Not a pleasant experience.I noticed I was over charged when I got to my car and reviewed receipt.Shelf read $ 4.25 at price point.Was billed $ 5.75.When I returned to store for refund or $ adjustment the cashier acted like it was such a inconvienace. I mentioned there may have been a price increase and no one changed shelf label. She didn't care.Note...this store has staffing problems.People don't stay long on this job.I usually go to DOLLAR GENERAL but $General was out of the product.Family$ needs a major development change in many ways.

Sam and Ebony were super sweet and nice to me. I had lotsof questions and they had lots of answers. Thanks for helping me out even though I kind of held up the line. Even the customers in the store were nice. Wish all of NJ could be this respectful. Keep up the good customer service ladies. It was a pleasure coming to your store!!!

I would give zero Stars if I could. Tamika is the absolute worst manager I can't believe she even has a job there. I rang the bell and she told me that she was busy. The store is filthy and the employees beg for you to buy candy as you're checking out as some sort of incentive for them! I could understand if it was for a good cause but it is for the employees! Its.a same nobody really looks at these from corporate maybe they'll get the hint when people stop shopping and everybody goes down to Dollar general!

I love going to this store, but because of some issues I've had (with only some- very few) employees.. I had to give 4 stars. However I'm so happy with a handful of those employees who go above and beyond to help fix those issues.. I love this store though, great prices, nice location and very good selection almost always in stock.

Always have great customer service but today,,Tameica just turned me off. I use this store at least 3 time's a week. Never saw her at this store. I just feel like sorry I Disturbed you. Not a happy experience.

The So called manager TAMIKO. Is the most un pleasant person I’ve ever come across. She’s rude, never smiles and always rolls her eyes when asked a question. I like ve in this town . I’ve had enough of her. My business will go to your Competitor dollar general

Wouldnt give this any stars if I could!! The manager there has the upmost worst attitude in the world. When I asked for the customer service number I was told there wasnt one. I called another store and so so sad but the person told me "I'm not the first person to call and get the number because of how rude she is. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE SHE SMASHED AND THROUGH MY ITEMS IN A BAG. IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB QUIT!!! AT THIS TIME THERE ARE PLE TY OF PEOPLE WHO NEED A JOB AND WOULD LOVE TO WORK

I when in Family dollar in EHC asked if they had lemon juice. Both workers said they don't know. No offer to help find it. I don't know why I tried. Please Dollar general open back up.

Why is all the soda marked as is at Family Dollar? Are they just too lazy to mark a price. That's okay, I went to Dollar General. They weren't lazy. They had prices on all their soda. I guess, I'm just going there for now on.

They sell broken items when I came back to exchange I didn't have receipt they said no way ,any other store let's you exchange it not them and keep repeating have a nice day.
