When calling a prescription, pharmacist keep you waiting on the phone until you give up. Was on the phone for 20 min, only for pharmacist Tony to hang up on me saying "he does not hear me" when signal on phone is perfectly fine. I had to call again, and experience that long wait. Very frustrating experience as a medical provider.

This location is unfortunately inconvenient if you have a prescription for a contagious illness and no one healthy who can pick it up for you. All options for delivery gave me errors and couldn't be accessed from multiple browsers and devices. There is no drive thru or curbside services at this location. An employee told me I should just come in and get the meds myself (with covid) if I had to.If there is a next time for this specific situation, I will be going to and recommend the CVS on Madison ave instead because at least they can serve me through the pneumatic system in their drive thru which would make me feel a little more comfortable.

The pharmacy at Walgreens in dumont is awful it never has the important prescriptions you need. Three weeks for a life saving medication,on hold for eight minutes. Don't waist your time in any of these walgreen stores. It was never like this before,what happened?

Tall, old guy w/ glasses at the counter (Steven) definitely does not want to be there and is more than happy to take it out on you. Rude, irritable and slower than molasses.

My father had a simple question regarding his co pay and new prescription and was given an attitude and treated like a nursing home patient. Thank you to the pharmacist for letting his moody demeanor out on my dad. My dad didn’t want to complain, but I’m not going to let anybody treats my father poorly or the next person’s dad.

Not all of them but short glasses lady she talk to much she doesn't care about customer care about what she thought she is the one make discrimination if you are not born here.forget about it she gave realy hard time to make her self happy but I I gonna call corporate office soon is holiday is gone. Manager is terrible too

What's the deal with the pharmacy tech (Steve? Stephen?) who is apparently incapable of even the most miniscule attempt at being pleasant? Is the dude unable to say, "Hello. May I help you?" He just stands there with a dead, blank stare which the customer is supposed to interpret as, "Oh, it's my turn."

None of the 3 photo systems are working although I called and asked before I made a visit. Employees state that they wouldn't have idea when the photo system would work or not and they are suggested to go other Walgreens to get photo services. I had to reschedule with the place where my photo was needed. Wasted my time.

Great employees! They are very friendly to families with kids. I take my kids there all the time and do a majority of our household shopping there.A very clean store and an excellent place for families to shop.
