Happen to just find this place after the first fish place servicing the tank simply disappeared. Aquaridise has turned out to be a gem!!!! We've hired them to come out and clean the fish tank. What can I say!!!! Customer service is always on point! When I speak with Howie to set an appointment up, he is always diligent, and someone comes out within a day. They guys who have come out to clean the tank are great!!! They're extremely knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. They certainly know what they're doing and the tank looks great!!!!Absolutely NO complaints!!!

Aquaridise clean tanks showcase vibrant and healthy fish. Not to mention the staff's expertise and passion definitely shine through. Aquaridise has a wonderful variety of fish and supplies. I highly recommend checking them out!! I got a Mexican dwarf crayfish from them today.

I absolutely loved this place. The staff were friendly and helpful. They have much more variety of fish than Petco and PetSmart. Prices are competitive enough. Also much more tank supplies here!

I wouldn't advise anyone of dark complexion to shop there. I'm not sure if it was my complexion or if the short elderly guy with the white hair was a sociopath but I was lied to at least five times with-in five minutes. 😄 At first he told me he didn't have the fish that I asked for. That was a lie. I saw a tank full of them. Then he told me he could sell me a different fish that I wanted because he was saving it for a different customer. 😬😄 Also the prices are ridiculously higher than any other pet store I've visited. Also that's only half of that horror from my 1 visit. The only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the high quality of health in the fish that I bought.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I had an established tank running for 2 months with 7 fish. All healthy. I bought 2 fish from this location, 1 displayed Ich and crashed my entire tank within 2 weeks. All 7 of my previous fish died. I was given a 12$ credit to purchase more fish for the 1 that died that came from this location. Not accounting for the 7 that died. Called and spoke with John he offered medication, and more store credit. Which I won’t ever use because this place is disgusting.

One of the best aquarium stores in the state. The owner, Howie, knows how to treat customers with respect. His selection of fish and coral are amazing and the prices are comparable to online shops, less expensive when you consider shipping costs.Check out the 3 Amigos I bought there recently. I went on a Thursday which is when the fish arrive from the distributor. They had to go through the boxes to find the fish I was interested in. Howie suggested I take them straight home instead of going through the stress of being bagged twice in a week. This picture is of them in my quarantine tank.The staff are equally good. Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. They go out of their way to help and offer great suggestions too.For MAP priced equipment I'll buy from Aquaridise too. Prices on other hard goods is usually close to online and sometimes less.They also service home and business aquariums on whatever schedule you need.Support your local fish store before their gone!

Not happy, I came to this store for Cichlids. I got 10 African cichlids and also purchased 2 Demasoni Cichlids. That cichlid has killed 4 so far!!! Please do a better job of giving info to the public when they tell you that all of these fish will live together. I spent over $250 in one visit and cam 40 minutes to this place so I can't just run back there, the water is tested and perfect and I have watched this fish torture everyone. There is pic of the one that got assassinated today.

I really like how these folks treat me... friendly, great service. Always helpful and accomodating. John the owner is really helpful with prices and also has a tank for your fish that got too big. I have this in mind for my 15 inch Siamese Cat when its time comes.The store has a nice variety of fresh water and salt water fish and coral and some nice variaties healthy plants not found elsewhere.

My Fiancé and I love going to Aquaradise! The care they take with their product and their fish absolutely shows. Howie and Scott have given me so much advice on various water conditions, finding the best plants and fish to create the perfect balance in my tank. They are so knowledgeable and are very thorough in answering all of my questions. All the people that work there are so pleasant so it makes the whole experience comfortable and fun. They always have a great variety of fish so there's always something new to see!

Had a great experience- came in not knowing what was wrong with my fish, store staff were able to help me narrow down the issue with a free water test. Owners were great at giving advice and answer questions without any judgement. I was not pressured into buying any products but they definitely have my business from now on!

Hidden gem of a fish store. Didn’t even know this place existed until two weeks ago and I only live about 4 blocks away. Huge selection of freshwater fish and plants, saltwater fish and coral, and anything else aquarium related. All of the employees that have helped me so far have been super helpful. Prices are all pretty fair, the way I look at it, you’re paying for convenience if you live in the area. Before I found this place, I was driving all over the state looking for certain things. Now I don’t have to anymore, because if Aquaridise doesn’t have what you’re looking for in stock, they’ll happily order it for you. Thank you Aquaridise! You’ve got yourself a new repeat customer.Edit:4/8/23-(about 6 months after finding store.)I absolutely love this place. I visit here usually 2-3 times a week now. Staff is extremely knowledgeable & friendly, and has helped me through a few rough situations with my saltwater reef tank, and always have helpful recommendations. I am super grateful for their help and expertise, you will never get this kind of help at the big box pet stores with employees that could care less. These people have decades of experience combined. I will NEVER go anywhere else.

Absolutely love this store. The employees know what they are talking about and give the best recommendations. You can tell that this store not only cares about their customers but also cares about their fish which is something I look for in any type of pet store. I have had numerous questions that they have been happy to give their time and energy to. I absolutely love this store and recommend it to everyone I know. They will never sell a fish just for the sale, they make sure you are prepared and knowledgeable before they do. Came here with my fiance looking to start a saltwater tank and the staff and the owner (Howie) were incredibly helpful. Over two trips, they helped us figure out what we needed and how to set everything up. The fish are well cared for and there is a variety of products which are price-matched to online prices. The staff here are amazing. I have been in multiple times and each time they are customer-focused. Even when I call to ask about the fish I purchased, they take their time to assist me. Outside of the great customer service, they have a huge selection of fish. Definitely recommend going here for your aquarium needs.

Ive been setting up my Paludarium and these guys are not only incredibly helpful but they're kind about it. They don't speak in jargon that doesn't make sense, they don't just sell the most expensive thing cause they can. The take the time to learn about ur project then point u in the right direction, offer you solutions for problems, and they offer ideas that you might not have even thought about! Without them, i definitely wouldn't have the confidence or knowledge to build the set up i did. Beyond that, they have everything in one shot and the prices are incredible. Honestly, if you're looking to get into the hobby or are already in and want to try somewhere new, give these guys a shot. You'll be so glad you did

We had a great experience here! My kids and I went to Aquaridise not knowing exactly what to get. John was helpful and super kind. He helped us pick out a betta and we were on our way. But when we got home my kids were conflicted whether to keep him or not. I called the store and spoke with Howie who really went above and beyond to help us! I was really amazed at the level of customer service and I highly recommend this shop!

Went there to load my tank with plants and was impressed by the quality of service from the owner, Howie. He was knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. Most of all, he was very honest with me when I asked about one of his fish prior visiting, he told me two of them died a week ago(which is totally fine because there is no way to ensure ALL fish are healthy or they don't get overly stressed while being transported) and that I should wait to get the others just in case. I highly recommend this place because I know the owner has his customer's best interest at heart. Also, they had a wide selection of driftwood and the plants were healthy, lush and well priced. I'm making this place my go to fish store!

They are a terrific bunch. The employees know their stuff. The place may not look it when you walk in, but they have DEEP knowledge about any aquarium issues, can set up any tank system in various designs, bring in lots of fish species each week, and if you need service they have experts to come to your house. What else can you ask for?
