Awful experience! I came in because I forgot to get my heart medication filled at my regular pharmacy. This is a 24 hr pharmacy I needed emergency medication for the night just 1 transfer of my heart medication I brought in my bottle n insurance card. The man was nasty n rude n wouldn’t help me told me to go to ER who wants to sit in the ER for 4 hours to get 1 emergency medication for my heart! Here I could have called my on call dr n had them send a script over I found this out online the pharmacy could have told me but didn’t. I asked for the pharmacist the man said it doesn’t matter who that is very uncaring n rude!!!!!! Way to go above n beyond for a heart patient! 0 stars ill suffer tonight till my pharmacy opens at 8am.

It is the worst drug store I have ever been in. It's a 24 hour pharmacy and they only had a cashier and the pharmacist. The cashier left at 9:30 pm and only the pharmacist was left. Because it is the only 24 hour pharmacy in the area they are packed. My prescription was sent in electronically, I waited over an hour before I went there and they said the wait was going to be at least another hour. When I went up to the counter they said it still wasn't ready and I would have to wait. When I told the pharmacist it had already been two hours she filled it right away. The problem isn't with the pharmacist it is with your company and staffing the store. You really need to get your act together and make this store a better store. This is why I don't go to CVS unless it's absolutely necessary. The store has a drive thru pharmacy but it's closed. What a horrible store.

Closing the Pharmacy for one half hour for lunch is a demonstration of CVS's inability to schedule a staggered lunch and to hire for the needs of the store. I was in the Pick-Up line for 20 minutes and watched in horror as several people were sent to the Drop-Off Line after picking up a prescription. I could LITERALLY just ask the drop-off clerk to come over. But there was not a drop off clerk because of the failure to hire and maintain adequate staffing. The Drop-Off Clerk position was being filled by random employees as needed. Which was A LOT. The truly agonizing part that is a total display of the inefficiency of CVS Pharmacy in Egg Habor Twp., NJ was having the Pick-Up clerk direct me to the Drop-Off line instead of taking my new Rx. The Drop-Off Clerk could have taken ONE PHYSICAL STEP. TOTLA FAIL

They made me go to the pharmacy three times because they didn't have the prescription ready, then the pharmacy was at lunch for 30 minutes, and the third time I went they just gave me the medication with attitude . Horrible service. I’ll switch to Walgreens definitive

I have felt for a long time that customer service is a thing of the past. But not today. I went through the drive thru to pick up my meds. The young lady (Janet) took the time to explain why my scripts went up in price. She also asked me if I'd prefer the easy lids to my pills. I've always had a difficult time removing the child proof lids. No one ever mentioned that I had an option. I drove home with a smile on my face.

The drive through is even backed up 30mins and I didn't even get to the window yet. There is only four cars in front of me. 40mins total sitting in the drive, so make sure your free to sit and wait. Already had somewhat of a problem to get my medication. Finally they filled it. I was told to come back in a half hour no problem. I came back 1hr and 18mins later just to be told come back in 20mins. Why say half hr and I gave that double plus the time just to sit for 2o more mins. This place is the worst I always have a problem. Walgreens 15mins in and out everytime. They didnt have my meds in stock this time. Cvs needs to do better

I called about a prescription before I arrived and was quoted 0 co-pay. When I arrived the pharmacist quoted the price at $85.71...This is outrageous!!!!! I will be getting my prescriptions elsewhere. You people are thieves.

I love the pharmacy department because everyone goes out of their way to help and inform you about your prescriptions. Everyone I have encountered has been super friendly and helpful.

I went to get passport photo taken ….. the gentleman told me “not today…. It’s only me and her working “Is that even allowed to do ? I get it and understand it may take longer and I’ll gladly accommodate (it’s July 4th weekend ) I’m a easy going guy . But can they do that ?

The pharmacy staff is generally fabulous, though the pharmacy seems to be perpetually slammed. Even at the worst of times, they're friendly and cordial, if curt for the sake of other customers. Its also 24 hours, which seems incredibly rare.
