Went to buy a Washer, decided on 1 whirlpool open box clearance for an Addional 20% off, they said we don't have it in stock and you can't buy this one, so I pick another one that costs more of course but also has 20% clearance open box, but yet again...they don't have it in-stock, so I ask can you get one from the warehouse then. He said yes, but if I order it then you don't get the 20% off! Then why put a discount sign!! Needless to say of course I went somewhere else! Zero stars on this deal

Just horrible. Poor customer service. Always an issue with orders and never any attempt to resolve. Placed an order for "same day delivery", order never showed up, still waiting for refund. Placed an order for in-store pickup, got an email saying "ready to pickup", went there to pickup and they didn't have the item. Numerous other similar incidents. Having a Pro account makes no difference. One nightmare after another...

If you're contemplating purchasing an appliance from Lowe's, heed this warning: don't. My recent experience with a Samsung dryer delivery epitomizes everything wrong with their service. After a single cycle, the dryer conked out. The store's response? Zero sympathy. Upon enduring a 20-minute wait on the phone, I was informed that without their pricey store warranty, I'm on my own. Cue dealing directly with Samsung, a bureaucratic nightmare lasting a month. Apparently, if your appliance fails to perform within 48 hours of delivery, tough luck. Lowe's washes their hands clean of any responsibility once your purchase is out the door. Never again will I waste my money on their subpar products and abysmal customer service.

Pat and Ed have both helped my business out tremendously! Pat is always available by text or phone as with ed and never disappoint. They go out of there way to make sure we have what we need and our deliveries and pickup are smooth. A+ service. If your ever in EHT ask for pat at the pro desk she will help you with whatever you need and ed the assistant manager is always around to answer questions.

Really like the garden center, they have lots of choices. The store is very clean and neat also. I have returned things here which the return process is very simple and convenient. They usually run decent sales. One of the reasons I didn't rate it five stars is sometimes I struggle to find the price of things. Well back to the garden center they really always have very nice clearance items and I usually get a lot of my perennials on clearance.

I am so sorry but I forgot the names of the two women that helped me today finding me a space heater. I left the store because there wasn't any left. The female worker came out to the parking lot to tell me that she and another female worker found one. They both went above and beyond. Good job ladies.!

Customer service and Appliances is the Worse. They need a more professional warranty Provider. I will never return there for nothing waste my time and money. Not even a year old smh and they say I am not covered with my warranty.

Train your employees on professionalism, and urgency when attending to customers. It shouldn't take me over 35 minutes waiting in line just to be told that the pick up location is around the corner. Then the associate there asked for my ID, which I understand. But when the white lady next to me asked if she had to show her ID, the associate said no. WHY NOT!? I have had several issues at this Lowe's and dealing with their racism. I will only return here as a last resort.

I spent over 3000 dollars on new kitchen cabinets. One came in damaged and it’s taken over a month trying to get a replacement. There’s no such thing as Customer Service at this store. All you get is the runaround and ignored. Their solution to my problem was that I should buy a new cabinet and return the other one if it ever shows up.

We went there looking for Velcro. Asked an employee and she said aisle 17. She was close as it was in aisle 16. Figured it out by putting my thinking cap on. My daughter thought it would be with glues and adhesives. I thought fasteners and that was the correct aisle. The store is clean and well stocked. Employees are friendly. We ended up getting a Velcro type product. Used the self check out because there were no open cashiers.

Not a fan right now. Ordered a dishwasher it arrived damaged but it was damaged under the packaging so it was not noticed. Whoever the installers are didn't show up on the scheduled day so I have a broken dishwasher and a broken new dishwasher sitting in my hallway. They show up the next week and it's a different company and these guys were great but they did notice the damage so it was not installed that day. Called Lowes and they said they'd call back in 2 days with details for a new one. They did not. So I called and they said wait 2 days again. It's getting ridiculous

Just stopped by to have a Craftsman tool replaced. I asked for an associate for help. He called other employees on his walkie talkie to assist me twice. I stood around for 20 minutes and no one showed up. I was infuriated and left. Waste of time and worst customer service.

