I wish I remember the young man who assisted me. He deserves a shout-out. He was very knowledgeable and informative. I was trying to choose the best products for my cat, who has a flea infestation. It was a delight. My experience was quick and I left feeling as though I received the best service. My cat is better now.

We went there for a visit and for our Carmella to meet Rob and get acclaimed for her actual haircut, entire staff was very welcoming💜💜Rob did a fantastic job, getting Carmella or Golden mini doodle, cleaned up. Excellent service 💜💜💜💜
