Best Groomer ever!!! Annie is so nice and her sister too. My cat is stubborn and hates grooming but Annie handles her with such ease. My cat looks great. Would highly recommend this place. She really care about animals.

My sister’s cat needed a grooming, too many hair balls. Brushing her was not enough! Time for serious grooming. Lion cut was the way to go!After doing some online research I decided to give Ms. Annie’s small business a go. I scheduled an appointment with her. Ms. Annie is a polite and professional person.Long story short, she is now my go to person for pet grooming.

I love coming here all the time!! My 2 cats also love coming here to stay sometimes when I have to bring them here for a couple of hours. Annie and I still connected through dogs for over 17 years, She is a person full of humanity who always treats animal with passion and sincerity, loves and works harder for animals than people. My poor little baby😢 she’s so painful.The pet groomer clipped my dog's nerve of toenails and there was a lot of blood. Even hair cut was so massed up.However, the insane groomer wasn't being sorry at all and she said that was intentional because letting old dogs' toenails bleed is good her health for blood circulation and that's why she often do that like this situation is obvious. How dare she hurted my daughter???

I am very angry and disappointed with this place. Will never take my dog back here again to get groomed! $120 for a horrible cut that they shaved her down to the skin when her fur is a the length of a golden retriever, I could’ve done that myself at home. They made her bleed from cutting her nails. She looks nothing like herself. Again NEVER coming back here.

I'm very disappointed. We took our Aussie to be groomed and they shaved my double coated dogs stomach and armpits without reaching out to us. Her cut is extremely patchy with a lot of long parts left and she cut the quick of my dogs duclaws. And knowing our dog breed, they charged us extra money because "she has more fur than expected."We asked for brush, wash, and outline trim.

Annie and Sue were both incredibly sweet and welcoming. Took my 13 year old dog Max who was matted and in a lot of pain. I was very nervous about taking him to get groomed because of his arthritis. But very quickly I knew I made the right choice. Annie is incredibly experienced, gentle and gave some great advice for how I could improve his quality of life, and Sue did a really amazing job at helping Max keep his mind off of the grooming process. A few days later and I can already see a big change in his mood and mobility. Definitely will be going here from now on and recommend all to do the same. Thank you so much again!

I've been a customer to Annie's Pet grooming for over 12 years and I can honestly say I have never been disappointed with her services. Her fees are reasonable and she is very loving to the dogs entrusted to her care. My dog is always happy when I pick him up and she makes him look like a million bucks. Annie saved me $3000 in veterinary fees. I was told by my Vet that my dog needed a tendon repair, which later on the dog healed on his own and didn't require the unnecessary surgery. He walks fine now and I am glad I didn't have to subject him to the unnecessary surgical procedure. Annie told me to manage his limp at home by helping him walk up and down stairs, to keep his nails clipped and to apply analgesic balm. A few weeks later my dog was no longer walking with a limp. I am 100% satisfied with Annie's services and I will continue to take my dog ( Snoopy ) there for grooming. Thank you Annie, A loyal customer!

I am a lifelong dog owner and someone who often doesn’t give 5 stars. not only did my two boys leave looking handsome and fresh, but the amount of care that Annie and Sue showed them was clear from the first second. They love dogs and love what they do and it shows in the result which for me is 2 happy handsome doggies!!!!

The groomer Annie is always very loving and friendly. She is highly professional with more than 15 years of experiences in taking care of the dogs and cats. My whole family is more than happy with her work with our dogs. Besides, the store is always very cozy and clean. Annie would give snacks to all the dogs and cats there and sometimes we often get food for free while waiting. She does grooming as well as boarding service. Rest assured she will take care of your babies as if there were her own.

Annie and her sister who helps her are THE best. I have had 2 dogs there with her- chihuahua for many years (tough dog) and Golden Mini Doodle now. her work is excellent - the mini doodle has knotted hair and always comes out looking so good. she truly loves pets- she even boards my dogs when I am gone. they love her- run in to the shop! never had a bad experience. I totally recommend her for any dog. they always come out looking wonderful.

Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied.I requested a short cut due to summer weather coming up… the whole dogs hair was chopped off like it was done by a kid.All the hair is gone, no symmetrical or accuracy whatsoever.The dog claws were very choppy and uneven.The whole job was obviously done in the rush rush and carelessly. Very unprofessional.This is the price I have to assume for trying to support small businesses to maintain afloat.As much as I hate big corporations in America, if people don’t love what they doing, then is very hard to invest in your own community.

It took me a while to actually write a review but every time my poor dog needs to get groomed, she now needs to be medicated. My dog never had an issue with grooming. I brought her here since my regular groomer was fully booked and my dog desperately needed to get groomed. When I picked her up she was shaking and bleeding from one of her paws/nails. the groomer stated that the nail was overgrown (highly doubt) so it cut her pad. Fine, I let it go. Second time around I went back since my other groomer was away on sick leave. This time my dog was bleeding so bad from FOUR different areas of her paws including her one ear. I was so upset I cried and vowed to never go back. My dog now has been traumatized and does not allow anyone to groom her without getting snappy. So she now requires medication before getting groomed to relax her. Heart broken...

I brought in my cat (domestic long-hair) this morning for a Lion Cut at around 8am. It's a Monday and the wind was COLD-- but we were greeted with a huge friendly smile! The shop itself was clean and felt welcoming.It was my cat's first ever grooming appointment and although she was a bit fussy, I appreciated how patient and caring Annie was the entire time. She was thorough with her grooming and kept singing to my cat... which, honestly, I think speaks highly of her character. The entire process took around thirty minutes and once I got home, my cat was running around the apartment... meowing and purring! Highly recommend this business for grooming!

I brought my Rottie and Lab mix in for grooming as it had been a long while with the quarantine. We hadn’t been there before so Annie asked if we would stay to make my dogs comfortable. She blocked the morning off for them and really took her time getting to know them before starting to work on them. You can really tell she loves animals and my dogs loved all the attention! Highly recommend!

This was the first time I used Annie‘s grooming services and I must say that I was totally happy with the services provided. Annie and her team went out of their way to make my dog feel comfortable and loved. My dog never felt this comfortable at any groomer I’ve taken her to, which gave me a very good comfort level. When I walked in the door I received such a pleasant greeting and I described what services I wanted for my dog and she delivered exactly what I asked for. I would highly recommend this groomer to anyone looking for an honest, reliable, loving person to groom their dog. Her prices are reasonable as well!!!

I highly recommend bringing your canine friend to Annie's!Before anything, I have to say that Annie is the first and only groomer my dog actually looks forward to visiting. She's usually very unwilling to be handed off to strangers, but something about this place just makes her bloom.I trust Annie to do whatever she thinks is best for my dog, and I'm never disappointed with the results. It also helps that the interior is clean and smells wonderful, so visiting Annie is a treat for both me and my dog!

I have been a customer of hers for over 10 years now, taking 3 different dogs, 2 of which she's groomed since they were puppies. She's an incredibly sweet, kind, and loving individual who's always left them looking great. She also GENUINELY cares about every animal that comes through her doors and treats them as well as she treats her own. Pricing is fair and I feel comfortable leaving them with her.
