By far the best store to buy pet products. For my 2 dogs I buy doggie jackets, leashes, toys and even food from Petlife!! Their prices are unbelievable, shipping is super QUICK! and the quality is top notch. My favorite is their dog rain jackets

Run away! Worst customer service ever! My package never arrived. I can’t get any resolution. They blame it on Amazon. I didn’t order off Amazon. I call and call. I can’t get anyone to answer phone or return calls. All I can get out of them through a generic email Is …. Amazon is the courier.

I am a proud, 100% service connected Vietnam error veteran, who is wounded during combat. Yes, I have many issues, including post traumatic stress, as a result of heavy, combat, action, and loss of an arm due to gunshot wounds. I turned to fish keeping because that’s about all I’m able to do with the restrictions that I have due to fighting for my country. I purchased several aquariums from this site and the last one was a total nightmare first, I ordered the tank mid January 2024 it didn’t arrive as expected Then they gave me a runaround regarding they didn’t have it. It wasn’t in stock, but it would be ship ship pretty soon and this went on for several weeks. The other day I received the Aquarium and cabinet only to find the cabinet was damaged. This caused a lot of mental anguish that was unnecessary, but kicked my TBI through the roof/PTSD. I try to be very cooperative with them pet life but I’ve had it. I’m totally upset over the service that I received this morning. They offered me $85 $85 for a broken stand that I can’t use you really wanna shop on this website if you do, be careful I ain’t going back again !

Placed an order with petlife at the end of September an item which was listed in stock at the time on their website. I had used my apple pay for this order which was set to the wring address. I emailed pet life asking them to make the change, and they replied the next day confirming the change.The next week, this still had not shipped. I sent an email asking for status update, to which they replied and stated the item would ship at the end of the next week, 3 weeks after the order was placed.The order did not ship when they advised, and it ultimately took 1 month for them to ship a stock item. After shipment is where the real problems began.I never received my order, FedEx damaged it in transit and never attempted delivery. As soon as I got notification from FedEx I contacted pet life asking for next steps. They answered my email and stated they would get back to me soon. They never got back to me. I spent the next month trying to contact them multiple times. They did not answer and emails, or phone calls.After a month if trying, I decided to submit a BBB complaint to see if pet life would respond to someone else. Pet Life did not reply to the BBB after 2 attempts so they closed the case without resolution.I have now submitted a credit card dispute as the only way of getting my money back for an item I never received and will likely never receive.Pet Life did answer communication at first, so considering they completely disappeared as soon as this issue happened would have to assume they did so intentionally and a scam is the only way I can really describe this.

Do not order from them! They take the money immediately and then you're on your own.Customer service is non-existent. If you have months and months to wait for what you ordered, then this is the company for you. Or if you just like throwing money into the wind...

Beware of doing business with this company! Ordered three plus weeks ago and the package has not arrived. Numerous emails, phone calls, and voicemail message and they have yet to respond. Filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in hopes to eventually have a resolution to this experience. Buyer beware........

Although Pet Life processed my credit card in one day, the company sent me no shipping and delivery information until I contacted them 2 weeks later. Then the company sent me an email that my product was being shipped but the arrival date changed 5 times. It took nearly 4 weeks for me to receive my order. I do not like that the website gives no phone number for order status - all is done through email.

Petlife is a scam I ordered Victor's dog for from the site the Victor's dog food was recall I found that out on my own so I started writing them but as a small business company I thought they would of reached out and noticed me the hsAs been recalled nothing, so i kept writing to them trying to call no answer than after 3 weeks they finally reach out to me and saying they are going to set my item out for delivery the 15th of December today is Christmas i just lost a 100 dollars

My wild songbirds absolutely LOVE it!! All of the small finches, titmouse, wrens, chickadees, etc. are healthy and their plumage is so vibrant! My cardinals are the brightest red and they look so healthy!!! Thanks so much for such an awesome product.! Like all of the other reviews shipping is a joke with this company. I finally received my dog's supplements but after reaching out 2xs about shipping. Once it left their hands it got here fast. But you shouldn't have to reach out for them to send the product. And it shouldn't take 2 weeks to get the product when I'm 2 states away. I'll shop somewhere else next time.

I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering.I put an order in over the weekend. Decided to use "Shop" for payment plan and they were still using my old address. PetLife confirmed by 10:00 a.m. Monday that my address has been updated. Although I paid a quick ship fee, I assumed it would be a day later. On Tuesday, it was still "unfulfilled". I called twice and stayed on hold until it finally disconnected. I sent Wednesday, unfulfilled. Called several time and none picks up. Sent an email requesting a refund. Friday, still unfulfilled and a "partial" refund noted. Absolutely no dollar amount or a confirmation email explaining their reasoning. Again, no one is answering.I am going to pay off affirm. My bank will then submit a complaint to retrieve my refund and Affirm will deal with Pet Life. BTW, I bought all of these items a second time from Chewy, Petco/PetSmart, Wednesday, and they will be here over the weekend.

Love this feeder. We have a major squirrel problem, and this feeder is very good at repelling them. I lost 2 feeders in a storm, and was very happy to replace them. This is a great deal. Fantastic customer service, and fast delivery.

Update 6/17/22 -> package arrived ala UPS overnight yesterday -> I guess because Pet Life felt bad about my order snafu -> much appreciated. Original review -> Ordered non-food/non-liquid products on their web site on a Saturday which they state in writing: "For orders placed on Non-Food or Non-Liquid items (Example: Accessories, Dog Clothes) orders are processed and shipped Same or Next Day." I assumed that meant next business day or two of course. Regardless, I never heard back from them so I e-mailed them on Tuesday mid-afternoon. They also state in writing: "We also offer Email support for a response within 24 Hours." Still never heard back from them and called them on Thursday morning and of course goes right to voice mail. Looks like I will need to call American Express that this web site is FRAUD. 1st and last time I will be purchasing from Pet Life. Be forewarned!

This company has an F rating from the Better Business Bureau. They charged my card right away but didn't ship the items as promised. They don't respond to electronic or voice messages. I have initiated a credit card dispute and filed a complaint with the BBB. Don't shop here!

This company is amazing, I was shopping on their store and the items they sell that they manufacturer is made with great quality better than when you buy elsewhere. They offer Free Shipping, 1-Year Warranties and Free Return Shipping … I just like that they’ll stand by their product for a full year .. and they give you a free gift to choose from at checkout for orders over $50. I will ONLY buy here from now on for all my dogs accessories just such an easy experience all around!

I recently purchased a "More Birds Crib Sunflower Plastic Hopper Wild Bird Feeder". This feeder holds a lot of seed, reducing refill frequency, and has no thin perches (which usually break off). Birds can also feed through the mesh, accommodating many birds at the same time, which is the way they like to feed. The platform at the bottom reduces spillage to the ground. So far the reception has been great. Five chirps!
