Didn't show up for our appointment after I drove 40 minutes to meet them. Wanted to purchase additional collar and it was faster to meet up then ship. Now doesn't even return calls

Do not let this company tell you they can install a fence in a duplex, it will not work and your pets will get shocked inside the home. Had a fence installed recently at our beach house which is a side by side home in Sea Isle City, the fence shocks our dogs inside the home. I have been trying to get this issue resolved for 2 months with no success. Tech has been out 2 times, was told they’d return for a third and when they stopped returning my calls I contacted Invisible Fences Corporate office for help who said they’d investigate and get back to me to resolve within 10-14 business days, that was now a month ago. Location owner John Rossi does not return phone calls and has no regard for installing a fence that is not usable. Also would expect the corporate office to responsibly resolve but to date nothing has been done. Incredibly frustrated and disappointed overall.UPDATE to the reply below. I have contacted you multiple times. I have not received a response. Owner/local location as well as the corporate office has my contact information.

Giving this establishment a 3-star rating due to the following experiences:About a year ago we purchased a 2 zoned installation, a collar, and a few extra batteries from this dealer. We even paid for their tech, who was the one to install the system in the first place, to come and train our newly rescued dog. It honestly was a great experience overall and we even received a referral to another company to do another unrelated service for our property.Fast forward to yesterday, I called and asked for 2 new collars as we had just rescued two more puppies. John Ross was who I spoke to on the phone and after explaining the price, he said that he confirmed they had them in stock and would either get them to me that evening or the following morning. I promptly gave him my payment info and was eagerly awaiting these collars so our new puppies could freely roam our yard.Well, the following morning around 10AM no word back, so I called to check and see if his tech was still in transit to deliver as he had promised. He said that his field tech had actually sold all his receivers and he had to order some and they would be there 3 days later than he originally told me. Surprised, I said OK and hung up.Then, I did some research online and found 2 refurbished units online for significantly cheaper that would arrive on or before Friday, complete with collars and flags just as John's deal was.I called John and let him know what I had found and that if he couldn't somehow provide me with a similar deal (i.e. if he had used ones around he'd be willing to sell me) than I would simply have to cancel my request with him.He then began to take an upset tone with me, scolding me about not building a rapport with him and that I "don't even buy batteries from him". I then asked him if he was yelling at me, to which he simply responding quite upset "good night sir" and hung up on me.Overall, as an installer, the field tech that serviced us was fantastic, caring, and overall great. John Ross, however, later acted that he was entitled to my business, even after over-promising on a delivery date and then when he couldn't commit to what he said, getting upset at the customer instead of acknowledging the poor experience and being polite.I'm quite disappointed that I couldn't give this a 5 star rating solely based on the install, and then a 1-star rating for my return customer experience. I've compromised on a 3 star rating as a result. I do not plan on doing business with this Invisible Fence dealer again.

We had an invisible fence installed when we moved into our new house, and I believe it was one of the best investments we made to keep our 2 dogs safe, as we live on a busy road. On the day of installation, the field tech Andy talked me into spending an additional $500 for a puck and an additional training session. He came back a week later saying that the puck was back ordered but we would receive it the following week. We never saw him again.It’s been over 6 months now and we never received the puck or the additional training. All of our attempts to communicate with Andy have been completely ignored. John Ross, the owner, told my husband that Andy had the pucks on his truck and would have Andy drop it off, but Andy never did and now the owner will not respond to our calls or texts.Be careful if dealing with this company and do not let them talk you into ANYTHING that is above and beyond your initial estimate, as they will gladly take your money but will not follow through!

Found John to be very personable, knowledgeable and helpful with instillation, training and follow up care for my pup. He believes in the product and wants to keep your pup safe! Has been well worth the investment to keep my dog safe! Thanks!

Cannot say enough of how pleased with the product, installation, maintenance, and repair by Invisible Fence® of Jersey Shore - Always very courteous, answers all questions, goes out of way to provide superior services and product updates, including changing boundaries (more than once) - Have not had any problems with unit except what this homeowner messed up, but they were able to promptly get unit back in service - In a word, EXCELLENT!
