I don’t think they check their stock items good thing I checked before eating them. It isn’t the first time this has happen. Also I notice they over priced items too got black pepper for 17.99 and at target they had the same for 13:99 Regular price.

I don’t think they check inventory It is illegal for businesses to sell food at any time after its use by date, or to alter the date without the manufacturers permission The High Court has ruled that offering food for sale after its labelled “use by” date is prima facie a criminal offence. You might want to call your local health dept., because some of the expired products may be spoiled or can cause sickness

Tropical is amazing. I've been going here ever since I moved to the area. I love supporting this small business! They have an amazing variety of meat & vegetables & they always have what I need. I love the fact that I can get certain products & spices only here. I always discover something new to purchase. The staff is extremely kind & helpful, & are always willing to go out of their way to help others & answer any questions. The prices are awesome & affordable. I am always so happy when I shop here & have always had pleasant experiences. I would highly recommend supporting them versus a large commercial super market. They are also working hard & doing an amazing job to stay clean, stay open, & help others out during the pandemic. Thank you to all the awesome employees at Tropical! Your efforts & kindness are much appreciated & they mean so much to my family & I.

The (short male) person that makes the sandwiches needs a better attitude and should be trained on customer service. He makes me not want to order a sandwich there. The register people (girls) are excellent!! Very nice and friendly.

Small but they have the essentials along with some specialty items. Never had an issue with meat, produce, dairy, or deli. Everything is always fresh and reasonably priced. Friendly staff. Great local market.

Love my local supermarket! Good for fresh vegetables and bread, or if you're missing anything for dinner. Love their weekly promotions, you can always pick up certain groceries for a really good price, cheaper than the regular grocery stores.

Nice place to shop if you just want to pick up something fast. Love the assorted cold cuts, and their rolls are always fresh.Vegetables are fresh you can find lots of spices too.

Great place. The deli section is fantastic, and they have a huge cheese selection. Prices on some items are roughly half of what you find at other grocery stores.

This is an amazing place to shop. They have a variety of fresh foods . Love their deli always so many things to choose from!! You can really get anything and everything at this supermarket!!!

Don’t try to go here 10 minutes before they close. You will get turned away. Good thing quick chek had the one item I needed.

Freezing! Either the heat is broken or they are trying to save money and shut it off overnight so when it opens back up it takes forever to get warm again. First clue was that every employee that worked inside was dressed like they worked outdoors! Everything is really expensive, they don’t even have soap and I can’t believe this passes as a supermarket it’s a large corner store. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

A gem! A diamond in the rough! There is an abundance of amazing cut meats, chicken, pork, you name it they have it. Very great Spanish store. You want Mani-Motos? They have it! Care for some Postobon? It's always in stock! Craving chorizo or Colombiana? It's always there! I love this place!

Friendly staff. Reasonable prices especially cold cuts fresh and adorable. I have had some issues with meat but, what supermarket doesn't . I take it back and kindly get it replaced.

Regular experience. Picked up some groceries and went out. Good price on chicken leg quarters. Got some corn just for the novelty. The price should be coming down soon.