Some of the workers and manager are the most ignorant and unknowledgeable people I ever meet they can't handle stress and the one management person accused me to my face picking up all my hardwood that was defective in color and warped so bad I couldn't install I carried 20 boxes of garbage my. Body was beet up from trying to install never sorry they treat their customers like garbage like we don't know each other in the trades and it won't cripple there future business teach your employees stress management I'm sorry I ever walked into lowes🙏🙏🙏 a purchase a new dryer in the box very bad dent affected the operation bad they made me miss Christmas Eve Christmas services and the did not care no exceptions my 48 hours would of ended Christmas Day there closed That's how they treat Costomer that spent $7000 in the last month. And have a lot to go when im looking for another dryer the sales man said come back it Christmas very funny it was 5pm you close at 6 I wish I was never there some deal 🙏

I went to Lowe's for sheetrock, screws and other items. These guys were so helpful to me it was amazing. One guy was named Dave and the other guy was named Joe. I just can't be more grateful for these guys for being so kind and helping and guiding me to get the things. I wish all guys at these places would be more helpful and kind. They went above and beyond.

Good luck getting assistance in store or out.Tried calling three times went thru phone maze then it hung up click. Called third time and eventually made it to appliance dept " please hold"...25 min later I hung up.Went to store Sunday morning I got my parts however nobody around.Welcome to the world after covid. Had a special order sliding door. Long story short, it was given away to another client by mistake twice. Each time took weeks to get it ordered and delivered. The manager was upset about the mistakes and tried her best, but!! It's a special order, so all we can do was re order and wait. Now, every time, the order came in, and we went to pick up with a team. (Installers) took management two hours to tell us about the mistake. Try home depot next door better staff, and so far, nothing like this has happened once, let alone twice in a row.

STAY AWAY!! I was gifted a Husqvarna lawn mower from here and there has been nothing but problems with it since day one. Lowe's gave me the run around a few times just to get their self out of the warranty issues. Go to Shore Hardware in Somers Point or any other local hardware store. Lowe's has been brutal to deal with.

Had a brand new gas dryer purchased and hooked up through loews. I have to say it was one of the worst experiences. Unfortunately the Dryer hook up was not done correctly. The exhaust from dryer was flowing into my laundry room not to the outside of house. I called and notified loews. They shuttled me from service representative to representative. One blamed the store. The other blamed warehouse. The other blamed customer service. The other blamed delivery service. It has been more than 24 hours plus...no call has been received from loews. I have reached with the hopes they will call soon (but I am not holding my breath).

Joanne in customer service was amazing. She helped us with our wicker furniture purchase and went above and beyond in making sure the items we were looking for were easily located and loaded up for us. At first a floor person told her that they did not have our chairs in stock (because they could not find them easily), but Joanne saw 7 listed in the system and she was determined to have someone find them for us. Two managers and another worker were then on a mission to find our chairs, and they did not stop looking until they found them. Not only did they locate them, but it was not an easy feat to get them down from the highest shelf in the store. I felt so bad with making things difficult for them, but instead of being annoyed, the managers actually apologized for making us wait when they did not have to. I forget the manager names that were given to me by the self checkout woman, so I can't give credit by name, but I appreciate all the help that everyone gave us in making our shopping trip a success ❤.

After ordering a stove and taking a day off of work, I never received delivery or had anyone reach out to explain why I waited around all day for a stove that wasn’t coming. When calling customer service I was transferred to this store to process a refund because customer service doesn’t handle refunds. Now waiting half an hour to be told I can’t get a refund bc stove is still out on delivery 2 days later and they don’t have a photo of it in the store. Now waiting to talk to a manager how long will I wait on hold for this….I suppose I can leave another review and keep you posted if anyone ever answers me. Save your time and go to a mom and pop store that actually cares about the business. Clearly no one in this company does.

This Lowes staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I was delivered the wrong product (washing machine) in which they didn't have anymore of the one I ordered, so they upgraded me for free, and delivered it to my house the same day. I definitely recommend them
