I was recommended to go here by a close family friend. I would absolutely recommend Goochie Pooch!! They fit me in last minute, were completely upfront and transparent with me, reasonably priced, super nice and accommodating. I have zero complaints!!! My boys came home happy and smelling so good. Even after an apparent skunk incident. I will absolutely come back again and again and recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you so much Goochie Pooch for taking care of my boys!!

I called ahead of time to ask if I’d be able to come in and meet the groomers and get an estimate on pricing for my dog and they were more than accommodating! They could see my dog was shy and they sat on the floor to help him feel more comfortable. He even snuck one of the ladies a kiss. After confirming his information they told me they actually had an opening available for that same day. I couldn’t be happier with how he turned out. Not only did they give him a great bath and brush but also De-shedded, trimmed his grinch feet, sanitary trim and brushed his teeth. My dog definitely enjoyed his spa day!

I've been bringing my dog, Milo, here for years. The people are so nice and they do a great job. We always ask for Lana. She is so patient with our pup (who can be a little anxious and temperamental) and always makes him look great. She always remembers him and gives him goodies for Christmas and a little bow or bandana. I can't count how many times I've recommended this place to people looking for a nice groomer.

I brought my dog here for a bath and nail trim just to test the waters as he is very anxious about getting his hair cut. He came out smelling great and very clean! I was rather impressed how they took such good care of him. He'll go back for a cut in 3 weeks so we'll see how that goes but so far I'm loving them! Last groomer did not clean this good. Also, they were able to take him the same day which is really unheard of in this area, usually you have to wait weeks and some groomers aren't even taking new pets.

Extremely professional and knowledgeable about all breeds. I have brought 3 of my dogs here over the years all with different temperaments. I appreciate how kind and detailed they are, and offer such great feedback. I've lived 10 minutes all the way to 35 away and will make the drive every time.

Very nice and quick service! I only took my dog (1 yo 35lb) in to get his nails trimmed. I tried doing it myself and even took him to petsmart but he gets too nervous and is very strong and able to yank his paw away and will try to thrash around. I just adopted him a few months ago and have been trying everything to get him used to having his paws touched and tools near them. I was worried his nails were going to get out of control but thankfully Goochie pooch took good care of my boy, turns out he needs a second groomer there just to comfort him. Back paws were done a little better than the front but really I have no complaints about this place especially with what they had to deal with. Definitely going back!

Short version: Not professional, rude, and money-first type of place that does not care.Took my dog there for grooming. Was first in the morning and owner came in I said good morning and she just looked away (?) dropped my dog off, sent a picture to the lady at the front desk and asked to get her tail trimmed, too. I called 2 hours later to check up and could hear barking/crying/ squealing. Neighbor canceled their dogs grooming earlier in the week because they called and heard dogs barking badly every time they called (try it). Wasn’t getting the friendliest vibe. When I went to pick her up, I got there and I hear my dog crying. The lady at the front desk was helping another person but there was a minute where she could’ve taken my dog out of the cage. I waited 5 mins hearing my dog cry and I politely asked if I could see my dog. The front desk lady said not until she takes care of payment and paperwork… almost 10 minutes of my dog crying no more than 5 feet away from her, front desk lady lets my dog out of the cage only after I pay. Tail wasn’t even trimmed but I didn’t say anything because I just wanted to be out of there. I asked her “has anyone ran away with their dog and not paid?” Because she let my dog cry for 10 minutes while I was there to ensure I paid (imagine how they treat dogs/cats when no one is around) And at that point she must’ve noticed I had video recorded every minute since I walked in and her tone changed and she said something about dogs running out the front door …??? My dog has never cried at any previous grooming. The lady went as far as to tell me I need to do a better job training my dog. I Do Not believe any review on this calling this place “gentle” or even friendly. If you can’t be humane, you shouldn’t be doing this for a living. Petco is $20 cheaper and better service.Can’t wait for the owner to claim this didn’t happen. 12 minute video will be uploaded (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, etc) if the owner tries claiming this did not happen.

My first appointment for my teacup Yorkie 7lbs. went well & she did a great job (listened & did exactly as I asked). And I witnessed her go above and beyond for another client requesting additional trimming after being done (dog looked great prior either way). Will definitely be using them from now on! This is a good place. I've been dealing with Lana for sometime. She was the only groomer who would groom my dog. She was always professional. My dog has since passed away. I just adopted a cat and will be returning for her services. There is no other place i would go. Prices are reasonable.

Had my cat groomed here many times. This last time he was groomed on Saturday, dead on Thursday. He was never right again after I brought him home from his last grooming. I'm not sure if he ingested something while there, caught something from another animal there but I can't help but think there's a connection. He was completely fine that morning I took him in.

Great quality grooming. Had a rescue cat named Bella who is indoor -outdoor and was overdue for a grooming. Goochie pooch was able to get her done in under two hours, wash and nail clipping. Bella wasn’t upset or traumatized at all. In fact she was loving her new, soft, fluffy coat and cuddled for the remainder of the day. Will definitely be bringing her back for regular cleanings. Well its not a good place to go. Had my pug there for hours and did not give her water the hole time she was there. Plus i told her she does not smell good and she said that is just the bread i said are you kidding me. So i never whent back. Just please think before you bring your pet here.

I brought my Maine coon cat here to get a lion cut. The staff was very good with him. Only thing I didn't like was the strong scent of the soap he was washed with. My other cats bullied him for a few days until it dissipated.

I would highly recommend bringing your pets here. I've never been disappointed. They pups seem happy when I pick them up and are beautifully groomed. They come out looking and smelling wonderful!

I took my dog in for the first time and i was completely disgusted with my experience. My dogs hair was knotted, she tried cutting his hair down short and she cut him in two places. My dog now has two deep cuts in his arm and leg. Never bring your pets to this place they are completely unprofessional.

If I could put a 0 I would the owner is extremely unprofessional she said she couldn’t take my medium sized labradoodle because he was too big and she didn’t even apologize she just kicked us outAs a reply to that last reply how dare you call my dog untrained that in itself is unprofessional you don’t know my dog also how are you as a dog groomer not able to take a dog that barks at you that’s you not doing your job well
