Mistakes happen, but it was met with excellent customer service! 5 star service!Old Review: Little bit disappointed. Before placing an order online I called and asked if it was possible to have the delivery truck roughly spread the rock by gradually dumping the rocks while driving the length of my small driveway. The woman on the call said that was “no problem at all, just write that detail in the notes section of your order”. So I ordered, wrote the the note, paid $45 for delivery and even an extra $10 as a driver tip! I returned to a big pile of stone and a days worth of work to spread the stone out… bummed out…

They have a great assortment of vegetables and herbs. Some I've never seen sold elsewhere. Staff was helpful and kind. The young gentleman offered to help me to my car with my purchases. I'll definitely be back.4.17.23 stopped in to see what they had and was pleasantly surprised. They're stocked well on vegetables and herbs. They also have a nice assortment of flowers, grasses, even trees and bushes. The staff was great again! Helpful and knowledgeable. I'll be back.

It is my first trip over there today. There are a lot of plants to choose. The staffs are super nice, knowledgeable and helpful. I found what I want, hydrangea, black eyed Susan and PW supertunia. It is so beautiful. I should have moved all plants to the cart myself, but the gentleman was so quick that he helped me moved all flowers. Such a great customer service! Definitely will go shopping again!

Can't say enough good things about this nursery. Had multiple truckloads of crushed shells delivered out of area, so extra charges. Well worth it. Vinnie bent over backwards to accommodate my schedule, even driving an hour to be at my property to get accurate measurements at dusk. Entire staff very friendly and courteous, but most of all professional and efficient. Would definitely do business with them again and highly recommend!

Everyone at Hand's is always knowledgeable and friendly. We have ordered soil and mulch before from them before and delivery is fast and prices are fair. This year, we used half mushroom soil and wow, the growth in our garden is phenomenal! They also hold events that we love. I cannot say enough about them

This Summer I have bought trees, plants and rocks for my house and got them all from Hands. They made deliveries on time and perfectly placed in the specified spots not to mention calls from the drivers informing me of delivery times. Great customer service that is a rare thing nowadays. My hats off to the folks at Hands for all the hard work, good deals and follow up calls to assure your satisfaction!! Keep it up!!

I love this place for my gardening needs...seeds, soil, fertilizer, seedlings. Even the occasional tool or pot. They have it all and the prices are reasonable. The hanging baskets I buy here always get compliments from our friends and family that visit. They last long into the season, as well. The quality is always better than the garden centers of the Big Box stores. They are also more knowledeable and friendlier, too. I've been their customer for years!

Hands Garden Center is my wife and I second home. The staff very informative, friendly, and all around great people. We’ll go there for some select items and end up leaving with the whole store. The mums we bought this year was absolutely beautiful and the products I use on my grass has my yard looking amazing!

I have had numerous great experiences with Hands Garden Center in Tuckerton. The owners and staff are very friendly and accommodating to their customers requests, going as far as to personally deliver to homes during these strange times of a pandemic. Every plant I purchased from there this past season truly thrived from my tomato plants to my 6 ft tall arborvitae trees. Would 100% recommend this business to all of my friends and family.

Highly recommend the hands garden center! Every time I go everyone is so nice and helpful. Best selection of outdoor products and plants around. I always tell everyone I know to go to the garden center to grab what they need. I’ve bought presents for parents and friends from there and everyone is always happy receiving what I bring them and say how beautiful it is! Can’t wait until they open again in the spring!

Hands Garden Center has an amazing supply of super healthy plants. We had them come plant our spring flowers and I can’t even tell you how many people I caught taking photos of our house all summer. They were so beautiful! We came back for our fall plants and they are still holding strong in the crazy winds we have had in LBI this fall. I highly recommend them!!

The staff at Hands Garden Center are extremely knowledgable about their products. The plants are in great condition and well taken care of. The staff were very helpful when I asked for a specific plant and notified me when it came in. I look forward to the spring planting season and returning to the Center.

Hands Garden Center in Tuckerton along with Mike Carey Landscaping did an excellent job for me this summer.All the employees at both Garden Center and Landscaping Company were extremely helpful and very easy to work with. The deliveries from the Garden Center were always on time and dropped exactly where I wanted it on my property. The Landscaping Company gave me a timeline and stuck to it. They all worked extremely hard through some super hot summer days to get the job done. Best of all the prices were great and look forward to having them help me with more projects in the future.I would absolutely recommend both Hands Garden Center and Mike Carey Landscaping to anyone in the Southern Ocean County area.

This is my third attempt to try to leave a beautiful review for this wonderful shop. I'm trying hard to attach photos of my beautiful garden bed around my coif fish pond There are no words to describe the quality of flowers I purchased from them I've literally spent an hour trying to give them the best review I possibly can because they definitely deserve it. My marigolds are massive I have photos I don't know how to upload them, My impatience my hibiscus trees etc. every single plant I have purchased from them this season is just absolutely amazing I highly recommend them I have learned my lesson never to purchase flowers from Home Depot or Lowe's LOL it pays to go to your mom and pop shop! I live walking distance from them they are also sweet I even met their new doggie chunk !! The young girl they have that spends her time pruning all of the flowers and plants is a sweetheart as well and very knowledgeable I wish I knew her name I will be back every season you guys are wonderful thank you so much and let me know if there is a way I can upload my photos I would love to share your products in full bloom with all of your potential clients!
