We just moved to Middlesex city and found this restaurant while driving by. We love seafood and I came with my wife and two kids. We had the #2 combo which is $33. And the amount of seafood in the bag is exceptionally a lot. We were surprised at the amount and the quality. The boil was hot, the sauce (Boom which is all 3 mixed together) was spicy and so good!! The seafood itself was really good and the service was really good! The server was on point and real quick, the place was clean and not crowded. I was also impressed at the amount of pick up orders, which told me one thing people love this place. All in all I give it five stars, and if the owners read this review, I would suggest one thing decorate the place like it’s a seafood restaurant with some kind of art on the walls, or even pictures or prints of boats or fishing equipment or something like that. Good job five stars definitely recommend this will be back with my family. It’s down the street from my house.

I may try their location in Carteret or North Brunswick however this location had the most reviews so decided to give it a shot.

Amazing food and flavor! I got the Lemon pepper, Cajun and medium spice and it had quite kick. Every bite was worth it though, the seasoning was great! It's crab so expect a pricier meal (snow crab was ~$30 a lb, king crab was ~70. Also try their corn and potatoes, it comes in the bag so it's seasoned as well.

I stopped going to the seafood boil in north Brunswick because all the food is always soggy. I was hoping this would be better but honestly the food wasn’t worth the $50. It was cold and also tasted like it was not fresh. The sauce was bomb but it would’ve been better if it was hot. Ehhh im just upset for the wasted money.

Went for the first time this week for my birthday. It was great. Simple place no bells or whistles. Did not have to wait too long and the sauce is amazing that they put on the food. Only wish they gave more corn and potatoes for the $38 also the crab legs were a bit skinny so no a lot of meat. So for those reasons they get a 4 out of 5. Otherwise they were great.

Fried shrimp and fried catfish are a big no here, they have no taste and are like store bought.Corn is uncooked.Shrimp with Boom sauce is good. It’s the only savior after having fried items!Service is good.

Amazing.. this was my Birthday Treat!!My first time trying this place and it was worth it ... the Wait time was very quick .. the price is about what's expected.My favourite part is the sauce it is delicious and plentiful...Will be going back on another occassion.I started eating before taking the pic but I got 3 king crab legs and I poured it out of the bag and into a bowl so I could get to everything ... lolThey even provide Gloves!!

The environment was great staff was good granted my waiter was every where other waiter didn’t mind getting stuff for us it was pretty busy when we went so I was fine waiting for a seat they also let us bring in food because the kids didn’t eat seafood. If you really like spicy get the extra spicy sauce not the one called spicy it’s good but wish it was hotter

Had the garlic shrimp, not spicy. They were fresh, hot, and full of flavor. I only dislike the heads still on the shrimp and having to de-vein them myself. That’s a personal preference though. Overall it’s a nice, clean restaurant with reasonable seafood prices.

My bestie and I found this place after a random Google search. You have the option of eating in or taking out. Although the restaurant was very spacious and clean, we opted for take out...she ordered the standard seafood boil with shrimp, mussels and crab legs in a mild garlic seasoning and I ordered the boil that included crawfish, clams, shrimp, and crab legs in a very spicy garlic cajun seasoning. We both wanted sausage but be advised that's an extra cost. Cool although different and $82 dollars later we were on our way. We tore into this seafood when we got home and while it was good, there were a few observations...1. The very spicy seasoning I requested was mild at best, and left me very curious as to what the hottest seasoning tasted like.2. You only get one bundle of crab legs with your boil and mine looked like they needed some love before they met their demise.3. Our potatoes, which were included in the price of the seafood boil, were very soggy...almost like they had been sitting in water for days.4. My crawfish were definitely frozen and not fresh as they were soft, as well.5. The extra $4 we paid for sausage wasn't really worth it. The menu says it was for 2 pieces however they pre-slice it and as a card-carrying meat eater I can gaurantee you, that was not 2 pieces of sausages we got.All in all, it was an okay experience for a 1st time visit but I don't feel like I got $42 worth of food. That's not to say I wouldn't go back - my curiosity on the spice levels will almost demand that I do in the future - but I will check out a few other places before doing so.Bon apetit!

We enjoyed Seafood Boil: no frills atmosphere, we got a bucket of seafood and taking about half home. The "boom" seasoning is very good. The staff is friendly and efficient.

If you are a seafood lover ... this is the place to goThey offer snow crab , king crab, blue crab, stone crab, Dungeness crab , lobster tails ...etcI personally go here twice a week ... No more red lobster or Joe's crab shack for me.

What a gem in the middle of Dunellen. My family and I went there today for the 1st time and fell in love with the place: great service, DELICIOUS food, affordable prices. You receive a bib and gloves when your food is served. Give them 5 out of 5 stars. Did I mentioned the food was delicious? Seafood was tender and well seasoned. Planning to go back soon.

good portions, crabs were okay sized, other seafood was fresh. i see other people mentioning the shrimps with the head on. truthfully, i agree it’s gross but they do offer head off shrimp that’s deveined. i was happy to find that out. overall a good place. there’s little to no atmosphere inside but if ur there just to mess up some seafood boil, this is the place to go

The food is always good here.It's also always very clean.The service is ok, but it's awkward sometimes.The last time I was there the waitress checked on me and my friend every 5 minutes after just getting our food.We were stuffing our faces enjoying the food and she just kept checking on us at moments we didn't need that.It felt like we were being rushed and there was only 2 other tables being served so it wasn't busy at all.No one likes to feel rushed when sitting down for a meal.Then after a while when we actually needed her she was no where to be found until we went and found someone.It's not a big deal because everything else is always on point but the service could use a little work.Thanks!!

I heard great things about this location and felt like spoiling my family. Placed a relatively large order, food was delicious. Their sauces were well executed and the extended family is probably going to make me order it because they got jealous from the photos. Highly recommended if you want quality seafood!

Food was pretty good, service was very good, ambiance was so so.I'll definitely return for a second try. I came on a Saturday and the snow crab meat was more difficult to get out than usual...not sure if that's a sign the meat was under/over cooked, crabs were frozen or slightly aged.Still the taste was great and the "Boom" sauce was super tasty.The seating is no frills, wish a bit more effort was made.

The flavors are delicious. Seafood are great. We didn't wait long. Both kids and adults love the sweet potato fries. Could be pricy on the seasonal crabs. But totally worth it.

The food used to be so good one of my favorite spots. But the last time that i went the food was just gross. The crabs were old and salty . They gave me one potato. The sauce was stale. Overall just a bad experience and I called to let them know and the lady got smart with me and tried to tell me that you one potato for every 2 pounds of crab legs. Just terrible customer service. I will never be back!

Absolutely AMAZING! Came here last night with my boyfriend and we both loved it! We aren't huge seafood fans but we gave this a try and it was probably the best decision. Great service and the cajun & garlic light spicy sauce was DELICIOUS with our combo!
