I've always loved this place since they opened, and am really sad to hear they will be closing this location down. I get that it's easier just to order stuff online, but it's more about the experience going to this this place. They doggy baked goods were my dogs fav special treats, and have a great selection on toys, food, bathing stations, grooming, and anything else you need for your pets. They allow for you to bring your dogs, and have always been more then welcoming to have my 2 pitbulls there. The staff is beyond helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. It's a shame it wont be around much longer.

One food was too rich for my older dog so they allowed me to swap for store credit toward more sensitive stomach oriented food. Staff is always friendly, and the range of choices is perfect. So much better than Pet Smart in my opinion.

One of the Best pet supply stores I've seen to. I was able to find dog food for my dog that have yeast allergies. They have grain, starch & sugar free foods and he loves it. Tha k you😻

Pet Supplies Plus in Rockaway is a great local pet store. They carry a range of pet supplies, as well as their own store brand. The price on boxed Pet Supplies Plus kitty litter is unbeatable, even online. The staff is polite and friendly. They always offer to carry your items to the front of the store for you or help you to your car.

I give a 5 star due to the fact I always take my dogs there and have no problems except for this fat girl that wears glasses I think she’s the manager that is so lazy. The first time I went there to bath my dog the water was not coming out with pressure... I went to the fat girl and she said she couldn’t do nothing and just sat on her office and kept eating. Now is the second time I go there and there’s no apron and her answer was there’s only one and another coworker heard me asking for it and said it was stolen but there was another one at the wear house and this employee was in her way out I think she could’ve help me and I thought this fat girl was going to get me one NO! She decided to go drink her XL large ice coffee and donuts. I left from that place so damn wet she is very lazy I don’t have any problems with any other worker there but is my bad luck when I go there and she’s the one at the moment cause she don’t care about giving her best customer service.

Great store, good prices, great dog food!. There is also a shower tub so you can shower your pet!. My dogs love the bone marrow treats that are sold by weight!..

I said I would re-review Pet Supplies Plus. They were so nice as I babied my Pittie through her bath. They have everything you need there. The self service bath station is good.The people that work there were so helpful and very nice. I am sure that Viviana Andrade is a picture of perfection. Reviews about staff that are valid are helpful. Yours seem to complain and throw shade at people. Went there tonight to purchase fish. Kevin was the one to help us. I asked him if these were the fish thst were 2.00 each (price right under that tank) he states yes. I go to the register after picking 17 of them and tells me 54 dollars. Umm i think you charged me to much. States they are not the fish that were 2.00. I said you told me they were. Well they got 1.71 out of me and i will never go there again. The LIE

They have a good selection and often offer discounts. My only issue is that I usually buy dog food in cases, but they often split up the cases and may not have full cases available.

I decided to stop by here as my coworker raved about how cool of a place it was. I was so excited when I walked in and wanted to explore! I made my way to the animals because that’s always the best part of a pet store and was APPALLED when I saw the reptiles. One of the ball pythons looked completely emaciated and had the WORSE stuck shed I’ve ever seen. Their red tailed boa also had patches of stuck shed.The leopard gecko had nearly NO shelter from the heat lamps and was practically being baked because of it. Almost all their bettas had extremely clamped fins. I’ve never seen such a thing, I don’t understand why anyone would support such a place when PetSmart is less than 10 minutes away and gives quality care to the animals they are selling.

I bought my cat friskies wet food and only likes filets chi kem and turkey and a few others my cat is finicky and meow mix and donot forget the treats. Party mix has gravy in the treats
