Well it's the helpful hardware store, and even tho they changed the jingle, it's too late; they took that mantra to the bone. Constantly, im seeing them help people with their hardware and projects, I don't think they've ever hindered a single purchase.Anyway bought a sick jump starter. It's great.

This store is great love how it's conveniently located. Good amount of parking. Store is very neat I'm appearance from outside. Once inside you will find a very pleasant and helpful staff always willing to point you in the right direction. They are very knowledgeable of the products they carry. They have a vast selection of outdoor supplies and very top quality of grills and grilling supplies. The shelf's are kept full of stock and are competitively priced. They have a excellent paint department. They carry Stihl products and a dealer so you can order if they don't carry in stock. Oh I forgot they carry Benjamin Moore paint I would rather go there than most of the other big chains because of the excellent customer service

Finally going to have the backyard of my dreams! I was having trouble deciding which grill would be best for our family but the manager Keith was very patient answering all my questions and helped me pick out our new Blackstone and set us up with all the accessories we need. Summer just got a whole lot better thanks to Keith and all the helpful people at Ace!

I wanted to give a quick shout out to the manager at the store to commend Romelo on his expertise advising me over the phone concerning a product for my through the wall air conditioner. He was able to take rather obscure facts and translate them into an application for addressing the issue. He is a very smart person and was very helpful.

Its nice to find a small hardware store that carry's everything you may need when you are working on something and don't want to travel to the large HD type stores. Service is excellent! Everyone asking me if I need help as soon as I arrive. Big difference from the big names...I will use this as my local family run hardware store! great job guys...

This is one of the last great Brands that actually provides friendly and excellent customer services. The sales people at this Ace location are always friendly helpful and know the products. They actually seem to enjoy waiting on you and offer a very pleasant experience.

Ace doesn’t have everything Home Depot does, but I don’t leave the store feeling like I just got out of a war zone, either, so there’s that. Employees are nice and the store is generally well stocked with everything put away correctly.

The service at this Ace was fantastic. They stocked an obscure wall plate my wife wanted. The store is very well set up, people where friendly and knowledgeable about the products within.They carry B&G Natural Lump Oak, great for smoking.Parking was substantial and checkout had a plexi barrier for those worried about the virus. They were wiping down the counter after each customer also.

While it's not a huge store, I've only needed a couple items they didn't carry. More than that, the staff is extremely and proactively helpful. Even when they're actively doing something, if they see the confused look on a hobbyist's face, they'll stop without you saying a word to see if they can help. And they pretty much always do!

Being a local to this place I have been there enough to say it's a good place to shop. Helpful employees and fast checkout seems to always be there. Keep in mind some items may be higher priced then a big box store but the convience makes up for it in my book!

Always helpful friendly staff. They really go above and beyond. Fred the manager is just great. They always have an answer to help with my projects and you don't have to wonder the giant lonely halls like some of the other places looking for help. Always get coupons in the mail and most of the time they have some free popcorn. How can you go wrong.

Needed a copy of my RV key which I had gotten there before. The guy said they redid the key area and no longer carried the key I needed. Disappointing because it was one of the few places that did. Wound up ordering on line at Amazon. Local businesses complain that online places are hurting them but when you no longer carry a needed product, that you use to carry that is where people are going to go! Staff is very helpful!!

When they say they're "the place with the helpful hardware folks," they aren't lying. Above that, though, they have one of the best hardware stock/variety/selections around. I went to 7 other stores before going to Ace (due to direction of travel more than anything) and came up short every time, and I'd be lucky if the employees I asked would know enough to tell me they didn't have what I was looking for so I didn't have to scavenge around myself. The second I walked into Ace I was greeted by someone who essentially said "let's see what we can do" to my request and then brought me back to the exact section the parts would be in. It took me a while to get the right combination of things together, but he delivered on his word to find what I needed, even calling the Northfield store to source the last few parts. Not to be cliché but, thanks Ace!

Prices are a bit high compared to big box stores. However the convenience of not having to drive far makes it worth it. The service is pretty good too

Friendly and helpful staff. ALWAYS have had a great shopping experience here as well witnessing the staff give everyone else helpful, friendly service and advice. Also a great selection on hardware and prices are normally less than Home Depot and Lowes. It is the first place I go when I need hardware.
