This company is horrible. They own Byram healthcare which is one of the worst providers I've ever worked with in 36 years of having diabetes. Absolutely terrible customer service and billing is horrendous. Nobody can answer questions and nobody has a clue what they are doing. Go to another provider such as Adapt Health and you will be far better off.

they have OVERNIGHT PARKING. receiving starts at 3am. Was unloaded fast. Again they allow overnight parking. There is also a large field on the side to let your dog run loose.

If making a delivery, don't bother to come until your appt time and even then they will never be on time getting you a door or unloaded and you have to read their minds to know when they are done to go in and wait again to get your paperwork.

This company is really horrible to their employees they work them like dogs and fire them for no reason. That is right they suck at getting their clients what they order. They fire you for not working over time . Hope they go out of business.

Probably I got lucky, but still... app 4:45, check in 4:30, check out 4:55. Load was 3/4 of a trailer.
