I’ve never left a review in my life until now. Friday May 10, 2024 around 5:45. I called and there was only 1 older/ middle age woman working by herself, or so she made it seem. I had asked her very politely to see if she could check to see if a product was in stock in the store before driving out of my way. She told me yes at first so I named 2 specific shades of a lip oil by the same brand, and she then proceeded to cut me off and tell me no that she isn’t going to leave the front to waste her time checking for makeup. She kept saying it’s Mother’s Day weekend and I understand that but what I asked for was for my mom and I went to 5 other CVS locations and this one was the farthest out of my way but I was willing to drive out there for my mom. By being a paying costumer it would have obviously benefited your store. What a shame, I’m sure I’m not the first costumer that woman pushed away with her nasty attitude. I’m sorry your personal store has to suffer consequences from her ignorant and bitter mouth.

LAZIEST PHARMACIST EVER!MOST UNORGANIZED CHAOTIC LOCATION EVER! I’ve never had more issues trying to fill meds before on numerous occasions in my life. The night shift pharmacist with the accent is rude, lazy and tries to push everything on the next shift after him. The staff will fill partial controlled meds, making the remainder of the fill an annoyance. No one will “disclose” when the manager will be there…? The woman pharmacist literally called 911, was CLEARED by the EMT’s, insisted on shutting down the pharmacy with a line of 20 people and some of which had been waiting 45 minutes, and then was all of a sudden fine enough to drive herself. Why these pharmacists are in such bad shape when the techs do 80% of the work is beyond me. This is an emergency location as it is 24 hours because there is a hospital near by, folks are really counting on you and you’re the most lazy and un compassionate and uncaring staff (not the techs, they are wonderful) I’ve ever come across. DO BETTER!!!

I came here to get my vaccination and I am appalled at how unorganized staff and the pharmacy was . I mean it was absolutely horrid and on top of that the vaccination booth was not clean at all everything looked so unkept. I was unable to get vaccinated because they didn’t even have my vaccine ready and told me that I need to come back in an hour which is very inconvenient for customers. As a college student who is currently studying business to earn my MBA this is a great example of how businesses shut down because of poor staffing. Do better !!

It’s been months that there drive thru it’s not operable. First I was told their window was broken and they were waiting on cooperate to finish processing their request to replace the glass on the window ( this took more than 3 months) then , the window is finally fixed but now they are saying that they have short staff and due to this the drive thru remains closed. Then again a month later no improvement. Long lines inside the store and I ask if the drive thru will be open again and this time I am told that their system is down on that drive thru computer that’s why it’s closed. I had to leave because I couldn’t continue to wait in line. I wasn’t able to get my meds again. Next time I called before heading there to ask if the drive thru is open and again I was told no that their system is down again. I tried to switch to Walgreens down the street but this also became a problem because many people were trying to transfer out and they were not sending the prescriptions to the new pharmacy. This is very inconvenient ! Many parents have young children, and sometimes the drive-through is the only choice . I’ve been using this pharmacy because of the 24 hour convenience., but I haven’t been able to get my medication for weeks now. Every time I go there’s a long line inside and I have to end up leaving.

Worst pharmacy I've ever been too. It's soooooo slow. Long wait times at desk, long wait times at window, long wait times on phone. The waiting area for people is literally right next to the pick up line so people can hear all your personal information. That is basically a violation of HIPAA. The store is okay but the prices are high. There's no reason for me to ever go back unless I'm in urgent need of over the counter medicine in the middle of the night.

I left 1 star because it was the only way to get posted! This place is a complete mess! Several times I have gone to the drive through to pick up my medication and waited over 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. Tonight 10/10/23 at 9:00pm I went to pick up my mothers medications, there was 4 ppl in front of me, as I walked up the " so called" pharmacist, rudely snaps at someone on the phone, "that they just need to wait, because she's busy!" She then looks at the line and angrily snaps at the young man filling prescription, " we need to just wait cause its so busy"! The 2 techs, tried their best to stay focused and help move the line along, but she kept interupting the young man with redderic. Finally the young female tech asked the pharmacist for help with the line, she calls the front of the store on the intercom, where the store manager barks back in a hostile tone, that she couldn't help because "she was counting money!!"This has got to be the most unprofessional setting!! Yes, they are open 24 hours , but if they are so short staffed and ignorant, then they need to close like all the rest!People go there because they need to get medicine for either themselves or for someone they love, they are already stressed, they should not have to be treated in such a nasty unprofessional way! It is those people, their insurance and their hard earned money that keep CVS in business. DO BETTER CVS!!

