Have previously ordered from company and issues, if any, were quickly resolved. My most recent order, however, was a pain. After receiving the wrong item, I promptly alerted the company and requested the correct item. Though not my fault, I had to wait for the company to receive the return of the wrong item before they would ship the correct item. Company used USPS, so took over a month (2 weeks for the return and another two weeks to receive the correct item) from date of order to finally receive correct item. Company could have expedited correct order (especially since website says “ultra fast shipping”) but they did not. Company has good merchandise, but customer service was lacking this time.

I placed an order on November 28 and received timely email correspondence for confirmation of the order and when it was shipped. The items were shipped to Ontario, Canada and arrived on December 13. Shipping was quoted as 14-30 days so it was well under that estimate. I received exactly what I ordered in great condition. I felt a bit nervous making this purchase but the good reviews seemed consistent so I took the risk! I'm so happy I did. I was looking for two hard to find items and I am so please to have them now!! I ordered a PSA graded card from here and was soon thereafter emailed that it would have to be sent to my billing address rather than the shipping address. I replied asking if there was any way for me to confirm or verify the shipping address. I received no reply for three days and when they did reply it was to tell me that they would refund the order. A asked them not to but they did within three minutes of their days-late response. I only wish I could rate them lower than one star.

My son received a gift certificate from this place. They processed the order but I noticed it never got sent out only a package number made. So after a week of waiting I had to email them questioning the status of the package my son was so eager to receive.. and all they tell me is the order didn't go through. The code went through just fine.. and the order processed fine. They just decided not to send it. Simple as that. So today over two weeks later they say they refunded my mom for the gift certificate and did so with attitude. So basically they don't even horror their own gift certificates.. Not professional at all. Just save yourself the time and go through Amazon.

Overall decent experience but they send payment thru paypal and allow the seller to eat the paypal fees. That makes absolutely no sense. Yes it's only 99cents for this order I'm referring to but NO where on their site mentions seller is eating paypal fee. What about the people selling bigger orders??? Y'all just gonna let the seller take the lose when y'all hold merch for well over a week. That's NOT good business.

I have bought from them online through Amazon and their own website and never had a problem! They have unmatched speed of getting ordered shipped, it's honestly wicked impressive. When they say order by 1:00pm for same day shipping, they actually mean it and always follow through. Will always recommend.

I order a Wanda halloween Funko pop and it came in very good condition and very fast shipping which it was impressive almost 2 day shipping, I thought it would come on a Saturday but it actually came in early, I'm definitely happy with my order. worth my money.

NEVER buy from them! I purchased an item from their ebay store and although my post office states item was delivered it truly was not. After multiple trips to my local post office and speaking with the post master, there is nothing they can do for me. I have made several attempts to speak with Bob the owner but he only likes to email. I would just like a refund for an item I never received! The latest email Bob stated, " I currently have an investigation in. As soon as I have it returned to me then I will refund you per your request". He is already aware the post office lost it (delivered to someone else) will not be shipping it back to them. I would like my money back but doesn't look promising. By the way... Amazon shipped the same toy within 2 days of ordering and have NO need for one from this toy store.

The process is very easy, and Bob is an absolutely amazing person to work with. He was very helpful in getting started and his communication is always very friendly and timely. Online or local, this is my favorite place to sell to trade in my collectibles.

I love the bbtoystore. They always have better prices than almost all stores I’ve seen.They ship fast and efficiently and they sell some of the rarer beanies that you can’t find anywhere else or they are on eBay or amazon for twice the price. I’ve bought from them multiple times and will continue as I have never had a negative experience with their store. They are also very careful about picking and sending the right products as they include a inquiry sheet. Love you guys, thanks for all the amazing beanies!

Edited at bottom to respond to companies response:Do not sell to them. Our transaction was 99% smooth. Part of that was on me. One of the figures I sent them had damage I did not notice because it was in a plastic case. But the Storm figure I sent to them was not in a plastic case so I know exactly what condition it was in. They said it had "sticker residue" but the picture they sent me had blue markings on it from what looked like a ballpoint pen which certainly weren't there when I sent the package. Blue markings like those on a white part of the package isn't something I would have missed. Also, they had a figure mislabeled on their site. The item was listed as Kait Diaz from Gears of War but the picture and UPC code listed for the item was for Del Walker from Gears of War. I sent the correct figure in the package with a plastic protective case for the figure. On top of that I sent a printed list off all the items in the box I shipped to them with a written addendum noting the discrepancy. They said the "Kait Diaz figure" wasn't in the box but claim the Del Walker figure wasn't. Now I am getting screwed out of a figure. I had another 100 pops or so to sell but now that this transaction is a bust I won't be selling it to them. Stay away. You're better off downloading ozone lair's app or selling the figures on mercari.Edit to reflect the companies response:No one was deceived. Were there items on the list that were supposed to be sold that were not included in the package. Yes. But to make sure it was clear I included a packing list with all the items in the order with the items NOT INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE CROSSED OFF. Pretty easy to follow and the fact that the owner called things confusing because things were missing on the order shows that he himself did not process the order. How can he speak to the condition of the items or how confusing things were when he didn't even look at the box or its contents.