Terrible pharmacy. Go somewhere else don’t bother, horrible techs who close gates early for break & tell you to get your meds somewhere else. I PROMISE ITS BEEN THIS WAY FOR A LONG TIME. I’m going to switch pharmacies

I've been waiting in line for like half an hour and I'm the only one in line , I think I'll transfer to Walmart . And they don't even let us use the drive thru anymore. It's not convenient anymore

Called to speak to the pharmacist was on hold for 2 hours! I was told I was 5th in line in the call queue. There is no excuse for this type of customer service. Someone from there corporate office needs to do a training seminar on phone etiquette.

Do you need urgent medication? If so, then avoid this CVS pharmacy. I usually have good experience with CVS pharmacies but this one is awful and incompetent. I came to the store May 1, 2017 for a prescription and didn't get my medication filled until May 11, 2017. The medication I was prescribed is time critical. Because my medication was delayed, I had low-grade fever the whole time.

I went into the pharmacy again today after being there two days ago because they needed to order his inhaler and then came back there yesterday they said it was still packed away in boxes I had to come back later. I arrived there at 1:31 pm the next day which is today and they close from 1:30 - 2 pm for a break now. My son needed his inhaler because he was leaving for Florida for two weeks and I explained to her if I could get my sons inhaler he has severe asthma and you guys have made me come back three times for it. Brenda the Pharmacist was so rude and uncaring and lied to me and said her registers close from 1:30 till 2 pm and that there is no way she can do it and "it is a no" "and if you ask again its going to be a no" no compassion or understanding that my asthmatic son will now have to go without his daily controller medication because they did not have it on time. Just the way she talked to me was completely unacceptable. I will be transferring all of my prescriptions out. This is not the first time I have had problems with this pharmacy the whole staff is just unprofessional.

The pharmacist that filled my husbands prescription tonight was incredibly rude. We went through a lot already with his health recently and it was very unpleasant to endure her attitude. One thing that really sat with us was that she made a rude comment to the cashier in front of us after he helped us find her while she was in the bathroom for at least 5 minutes while we were waiting for anyone to help us. The cashier on the other hand was nice and he was helpful. She also took over 30 minutes to fill our prescription and it was 3am with only us waiting.

The only reason that I gave even 1 star was that they are open 24/7. This is the most unorganized company next to Walmart. And the prices are outrageous. You would think they would be cheaper since being run by incompetence.

What a horrible experience. The pharmacist had an attitude from the second I called. Then we show up and she turned us down for pain medication for our 17 year old who just had her wisdom teeth pulled. I had the prescription, I even had the Doctor call to verify. But this little girl who wanted to play God and wanted to feel powerful, even turned the Doctor down. How can we teach young knuckle heads to think for themselves, ask questions, and act human. I would have understood if: I didn’t have ID, if I didn’t have a prescription, if I didn’t have medical/health cards, IF I DIDN’T ACTUALLY HAVE THE DOCTOR CALL!!!!!!!!! She wanted to feel like a big shot. Congratulations! I’m going to let KARMA take care of this one. FYI, I don’t ever leave reviews, so what does that tell you. Be warned, Go to another pharmacy!!!!

The worst pharmacy I've ever been to. The pharmacists are rude and simply don't care. I called about a script at 10 am, 5 pm, midnight, 3am and each time waited 1 hour for someone to pick up...they didn't. I even called the store who told me the pharmacy was understaffed and couldn't get to me! I called 3 days in a row and had the same experience, imagine that! Finally on the third day, on the 4th call, out of desperation I called the store again so I could get help at the pharmacy and Michelle offered to take my information and go to the pharmacy herself and call me back with my questions answered! Thank you Michelle! Hire more people!!! I'm switching to Starns shop rite. They treat people right

Cvs do have some good employees not all, but some. I don't know the pharmacist name who actually fixed my issue here, but nobody would do thier job and call my insurance I had to pay cash for my medication for 6 months straight just, because nobody would make a simple call, but she did and I got refunded for the last one. It's just all around bad services with some good employees that actually know what they are doing. The rest needs to be replaced. I own a small business and I can say that customer service is key to for customers to keep coming back. Stand in line for well over hr or sit in the drive thru for 40 mins or hr, I'd rather sit, in the car and wait that same wait.

I used to shop here all the time for things on the go- but I just had a rotten experience. I usually handle my prescriptions during the day but I was pressed for time and had to wait for this evening. I have a prescription card from the company that makes my medication (Generess FE) that reduces the cost drastically. My account number is up to date and have used it for the last 6 months worth of my medication. The girls working in the pharmacy didn't know how to use this prescription card and I explained what my previous experiences were like. One fiddled around on the computer- then told me to take it to Drop Off to see if "they" knew. They being another girl working with her - hearing distance away. Then waited what seemed a long time behind a woman who wasn't even acknowledged. The other woman and I made contact and both expressed concern. Finally "Oh, I didn't see you there, I'm sorry" - the woman was obviously there and staring at the girl behind the counter. She was told a ridiculous amount of wait time for her prescription to be filled and opted to come in the morning. My turn. I handed the girl the prescription card, explained like I had done before and got the same response. Twiddled on the computer to come up with nothing. They didn't ask the pharmacist or the other girl working the drive-through if they knew.I don't know if they know this or not but people have things to do and places to be. Learn your job and ask if you don't know something. Customers will respect the fact that you're doing your best to help them even if you have to ask someone else. Don't turn a customer away saying "I don't know, sorry." It was so rude and I left without my prescription. I have that card for a reason. I will be getting it filled but after that I am being transferred elsewhere.Sorry CVS and all the employees who are wonderful and work their butts off. I have been in a similar position and can sympathize - but poor customer service isn't acceptable whether it's day or night.

I’m not someone that complains on reviews but christ almighty, this is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Severely understaffed, medication never ready at the times they say it will be, and when there is an issue or something is out of stock they don’t even bother to call you and let you know that it will be delayed.Time to take my a** to Walgreens I guess!

There is a girl named Abby that has a very nasty attitude but, she’s not the only one most of them have nasty attitudes. I was told by one of the nice pharmacist in there that they are hired by Sam(woman) well I spoke to her on the phone to ask her a question and I have to say she wasn’t pleasant at all on the phone. I have spoke to other pharmacist there and they were all nice minus Sam. If they want to clean that place up and make their customers happy they need to start by getting rid of Sam and then Abby right after. It’s a shame to have to deal with bad attitudes when getting your medicine. I’ll definitely be going somewhere else as long as those two work there. I really think the people running cvs don’t care about their customers. They’re too busy to care.

I'm a Healthcare worker and I have never had as many issues with a pharmacy as this one. Twice they lost my wife's prescriptions for an epipen. Another time it took two days to fill an antibiotic. TWO.DAYS. The last straw a medication we were never alerted that we couldn't get through them. We were never called or text or literally anything. Cvs is by far the worst pharmacy and it stems from the corporate level trickling down. No one cares.

It is sad to see that people only write when they have a bad experience, and as you can see, there are only a couple of bad reviews. I don't really use CVS for my prescriptions because I have to do mail in, but I am always so happy to know that they are there 24 hours a day to help if I need them in the middle of the night, which I have. They have always been polite and helped the best that they can. I had to call tonight and they were able to answer my question with no problem. Thank you CVS

I went here for the second time for a passport photo - and both times met an elderly Caucasian short haired woman who did a bad job for me and my family. She kind of doesn't want to see Asians like us. I'm Vietnamese - I hate people like that. It's like she's racist

Whoever developed and released the automated phone system that transfers you to the pharmacy just to hang up the phone on you enjoys eating dry cereal, sleeps with wet socks on, listens to talk show radio in the bathtub, takes prize tickets from children at Dave n Busters, scams the elderly, and tells all of their coworkers “another day another dollar am I right?” Thank you for wasting fifteen minutes of my existence, I hope you spend the same amount of time waiting for a hot meal on a cold winter night for it not to be delivered to you. Thank you for ruining my Saturday, my weekend, and potentially the rest of my life that this cvs establishment dedicated all of its resources to lead all of its patrons on to not speak to the pharmacy.

Horrible! Extremely busy, always out of the medication and told to call back, never have it then and now after months of this I was told they can't tell me if it's in stock. So I'm supposed to go every day, wait in line to be told no??? They've told me it was out of stock "call back Tuesday after noon" as I've heard to o many times, i went to another pharmacy they didn't have it so i went back here, different pharmacist came to window & i got my script filled about an hour after being told they were out of stock. Same pharmacy that lost my prescription card while I waited for a prescription! And they didn't even call the company for a replacement. It's nearby, and 24 hours but clearly they can't keep up with the demand. It's bad enough not to have medicine repeatedly, loose a card but to be rude to me today was totally uncalled for.

The worst pharmacy ever. You can try to call them multiple times with no one answering the phone. Then when someone does, she’s just the rudest person who answered the phone and just hung up on you without waiting for you to even say anything. Horrible!!! Going to switch my insurance so that I don’t have to deal with this horrible service from CVS Pharmacy anymore. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Pretty inexpensive and absolutely love their Extracare and Carepass programs I've enlisted in. I recently recieved over $90 off a purchase which would of been over $180 just from clipping their coupons and adding them to my Extracare card on the CVS App. Plus they give you a free $10 for being a carepass member every month!

1.Pharmacy NEVER answers the phone2. Pharmacy is always understaffed and meds take forever to get filled !!My son is 1 and needs his medicine ...... I spoke to his doctor around 1pm figured by 5pm meds should be done . I get there and they tell me they haven’t gotten around to filling it because they’re too busy ? Are you kidding me ?! You guys are a MESS !!
